Kyle Stuart and Justin Underkoffler have never met, but they’ve known each other for years. Kyle is something he’s never been able to pin down a name for—serial killer, hitman, vigilante—and he likes taking the law into his own hands. He’s famous for killing humans who commit heinous crimes against nonhumans. Justin, on the other hand, is the Special Agent Deputy Director of the government agency that handles the affairs of nonhumans globally.
