It was so enticing that I couldn’t put it down, this book grabbed my interest from the very first page. I couldn’t put it down, I had to know what happened next. This book has more of a focus on Bingley and Jane’s love story developing then Elizabeth and Darcy. It is nice to see that Darcy still choose Elizabeth after being maimed by a mad mans bull mastiff in while in the woods. Caroline is not nearly as nasty in this as she is in cannon.
Very different from the usual P&P variations but I was intrigued from the first page and really enjoyed the story. My only negative comment is that it ended rather abruptly and I would love to have read an epilogue.
