ABOUT THE BOOK

Beneath the constant buzz of meetings, emails, and performance metrics, a silent shift is reshaping the workplace. Gen Z is challenging traditional ideas of loyalty, authority, and success—forcing leaders to rethink how organisations are built and scaled.

GEN Z & The Corporate Reboot explores this transformation through real workplace voices, lived leadership experiences, and honest conversations around purpose, respect, feedback, and growth. Rather than criticising Gen Z, this book decodes their mindset and shows leaders how to evolve alongside them.

I was very curious to read book As I Am a Millionaire and wanted to understand the thought process, feelings, and perspectives of Gen Z better. The book Gen Z Corporate Reboot acts like a real mirror, highlighting the gap between two generations and helping readers understand how that gap is felt and experienced.
The author has portrayed these differences very effectively and realistically. I found the book extremely helpful in understanding how to bridge the generation gap, not only in the corporate world but also in personal life. It offers valuable insights that can improve communication, understanding, and relationships between different generations.
