A solid I Liked It. I mean, sure, the info is basically pulled from blogs like The Art of Manliness, but I'm prepared to pay for the convenience of having someone curate and collate the contents for me.

Some of the info contradicts itself e.g. ideal nap duration: "A groggy awakening happens when the body pushes past the 20-minute [nap] mark . . . Exercise self-control and don't let the body tell you it needs more sleep, the way it's constantly angling for more cookies and less exercise." vs, "If NASA found that astronauts and military pilots benefited from a 40-minute nap (100% alertness boost, 34% better performance), there's no good reason for resisting nap time."

Favorite idea: instead of hitting snooze for 30 minutes, read a book. Not rocket science, right? Nothing in here is. But I still enjoyed it as a handy convenient collection of productivity ideas.
