OMG! Soo soo good and soo soo H.O.T I love Reeve(Onyx)and Elena together! They're absolutly perfect for each other! Such a powerful and beautiful love story! I absolutly loved it soo soo much! 🥰❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️❤️😍
We are back with the Hounds of Hellfire MC!!! Im so happy Fiona Davenport is continuing this series. Honestly, anything by these two is amazing, but something about these lovestruck, possessive bikers just makes me fall apart in the best way. I was hooked by Elena and Reeve's story from the very first page. As usual, I was drawn in by story and plot, then very much satisfied by romance and spice!!!
I received this as an arc from the author and I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review.
This was a good MC romance. It was a well paced story that had a good flow. The storyline had some intrigue and action. Onyx and Elena had great chemistry and I liked how protective he was of her.
*Onyx* is the seventh book in the Hounds of Hellfire series. I absolutely love that we’re back with the Hounds of Hellfire MC, and this time, the setting is the tattoo shop. When Reeve, also known as Onyx, hears the sweet voice of the newest apprentice, Elena, coming down the hall, he steps out to meet her. From their very first encounter, he knows she is the one for him and that he will be the one to guide her through her apprenticeship.
Reeve recognizes Elena's talent as he watches her work, but he also senses that something is off. Concerned for her safety, he involves his MC brothers to investigate and ensure Elena isn’t in any danger. What they discover prompts Onyx and his brothers to do whatever it takes to protect her and keep her safe.
The intense chemistry between Reeve and Elena, along with their short, high-heat, instant love story, is filled with spice, action, suspense, and betrayal. I devoured this book in one sitting; before I knew it, I reached the end and didn’t want their story to conclude. I can't wait to see which brother will find their happily ever after next!
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
4.5⭐️ I’ve been looking forward to Onyx’s story and going back to the Hounds of Hellfire MC’s ink shop! This had so much packed into a short novella, and the storyline was so intriguing. I loved how protective and possessive Onyx was with Elena. The steamy times were so steamy and the chemistry was palpable and intense. Elena was a sweetheart that had such a fascinating mind when it came to drawing and memory. I felt so many emotions for her when she found out just how much she had been betrayed and manipulated. I adored how Onyx loved her through it, never blamed her once or made her feel bad and how he would burn the world down for her. There were quite a few editing mistakes though, sentences that didn’t make sense, spelling mistakes and an important scene switched from leggings to jeans. Overall though the storyline was really engaging and I couldn’t wait to see what happened next. No cheating or OW drama, slight OM drama but she had no idea about it, virgin FMC, dual POV, age gap, HEA and a couple epilogues in the future. Can’t wait to read Kevlar and hopefully Tomcats stories! And that we get a second generation in the future with Kayde!
Onyx is book 7 in the Hounds of Hellfire MC book and features Onyx and Elena. After meeting Ink and his wife at a tattoo show, Elena shoots her shot and asks to be an apprentice at the Hounds tattoo shop. On her first day there she meets Onyx who immediately decides he is going to handle her apprenticeship, and her heart.
Onyx (Reeve) learned real quick what his brothers went through when they found their women. He is protective, tattooed, obsessed and growly when anyone comes near her, the perfect MMC. Elena is strong, smart, has a mind/memory unlike anything I have ever seen. This unbeknownst to her brings trouble to her door step in the form of who she thought was her art mentor.
The MC protects what is theirs and Elena is no different. I loved that Elena was crucial in helping to stop Jareth. It just goes to show that she is the perfect fit for an ole lady and meant to be at Reeve's side.
This was a bit of a slow burn, but when Reeve finally gave in there was no stopping him. I loved their bonding over tattooing and how they spoke this language together when they worked on their art. It was perfection. I can't wait to see who falls next.
SAFETY remarks - SAFE - h virgin / H past isn’t mentioned - cheating/sharing: no - ow/om: no - separation/breakups: no - possible triggers: kidnapping, violence, killing - HEA: yes
It’s a simple story. Very similar to the rest of the series. This is another one where she doesn’t get claimed at warp speed. She’s a brilliant/genius artist that wants to work with tattooing people and got used by her mentor. He starts apprenticing in a Hound’s tattoo parlor. There is where they meet.
I’m glad his romantic past isn’t even mentioned. So, I’m not necessarily assuming he’s a virgin because most of the MC brothers are celibate/not virgins. But it was refreshing and amazing not knowing about Onyx’s past. As long as I’m concerned, he’s only been Elena’s.
She got kidnapped by a rival of her mentor. Her mentor is leader of an evil syndicate that uses intricate tattoos to infiltrate the rival syndicates. And Elena is the one designing the tattoos.
He has all the OTT traits, but also the patience because he didn’t claim her right away.
This is a great edition to this addictive and steamy series. The pages turned themselves!
Just like all of the other brothers, Onyx didn't stand a chance, when his woman walked into his studio. That's one of my favorite parts of this club... these guys fall quick and hard!
Elena is a talented artist, trying to get into the tattoo industry, but her sweet heart needs protection and Onyx steps up. Her problems become his problems, and he has no issue fixing them, and claiming her forever.
The steamy chemistry and sizzling connection kept me entertained from the start to the finish, and I enjoyed being back with these characters and this MC club. Their banter, brotherhood connections and support for one another makes each story in this series so easy to love.
I do recommend reading this series in order for the best experience. Can't wait for the next one!
What an amazing book! From the very first page, I was completely pulled into the story. Fiona Davenport knows exactly how to blend romance, emotion, and suspense, and *Onyx* is a perfect example of that.
I loved how the MMC claims the FMC as “his everything” and how the entire MC club stands behind her and is always ready to protect her. That sense of family, loyalty, and belonging added so much depth to the story.
The book is full of tension, action, and excitement, making it impossible to put down. The chemistry between the main characters is intense, and the storyline keeps you hooked until the very end.
Overall, this was a gripping, emotional, and romantic read that I highly recommend to fans of MC romances with a strong, protective hero and a strong female lead. I truly loved this book!
Onyx was such a great installment. The one thing I love about Fiona's books is the fact that with each new book the the plot, spice and characters never get boring or predictable and are always top notch. the banter between the hound brothers are always hilarious and the suspense is always thrilling. the spice was well paced and amazing as always. Onyx (Reeve) was perfect for Elena and She was perfect for him.
I can't wait for more, especially Shadow. something about the quiet ones always get me, especially if their unhinged. Seeing the line up for the next few books has made me super excited about them. I love that these series just keep getting books added to them as well as getting new series with new characters in-between. Elle and Rochelle never fail to bring their fans amazing books together as Fiona Davenport.
This is book 7 in Hounds of Hellfire MC series. So happy that Fiona Davenport is continuing the Hounds of Hellfire MC series. I love Fiona Davenport's MC lite series. I always devour them. Onyx is part of Hounds of Hellfire MC and a tattoo artist. Elena asked to be an apprentice for them when she met Ink another member at an art show . Onyx (Reeve) is the perfect MMC: protective, tattooed, obsessed with his lady, and all in. Poor Elena unbeknownst got herself in some trouble due to her mentor a reknown figure in the art world. Enjoy the bit of drama that was in the series. Can't wait for more books in the series.
Oh my Onyx !! 🥴❤️ This was different ! Onyx and Elena were everything 😩 I devoured every word and loved every minute of it especially the small scenes with the other old ladies. 🥹 I was so intrigued by the way Elena’s mind works and can see how anyone would want to manipulate her to use her as a “secret weapon” basically. My favorite thing about this MC (as well as others) is the way they never hesitate to help by any means necessary once a member claims a lady as his. These men are possessive, OTT, demanding and down right inlove & devoted to their women 🥹 Honestly if this all sounds good to you, and you enjoy Instalove then this is your author! 🫶🏽
Onyx & Elena draw you into a slow burn that ignites from deep within, building steadily until it explodes with that unmistakable, steamy Hound-style intensity. Their attraction simmers and implodes in the best way, keeping you hooked page after page. Onyx sends shivers down your spine as his dark intensity sharpens and his alpha-protector instincts come roaring to life. Elena is the perfect balance—sweet yet strong—and fits seamlessly at his side. When danger strikes, it barely dents this brotherhood forged in blood and loyalty. Exciting, dangerous, and deeply satisfying.
Onyx and Elena’s book was so hard to put down! I really enjoyed the pulled that these two have with each other. Elena wants express herself and become a tattoo artist and Onyx is just the man for the job. I really enjoyed Elena and her heart and strength. Onyx is drawn to Elena and fast hard for her. When trouble show up for Elena, Onyx and the MC protects what are theirs and Elena and Onyx get their great HEA.
I received an e-book copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
I don’t think I will ever get tired of this series. Fiona Davenport has again given an adrenaline filled MC lite romance. Reeve “Onyx” Pierce falls instantly for the beautiful young apprentice Ink takes on at Hellbound Studio. When he finds out that she unknowingly is in a shady situation all the Hounds rally to protect Elena. As always the heat was sizzling, the club banter between the guys perfect and the storyline kept the pages flipping. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Great addition and I cannot wait for Kevlar’s story.
Oh, did I like this book. Elena is a artist and looking to perfect being a tattoo artist. So she gets an apprenticeship with Onyx, aka Reeve. He takes one look and she's his future. He's willing to burn the world down to protect her. He may have to when trouble shows up. Her previous mentor marked her that put a target on her back.
There's banter with club members, well cause Onyx gave them a hard time when they started finding their old ladies. Turn about and all that. But they all rally when one is in trouble. This is a fast moving HEA and it kept me turning the page.
I LOVE Elena & Onyx (aka Reeve)! Their story is suspenseful & steamy🌶🔥 & full of art. Elena's mind & the way she sees things while creating her art are described perfectly. And it's a very unique skill that clicks with Onyx.
All the things I want to gush about with this couple & their story are too spoilery, so I'm just going to keep this short & say I really enjoyed the read! It was fun! And Elena's epilogue made me LOL!
Ooh…I love the idea of a female tattoo artist and Elena is definitely a brilliant one. As she works with Onyx and learns from him, it soon becomes clear that what they share goes beyond being just colleagues.
It was amazing to see how Onyx protected her and prioritised Elena in every decision that he made. This was an exciting MC romance from the authors, with a perfect pairing between Elena and Onyx.
Elena is ecstatic she gets to apprentice at Hellfire Ink and one her first day she is claimed by Onyx aka Reeve for training but it soon becomes more. The moment Onyx meets Elena he knows this talented woman is his but he takes his time with her. Unfortunately he also learns she is being used for her artistic talent as a tattoo artist for a criminal enterprise and Onyx won't let that stand in this thrilling tale.
Onyx is book seven of the Hounds of Hellfire MC series and I devoured it.
Fiona writes amazing instalove, MC light romance and I'm here for Onyx (Reeve) and Elena's story. It has angst, twists, steam and HEA. Everything you want to keep you gripped, and boy did it because I was planning on an early night but stayed up to finish this because I was hooked on the drama.
She does it again !!! Onyx is a biker , who manages their tattoo shop ! He does not expect to fall heads over heels over the beautiful, curvy apprentice who comes into the shop . She is bringing with her a huge problem that she has no idea about , with that being said when he decides to make her his he will stop at nothing to ensure it happens and she is safe
Reeves and Elena make another amazing couple for the Hound of Hell MC.
Slow burn, lots of suspense and intrigue, with Wizard doing his IT thing! Love getting to see Ink, Ash, Ace and King supporting the new couple while their women welcome the newest addition.
Love these brothers finding their women, falling in love and going all protective. So good!
This was the first of this series I read, while I didn't feel like I was missing anything really there were obviously a few other stories I missed. That being said this was an exciting read with some suspense. I was a little lost in the tattoos she was recreating, but I eventually got the gist. I can't wait to read the next one and will go back and read the others!
Onyx’s book had a very interesting plot filled with criminal world identifiers and Elena’s art skills being used. A little bit of danger, a whole lot of sweet possessiveness, and you have another wonderful quick read from Fiona Davenport!
She was an extraordinary tattoo artist with unusual mental abilities. He was training her to work at the shop. Her school mentor had put her in danger and Onyx was going to teach him you don’t touch his woman. Exciting, terrifying moments and a most satisfying romance. This series is awesome!
A great addition to the Hounds of Hellfire MC world. Elena, a very talented artist with unusual skills, begins an apprenticeship at the MC's tattoo parlor. There she meets Onyx and there are instant sparks. But the burn is slow until external forces threaten her. Lots of heat but so much more to this story - great read!
I sank right into this book and don’t resurface until the very end. To me that is the hallmark of a very good book! Onyx and Elena have everything I love - that instant connection, immediate spark, and scorching hot chemistry. There was a stillness - a hush - whenever Onyx and Elena looked at each other. And when Elena was in danger? Woah. Talk about action-packed thriller. Loved their story! ❤️
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I loved this book so much. WOW. .. Onyx and Elena's story was steamy, protective, and full of heart, love, and just enough drama to keep you hooked. I couldn't put this book down that's how into this story I was. 100 percent recommend you read this. Fiona Davenport books are the best and get better with each release.
