Fairy tales warned me about monsters. I never thought I’d become one.
A deal with a goddess gave me life. Twenty-five borrowed years, and now the debt is due. With my final birthday looming, I set out to save myself. Instead, I end up caught between two warring packs and hunted by rival alphas and their betas. Torin, Noble, Mathis, and Dax are dangerous, ruthless, and powerful beyond imagination.
They scent what I am the moment I step into their territory. And they refuse to let me go.
But I’m not prey. I’m something more—moon-touched, goddess-marked, with claws sharp enough to draw blood.
When I’m taken by the deadliest pack in the country, something ancient awakens inside me. Now my four wolves stand at my side as war closes in and the Blood Moon Pack threatens to tear everything apart. Loving them should make me stronger, but I might be the key to saving the packs…or destroying them all.
These wolves may think they’re the apex predators, but Little Red has claws and I bite back.
This omnibus contains all three books from the Bad Wolves Never Prey, Never Submit, & Never Tamed. Please note that this series is loosely based on the Little Red Riding Hood fairytale and contains a why choose twist, meaning that the heroine will end up with more than one love interest.
Harper A. Brooks may be a Jersey girl at heart, but now she likes to hideout in the mountains of Virginia with bigfoot and all his little woodland friends. Even though classic authors have always filled her bookshelves, she finds her writing muse drawn to the dark, magical, and romantic. When she isn’t creating entire worlds with sexy shifters or legendary love stories, you can find her either with a good cup of coffee in hand or at home snuggling with her furry, four-legged son, Sammy.

I'm so glad I got to binge read this series, I'm not sure I I'd have handled any wait! Each book left me hanging on the precipice, I needed to find firm ground so I did. I hauled myself right into the next book. Right back into the shattering events the last book left off. This one was no different, if anything, my need to find out was even stronger. And believe me, I found out and then some! What an exquisite ending! My heart was fluttering with joy. Friends and family, acceptance and an all engulfing love, is a true HEA. This series defines precisely that. I was excited to read this series, and now, as I, you'll never see Little Red Riding Hood the same again. Ever!
Ren is quietly working in a pub, feeling pretty helpless, biding her time, when all hell breaks loose. Yeah, an ill fated bargain her parents made, means a certain goddess intends to call in that bargain on Ren's upcoming birthday. Which is soon. Way too soon. I liked her feistiness, even when she has her back to the wall, she doesn't roll over. For anyone. As the title says, Ren is no ones prey... Not even for 2 opposing packs. Not even when she can't help feeling all melty and annoyed, all at the same time, when she encounters 4 very sexy guys. Guys who'd eagerly unalive the other. 2 alpha's, 2 beta's, and a whole lot of rawr!!!
Noble is just that, noble. He's sweet and gentle but with a vicious streak when necessary. Dax is hard, wild, but oh heck, I felt all sorts of compassion for him. It's Mathis and Torin that seem to be hiding the biggest secrets. They're pure Alpha toughness, at odds with one another, although, protection of their respective pack, is paramount. And then comes along this itsy bitsy little human, who shatters everything in them. None were prepared for the whirlwind that was Ren, none were prepared for the the sense of her "belonging', to them, to ALL of them. And then when put to the test, they can't resist the call. The authors gave a great account of what they were experiencing, told from different POVs, their characters, who they are, what they are, unfold before me.
Bad blood, the pressure of keeping their packs safe, out of the clutches of the Blood Moon pack are all part of the story, as well as a strong sense of family and a very unlikely fated mate. Horror and elation in equal amounts, is the core of the story. There's mucho sex, graphic, explicit, but there's a real story here too. A fasted paced read, a plot that unfolds unexpectedly at times, loads of action, violence and, of course, loads of yummy intimacy. The plot really pounds away, each page a new event, each page a new revelation. Vibrant. Vicious. Intense. Becoming more intricate along the way. Twisty, twirly, swirling round and round, the perfect hurricane effect. Lashes at first, then the calm of the eye and back into devastation, of emotions, events, action.
The authors really captured it all, flawlessly. The uncertainty of Ren's certainty, of her wants, is palpable, screams from the pages at the same time it does in her head. I loved seeing Ren become... more...surprisingly both me and her. Her connection to the guys is strange, none of them can figure it out and the dribbles the authors give us paint a clearer picture, bit by bit. As more of the inner turmoil is exposed, so too is the who they are, what they think, why they are as they are. And, honestly, it solidified how much I feel for them. The different POVs allows me access to their thoughts and they are nothing like the outward facades they don. They are real, which we see with each subsequent chapter, their fears, their resolve, vying for equal attention. These authors kept me enthralled throughout this series, expanding on the characters, building on each previous book fabulously.
As for the guys, I love each of them for completing different reasons, and more as the series progressed. I was elated when Torin did a turnaround! The accusations were flying, the recriminations were heartfelt and the revelations were shattering, I swear I got whiplash! Yes, there's loads of steam and spice, which was delicious as it was decadent, but the actual plot is intense, complex and intricate. Step by step, word by word, these authors brought a fullness to all the characters, slowly adding more and more layers to them and enticing me even more. Ren is definitely the star of this series, a young woman on the brink of being unalive, is given a second lease on life. And she grabs it with both hands. She's steadfast in her commitment to the 4 men who enter her life, who take over her life, as she does theirs. Nothing will prevent her from stopping an evil, nothing will prevent her from doing all she can to help those she loves. She's strong, she sees the path clearly through all the confusion and conflicting thoughts bopping around in her head. She learns, she struggles, she perseveres. She fights.
The action was fast and furious, gory and violent but the love and compassion, to preserve their packs were perfectly balanced out. Add in a couple of smexy scenes and it all hits with a resounding righteousness. Gee whiz did the authors throw a flipping axe right through my heart! A fast paced read, the events and conundrum carries me through highs and lows that I was screaming internally. These authors really upped the stakes in this finale, they messed with my head, they messed with my emotions, all the while captivating me with wanting to know where I would end up. Because, at numerous points throughout this read, I had no idea. All I could do, was put on my seatbelt, brace my hands, and go on the ride they'd set out. It was one hell of a ride!
Her parents made a deal with a moon goddess for time for their child to live beyond birth and to have some semblance of a life. 25 years have come and gone, and now...her life is due. But she's not ready to roll over and cease to exist. So, now she's on a quest to get her hands on a stone that could be bartered for her life. But what's a girl to do when two warring packs catch her scent? They both want her, but what will the price be? Can these wolves set aside their differences to work together to have and share her? OR will the wolves looking to destroy them...sneak in and win the game? Thrilling and full of drama with lots of steamy this book will have you howling for more. I enjoyed it overall. I found the storyline well written, and I appreciated the overall nods to Red Riding hood in certain moments, but remember...this is loosely inspired by the fairy tale. So, if you're looking for more...you'll be disappointed. It's an overall good book. Some drama between the men feels gratuitous at best to fluff the story, but it's a good read for those who want one giant book to dive into.
*Reverse Harem *Paranormal *Multi-1st-PoV *Wolf Shifters *Unknown FMC *Rival Packs *Mate Bonds *Building Harem (4) *Mid-Burn *Trilogy Ren truly has her work cut out for her across this trilogy, not only in discovering herself and what the goddess wants from her but trying to wrangle the two packs for whom she has connections too 😏 There’s a good balance throughout of external drama with Andras and the attacks he’s leading but there’s also tension between the four men vying for Ren - particularly as they’re from rival packs! Torin is just the worst at times and you may feel he’s irredeemable but buy does he come round for her; Noble is devoted to this girl and will do what he can to help her; Mathis is struggling with the responsibility on his shoulder but Ren offers him solace; and Dac is wild and animalistic yet is obsessed with the girl who tames him 😍 there’s some great spicy scenes for them dotted throughout the books! It’s got good pace, decent plot and the characters really bring out the emotions in you 😀
This series is absolutely amazing! This author never misses. She is one of my go to 1 click authors.
Book 1- This will pull you in from the first page. The adventure Ren follows and faces is a page turning intense story. Book 2- We continue on with Ren and her capture. The guys don't give up hope to find Ren and rescue her and the moonstone. With crazy twists and plenty of spice, this book is well written and full of action. I highly recommend this series. Book 3- Wow! This book is full of action, adventure and suspense. Red and her guys are determined to end the threat no matter what. A well written book, this series is definitely worth the read.
Good trilogy, filled with danger, multiple mates, and plenty of SMUT.
Multiple POV which for me is always a plus - I like to understand what all the main characters are feeling and thinking! Fast paced story.
There are a few confusing timeline issues, but that may just be me not grasping the passing time properly through the fast paced story. Definitely don’t allow it to stop you from reading the books.
Book 1 - 3.5 stars
Definitely my kind of book, werewolves, danger, and a whole lot of SMUT.
Ren is a funny and snarky character who isn’t phased when she realises the supernatural world actually exists in the form of werewolves. Not only is she not phased by it, she runs head first into their territory to find a way to save her life and she stands her ground against 4 different wolves…despite the fact she’s human and a little scared…and a lot turned on!
The fact that all 4 wolves are completely obsessed with her from the start that they insist on accompanying her up the mountain despite not believing her story about her death looming is hilarious. Add to that that they can’t stand each other and want to pummel each other and you have quite the adventure, until they get to the top and have to work together to survive the real enemy.
And then it ends on a cliffhanger, with Ren turning into a wolf because of the moonstone??? And the fight still ongoing with Andras and his pack.
However the lower rating reflects the confusion I felt at times, when the characters seemed to forget they’d only known Ren a couple of days, or they’d reference something that was a thought and not spoken in another character’s POV. Or even when a character seemed to think Ren was a wolf, but then referred to her as human a few sentences later. There’s also gaps, like what happened to Caddigan after Dax tried to eat hr and Ren? Surely that’s the first thing Ren would have asked about, but it was skipped.
Book 2 - 4 stars
Well paced, lots of danger and drama, mixed with the right amount of sexiness which doesn’t overpower the book and take anything from the storyline.
So the book picks up a few hours after the events on the mountain, and Ren wakes to find she’s been kidnapped and caged by the bad guy. But being the resilient person she is, manages to escape…and in the process realises she is now a werewolf herself.
In the meantime Dax hasn’t given up looking for her, and Noble is going out of his mind trying to get Torin to agree to look for her as a priority. While Mathis has to figure out how to keep his pack safe while he’s distracted worrying about Ren, and Torin is obsessing about the moonstone as it’s easier to pretend he’s more worried about that than Ren herself. Such complex men!
Dax is not phased in the slightest that Noble is Rens mate, especially when he finds her and rescues her on the mountain and immediately has his way with her. Then swiftly gloats when Noble finally turns up.
I don’t think anyone was as shocked as Mathis when a mating bond then appears between him and Ren, which then strangely means he has a connection to Noble too.
I did guess that Catarina was the woman with Andras, and that she was helping take Torins pack down.
The way Torin acted towards Ren was awful, and he definitely didn’t deserve her trying to rescue him from his wedding…but I guess we’ll see how that turns out in the next book.
The introduction of Flora had me thinking she was going to be a traitor, but I think I like that she’s not afraid to tell them all how it is. And what’s with that Anna woman showing up at Rudys bar? Obviously she seems connected to Andras in some way, even if unwittingly or unwillingly.
This author definitely knows how to write a cliffhanger, I’m glad I’m reading the trilogy so don’t have to wait for the next instalment.
There were still some confusing points regarding the timeline of events, like the guys making comments as if they’d known Ren longer than a week. I had to stop a few times to work out a timeline, particularly when Carrigan also indicated Ren had been AWOL for a while.
Book 3 - 4 stars
I think this book is my favourite out of the three in the trilogy.
The story picks up right where book 2 left off…the wedding! And what an event that was, with the blood moon packs trap in motion to kill Torin and take Ren. Not that they succeeded since Torin, Mathis and Dax were finally working together. Especially when the race was on to get Ren to safety and save Noble. My favourite part of the wedding was where a SUV was driven into the church…and of course it was Dax driving it!
A lot happens to and between our main characters through the book. Heart wrenching moments where Dax loses himself in memories and starts piecing together his past. Devastating moments for Mathis and Ren when they hear the news of dead women found in the sewers, especially given the fact they believe one of them is Flora. The revelations that come when Ren comes face to face with the moon goddess - AKA Anna. Torins guilt eating away at him…which does eventually end in a hilarious attempt to woo Ren before they reconcile.
I think the part that got me the most was the hurt and jealousy that Dax has over everyone else having a mate bond with Ren. I mean he is a psycho…a loveable psycho, but he has had a connection with Ren all the way through the series. He was the first to want to claim her, he was the one who could always find her, and the one who saved her on several occasions. So I can understand the pain he felt, but also know he had to develop as a character and become more man than wolf and come to terms with his past to be able to accept his feelings for Ren before the bond could snap into place.
There’s a lot of humour in the book too, Dax arguing that he “won” and was the best during the threesome with Noble and Ren…and then the fact Noble actually wanted to know the answer was definitely the standout point for me. But then when she’s with all of them at the end he’s still adamant that he’s her favourite…don’t get me wrong, he’s definitely my favourite. But how childish he gets over it is hilarious, but Ren knows exactly how to keep them all inline.
There was lots of danger and action, first with the wedding, then in the sewers under the brewery, followed by the last battle in the woods. Especially when Dax almost died, or Flora went into labour.
But they all got their happy ending, Flora was reunited with her kids and husband. Dax finally got his mate bond. And Ren was reunited with her human friends.
There were some points in the book, as within all three, where the timeline was a little off, for instance when the goddess says “you have managed to untie them in a matter of months”…but I was under the impressed it had only been weeks since they met. There’s also the fact that Torin takes a wedding band off his finger, yet I didn’t think the ceremony with Catarina had gotten that far. So a few confusing elements has kept my rating at a 4 star. But it is a good story overall, which I really enjoyed.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
I’m not real enthused so far but I’m curious about what makes Torin’s fiancée* a bitch so I’ll keep reading at least until she’s introduced.
Never Prey: Ren, our fmc works in a bar (Don’t they almost always?) She is totally unaware that shifters exist (Again, standard plot point) Three exceptionally stupid ones make obscene suggestions about what they’d like to do to her. Mathis, their alpha, appears and hustles them away. There’s a spark between him and Ren (Because of course there is)
Ren is doomed to die on her twenty-fifth birthday if she doesn’t return either a Moonstone or sword to the goddess who gave her life. The three idiots had claimed access to the Moonstone. It seems to be important to wolf shifters with no explanation as to why.
So where are Ren’s parents in all of this? They’re the ones who made the deal with the goddess.** They could help search for the Moonstone or sword to keep their daughter alive.
Torin, the bar owner and alpha of a different pack, wants details about the incident. For some inexplicable reason he kidnaps Ren before confronting Mathis. Ren is eventually kept as his prisoner. Noble, his beta, is assigned to watch her. Note: Both Torin and Noble also desire her.
Noble allows Ren to escape (Why?) and follows her. There doesn’t seem to be any justification for this other than ascertaining that she’s looking for Mathis. (Like Mathis is going to turn over the Moonstone to her? Somehow I doubt it)
Mustn’t forget Dax. He’s also smitten.
The story picked up after a slow start and this first book ends on a cliffhanger.
*She’s a bitch only in the sense that this is an arranged political marriage with zero emotional involvement. Yeah, she acts like an ice princess but would you really expect anything different?
**It’s a perilous journey to get to the temple yet Ren’s parents with absolutely no supernatural abilities manage to succeed even while toting their dead child’s body.
Never Submit Noble was no longer part of Torin’s pack until Torin became alpha. Noble hated the life but answered the call to become Torin’s beta. Why did he hate it? The best clue I have so far is that he had made a life for himself outside of the pack and didn’t want to give it up. That still doesn’t explain his abhorrence of pack life.
Ren makes the rather stupid decision to visit her old stomping grounds. Her bestie, Carrigan, suffers collateral damage when she becomes aware that shifters exist.
It’s not been explained yet but how does Andras’ pack manage to infiltrate both Mathis and Torin’s properties without being observed? Torin appears to have state of the art surveillance in addition to guards. Also, how does Andras access the penthouse without the proper code or key card?*
Pet peeve: Noble always calling Ren, “Baby” and Mathis calling her “Sweetheart.” Dax calls her “Red," sometimes prefaced with “Little." Torin is still avoiding her like the plague until he doesn’t.
Question: Everyone seems to think the Moonstone is the answer to their problems but Mathis had it and it didn’t prevent Andras from stealing women and killing male members of his pack. How is it supposed to work? Does anyone really think Ren can give it back?
Another cliffhanger. The reader discovers a really good reason to hate Torin’s fiancée.
*This is revealed near the end and it’s a doozy.
Never Tamed Andras was terrorizing Mathis’ pack long before Torin became an ally so Torin’s fiancée wasn’t really a factor. I’m still clueless as to how Andras got away with absconding/killing members of Mathis’ pack. I’m positive Andras could have overtaken Torin’s pack without Torin marrying into the Briar pack.
Ren seems so immature in her reaction to Torin’s arranged marriage. It had been agreed upon long before she came on the scene. Her jealousy and inability to understand the motive behind it rubs me the wrong way. She’s new to the idea of fated mates and I find her insistence on him choosing her unreasonable.
Andras sure doesn’t fool around when he wants to make a statement.
Let me just start with this was such a great book to read. There’s some spice, although for my smutty butt not enough lol, suspense, drama, four guys: two alphas and two betas, and one feisty doesn’t take any bull human who of course they’re all into from the moment they meet her.
Renee ‘Ren’, is an almost 25 year old human who lives above the dive bar she works in. There’s a curse on her where she only has 25 years to live unless she can break the curse.
Skip forward to one night three men come into the bar and she can instantly tell there’s something inhuman about them. After starting a brawl, an alpha walks in. Mathis. Instantly there’s a pull there, he commands the men to leave. The next day another alpha walks in, the alpha that owns the bar and territory Ren currently works in. Torin. He demands to know what happened the previous night and any information. Unwittingly Ren gives him some vital information and attracts the notice of not one, but two alphas. Rival alphas. That night Torin kidnaps her with his Beta Nobel and brings her back to his place, but not before he dangles her in front of Mathis where she meets his beta Dax, a psycho, more beast than man.
She escapes Torin and finds herself in Mathis place, where she steals from him to save her own hide. While running from him she’s caught by Dax. When Nobel shows up and him and Dax fight, she flees. Only to be caught by Mathis. After one hot night with him, she takes back what she stole and flees. She hides out at her friends place, only to be caught by Dax, again. He goes feral and Torin shows up to intervene, saving her. But she got hurt and loses consciousness. When she wakes all four are there. They all agree to accompany her to the Goddess Temple to save her from this curse, even though Torin and Nobel don’t believe her at first, they just want to use this for their gain.
Skip forward to the end of dangerous journey. They were so close to succeeding…. But what happened? Well, read the book and find out!!! It ends on a cliffhanger that will have you gripping the end of your seat and cursing the author, but it’s worth it.
Book 2
RH PNR Multi-1st-PoV Wolf Shifters Unknown FMC Origin Rival Packs Mate Bonds Building Harem (4)
This book picks up right where book one left off…. Into chaos. Ren has a lot she has to process. The Moonstone brought changes to her that leaves more questions than answers. Andddd paints an even bigger target on her back. There is a lot of tension and challenges between the men in her life: Torin, Noble, Mathis, and Dac. Of course they need to team up together to go against Andras, who currently is holding Ren, but Alpha Wolves, right? Hard headed. There is much they’re going to need to overcome to save her and also themselves. I can’t wait for the next book! I also would like to see a little bit more from the other guys.
Book 3
The end is here….
We pick right up where book two ended. There is never a dull moment for our pack. The Omegas still need to be reclaimed and Ren and her wolves are doing everything they can to make it happen.
Rens powers continue to grow and so do the bonds not only between her and her mates, but between them. It’s a crazy ride and there was some growth that needed to happen for all of them. The entire book was filled with twists and turns, betrayal, tension, and of course we have our spicey moments too. It wasn’t an easy road, but they were able to make it to a HEA for them.
The story was amazing and I loved the character development!
The full collection of all 3 books, I loved this series!
Never Prey Ren is dying. She had always been told by her parents that at birth she had been given 25 years of life by the Moon Goddess. In order to live past that she has to find the Moonstone and return it to the temple but with her 25th birthday approaching and now idea how to find it in sight she is resigned to her fate. Until one night at work she overhears someone mention the moonstone ..... I loved this with a passion. I love stories from Harper A. Brooks but this is a first by Brea Viragh for me and I will probably have a browse through other books by that author if this is anything to go by. There were quite a few Little Red Riding Hood references in there but if the wolf in that fairy tale is as hot as these wolves, forget Granny's house my door is open! I love PNR, why choose romances and I do have a weakness for shifters so this definitely hit all my buttons
Never Submit So we enter this book with Ren captured and caged by Andras. The moonstone has been absorbed into her body and he knows as he witnessed it. Whoever holds the moonstone holds great power and he wants it. Unless Noble, Torin, Mathis and Dax can rescue her or unless she can escape on her own there is little hope for her. But the moonstone has brought about changes to Ren so will her new abilities help her in her bid for freedom?
This book surpassed my expectations. I loved the first book but this book brought so much more. There is so much more to the story than we first thought. Noble was the first to bond with Ren but more bonds seem to be snapping into place which is not heard of in their packs. Three of the four men want her and the fourth, Torin, is denying the pull he feels towards her as he is engaged to be married in a marriage of convenience to another woman to strengthen his pack. As expected this book does end in a cliffhanger. And it is a shocker! I don't mean that in a bad way. It is actually pretty amazing how something that happened earlier in the book that seemed slightly inconsequential at the time led to this ending. It was very cleverly written
Never Tamed Ren is summoned to the temple again by the Goddess to be told she is the sword and the shield and that she must destroy Andras to restore the balance. Otherwise mankind is basically doomed. No pressure there then!
I really loved this last book in the series. There were so many plot twists and reveals, get ready to roll with the punches! I did think all hope was lost at one point, but it was really well written, so the authors did actually give us the happy ending we were all rooting for, though barely! This is a must read series for anyone who, like me, loves a good shifter romance
Never Prey: Ren did not have an easy life, working hard to survive and pay the bills, but she never asked for the trouble that is coming her way now. When three men cause havoc in the bar she is working at, with their inappropriate talk and behavior, she has no idea she just fell right into the middle of the animosity between two werewolf packs - which might be in possession of the one thing that may save her life in the end. No problem at all, right? A nice opening to this paranormal series with one little red and four big bad wolves, all of them believing Ren belongs to them. There is certainly lots of fighting incoming, as if the current animosity wasn't enough. Also a lot of infuriating alpha macho behavior. But on the other side also some nice hot scenes to balance the alpha bs ;) Let's see what's next after the cliffhanger.
Never Submit: After Ren's capture and the issue with the moonstone, she is not only going to live longer - she is also changing. And since she wasn't born as a wolf, the change now accentuates her uniqueness even more. Escaping her prison, Ren has to deal with the challenges her change brings, including raging emotions, and try to figure out how to stop a disaster in a meanwhile.. The second book in the series is full of turmoil and internal conflicts, where especially Torin excels at being a complete jerk, ignoring his own needs and desires "for the greater good". I really enjoyed how the four men that are Ren's mates gradually come together, from tentative truce based on the need for alliance, to genuine acceptance or understanding. Ren is the glue, the centerpiece that unites them, but to complete what the fate orchestrated, they all have to survive that cliffhanger... and I cannot wait for more.
Never Tamed: They were never supposed to survive the wedding. Andras is on the warpath, determined to destroy the packs by all means. Torin and Mathis need to join forces if they want a shot at defeating them, though after the blows their packs already suffered it looks like an impossible task. Only, the goddess has a gift for them, a weapon more powerful than anything else: their mate, Ren. And the two alphas and two betas might start learning how yo coexist and share.. The final book in the series still has some surprises up its sleeve. There is a lot of action as well as lot of chaos, violence, destruction, and passion. Emotions run high and the mate bonds finally form deeply. The defiance and strength in Ren is admirable, and it's a treat when the mates finally come together as one unit.
If you’re looking for a why choose paranormal romance that sinks its claws into you and refuses to let go, Bad Wolves is exactly what you need on your shelf.
I originally had the chance to read this trilogy individually, but experiencing Bad Wolves as one complete box set? Absolute perfection. Binge reading this world in one sitting made the danger sharper, the tension hotter, and the emotional punches hit even harder.
This is a fast paced, high stakes ride packed with rival packs, multiple mates, explosive chemistry, and yes plenty of deliciously well-written smut. But what truly sets this series apart is its heart.
Ren is the kind of FMC I’ll always root for. When we first meet her, she’s surviving. Keeping her head down. Doing what she has to in order to get by. But watching her evolution? That’s where the magic happens. As the story unfolds and especially when an unexpected twist shifts everything Ren stops simply enduring and starts standing her ground. She refuses to be handled. Refuses to be controlled. She’s tough, sassy, vulnerable in all the right places, and determined to live life on her terms.
And then there are the men.
Torin and Noble. Mathis and Dax. Members of rival packs. Enemies before anything else. They’re drawn to Ren for reasons they don’t fully understand, and I loved that this harem didn’t start off as a cozy band of brothers. The tension between them? Chef’s kiss. Watching enemies circle each other while also circling her adds layers of angst and heat that make every interaction crackle.
The multiple POVs are another huge win. I love being inside everyone’s head understanding their motivations, their fears, their desires. It makes the relationships feel deeper, the betrayals sharper, and the bonds more earned.
What makes this trilogy linger, though, is that it feels like we’ve only scratched the surface. The final chapters deliver answers but also leave us with new questions. Hints of bigger mysteries. Deeper histories. More to uncover.
Reaching the last page was bittersweet. Not because it wasn’t satisfying it absolutely was but because I simply didn’t want to leave this world or these characters behind.
What a wild, emotional, beautifully chaotic ride from start to finish.
📌 Voluntary review. No compensation just one reader who was completely and unexpectedly obsessed.
I loved the concept behind this story (aka little red riding hood falls in love with the big bad wolf or wolves in this instance).
I love Harper Brooks shifter books as she has a way of writing them outside your typical shifter theme box, which keeps things interesting, in a good way.
From book one in the trilogy we see the FMC, Ren, finding herself caught up in shifter politics, literally at the worst time for her. A case of wrong place at the wrong time.
The MMCs in this story were true psychos but definitely tempered with Ren.
From Book 2, this book begins where Book 1 left off with Ren having been captured by Andras and his pack. Andres is your typical evil alpha villain who'll do anything, cross any line, to get what he wants.
Torin and Mathis, along with their Betas, Dax and Noble, have to do the one thing they don't want to do, work together, to keep Ren safe once she's back in their arms.
Ren really grows into herself in this book, whereas before, she doubted her strength but, now that she has the power of the moonstone, she finally can envision a life without fear of death, at least not from a physical ailment.
Andras wants Ren back after she escaped and keeps pushing and taking from Torins and Mathis packs and Torin feels like his only answer is to go through with his engagement and wedding to Catarina.
There's more spice in this book as Ren explores her emotions and attachments to her guys, not as much with Torin, who's in self denial a lot of the book.
From Book 3, I really enjoy how these books always start out as a continuation of the previous book.
This one starts out where Catalina and Ren are having a big stand-off and Rens mates are fighting to get to her.
Andras is still very much alive in this one and Catalina is fighting with him.
Ren, her alpha mates, Torin and Mathis, along with her Beta mates, Dax and Noble, have to race against time to fight Andras and his wolves or everything they have fought for to this point, will be lost.
There's a lot of plot in this book as things are reaching towards a conclusion but, don't worry there is plenty of spice too!
I really enjoyed this trilogy and can't wait to see what these authors write next!
Book 1 has a lot of action and drama. It has you glued to it trying to see what is going to happen. I loved Ren and her feisty attitude. She is strong but not necessarily in the physical form but mentally which gives her strength in other ways. She feels she has nothing to lose so she lives life as best as she can. The guys are all a bit crazy and all I am man type attitude but you can see there is more to them that meets the eye. The storyline is unique and so very intriguing. I love how original it is. I literally could not put it down. I know it has a lot of scenes that some may not like but again she has nothing to lose so it just adds to her life and story.
Never Submit Book 2
It does not disappoint. I absolutely love Ren and her personality. She sees herself as weak and not very strong and at times lets it hold her back, but she has so much strength inside of herself. We see glimpses of it as she learns to navigate the new world she is living in. I love Dax with all his crazy tendencies, Noble for being the rock they all need, Mathis with his strength and heart. Then we have some very mixed feelings towards Torin. One minute he shows why he is an alpha then next you just want to shake some sense into him. The story is extremely well written and developed. These two authors together definitely blend seamlessly.
Never Tamed Book 3
What a beginning to book 3 has! The story is jammed packed with action, drama, and suspense. It had me on the edge of my seat. We see relationships growing and we get so many twists and turns throughout it. We have villains and backstabbing that just adds to the story perfectly. These two authors together wrote an incredible story that blends seamlessly to the point that you cannot tell where one author ends and the other begins. I loved this series from the very first book and the final book does not disappoint. The ending was beautifully written even if we had so troubling times to get here. The complete collection makes it so easy to read right through the series.
Harper does it again with Brea in this absolutely addictive series. This is the second series I’ve picked up by her, and once again I was completely pulled in from the start. From book one, Ren’s strength stood out. Even cursed and completely unaware of the supernatural world lurking around her, she refuses to stay a victim. When the truth crashes into her life and everything changes, she doesn’t crumble—she adapts. And then come the four fiercely protective, very different men who feel drawn to her before they even understand why. What I love most about this series is watching Ren’s evolution. She goes from surviving to standing her ground. When an unexpected twist shifts everything, she makes it clear she won’t be handled or controlled. Enemy packs are forced to unite for a common cause, and the reckless, stubborn woman who once needed saving becomes the one winning hearts—and commanding respect. The change in Ren’s condition from book one to book two adds an entirely new layer of confidence and fearlessness that makes her growth even more satisfying. And the guys? Dax is perfectly unhinged in that chaotic, loyal way that somehow just works. Torin, Noble, and Mathis each bring something completely different to the dynamic, and together their chemistry with Ren creates tension, passion, and emotional depth that keeps the pages turning. The relationship dynamics are messy, intense, and impossible not to obsess over. The cliffhanger heading into book three had me desperate for more, and Never Tamed delivers an ending that feels both explosive and full circle. The stakes are higher, the pack drama is fiercer, and Ren is stronger than ever as she faces impossible choices with Torin, Noble, Mathis, and Dax at her side. The passion, the danger, and the love all collide in a way that feels earned. It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to this world. I hated reaching the final page—not because it wasn’t satisfying, but because I simply didn’t want it to end. What a wild, emotional, beautifully chaotic ride from start to finish.
Never Prey What would you do if you found out you only have 25 years to live? That is when Ren discovers she is tasked with having to return something to the Moon Goddess who gave her life or that gift of life will be taken away. Well, she isn't going down without a fight! Even as a human, she has a strength keeping her going. What she doesn't expect is when this journey leads her to get mixed up between two werewolf packs not only fighting against each other, but also the alphas and betas in each of them who want her. The action, adventure and romance was intense in book 1, and it has definitely hooked me in to this series!
Never Submit Ren and her men Dax, Noble, Torin, and Mathis are back in book 2 of the Bad Wolves series! Full of magic, heat and bloodthirsty wolves, this series is really taking everything to the next level. Each of the guys bring a uniqueness to the relationship, some a little more tense than others, but Ren has really gotten good at keeping them in line. It was nice to see their relationships continuing to grow as they grapple with dangers around every corner. With the intensity of this book and all that is to come, I'm so excited for the conclusion!
Never Tamed Ren and her big bad wolves are back in this final installment of the incredible wolf shifter fated mates romance series Never Tamed! The final battle with Andras and his pack are upon them and Ren is even more in need of her wolves Thorin, Noble, Matthias, and Dax to get in line. They all have such powerful and overwhelming personalities, which makes working together difficult, but luckily they all have one goal, Ren, and Ren is also continuing to grow into her powers, which is imperative given the impending battle to come. The romance is still super hott, and the action is amazing! Definitely a must read!
All 3 books are included in this set! Never Prey: Amazing start to the series! Ren is a kickass FMC, and I love how outgoing and confident she is, even if she might not feel that way. She tolerates no crap from any of her patrons at the bar, and I love it. Her bestie is also the same, and I love how protective they are over each other. Ren is also witty and sarcastic, which kept me laughing while I was reading. Her guys are all totally different, and I enjoyed her finding out about werewolves existing, the moonstone, and following her own quest. They guys were all super hot in their own ways, and Dax had me drooling with his claim of her! So much suspense, steam, and action in this, and that cliffhanger killed me! Love having the set so I can immediately go to the next! Never Submit: I was glad this picked up from that epic cliffhanger in the previous book! Noble and Mathis are my favorites, and I love how supportive they are of Ren, and each other. Torin is hard to love...but he is getting there. Dax is...Dax lol. He is awesome and I love how he is all about Ren, no matter what, especially her *new* side. There was some definite steam, and plenty of action in this, and a plot twist I did not exactly see coming! Never Tamed: This was a fantastic conclusion to the series! I have enjoyed Ren's character development throughout the series, and her culmination after she meets the Moon Goddess is fantastic! Torin's growth as a person was absolutely phenomenal as well, loved that he finally accepted his feelings for Ren. All of the guys definitely made some spice for Ren, and I was all for it. They might not completely get along on a regular basis, but their banter in the bedroom was HAWT! Such a great read!
Book #1 OMG, I couldn't put this book down! I cannot wait to see what happens next! I love all 4 guys even psycho Dax! Ren has a countdown on her life. She accepts this but doesn't stop living. The small group of people around her she protects and in her way loves. Then she comes across 2 alphas and 2 betas from 2 different packs. I can't wait to see what Ren is destined for!!
Book #2 So, not going to lie I remembered book 1, but definitely am happy I went back to re-read before book 2. Wow! A whole lot going on in this book! I need a Flora in my life! I need Dax to remember more of his past. I love Noble. Mathias has always been high on my list. I even love psycho Dax. Torin I wanted to punch numerous times, and I called something that happened in the end (don't want to give anything away). I cannot wait to see what happens next and we need our missing members back like pronto!
Book#3 Ok, so not going to lie I had to go back and skim book 2 before reading this book because I tried reading it and my brain just wasn't coming together. With that being said it is a great conclusion to this series. I did love this whole series (especially when my brain cooperating and clicked) and I always loved Red. I loved watching her grow throughout all the books and learning who she truly was. I also love all the guys. My emotions were on a rollercoaster in this book. This book picks up right where book 2 ends. I couldn't put it down once I got sucked into the book. This group seems to never catch a break, but everything comes together and I was here for it! While it was a perfect conclusion, I could definitely read 3 more books about this group!
book 1 Really interesting take on the red riding hood fairy tale Ren is a human that knows has her days counted and just as she's nearing the end of them she finds out that maybe the story her parents would tell her and that could save her life is real... And that werewolves exist... And that apparently several think she's their individual property... I actually quite liked our FMC, she's feisty and strong and the guys have loads of potential so can't wait to see where the story goes from here.
Only not given it 5 stars because I felt at times the quotes or well known sayings from the original tale did not 1000% made sense for me and felt a bit odd/forced
Book 2 Well, this was twisty! Everyone wants the moonstone, but the moonstone is now not a stone, it's a person... and red ridding hood is it! And she has a werewolf mate in Noble... but does he claim her all to himself? Does he even want to? If he did would he be able to when he's facing against another savage beta and (two?) alpha(s)? And does being the moonstone mean that Ren is finally free from her curse? Well... read to find out! Enjoyed the development of the characters but not super convinced about Ren's interactions with all the guys, especially Torin, I know there's mean to be this push and pull but the pull wasn't truly convincing sometimes...
Book 3 Finally the ending to Red's story and what and ending!
Red and her bad wolves are pushed to their limits and with that her powers keep stretching and fully unfolding, and that's a good thing because it will take everyone's last bit of blood, sweat and tears to overcome the challenge that is Andras.
A great HEA, emotional, fierce and everything we could wish for.
Wow what an amazing read this book had me hooked, I could not put it down. Ren is after a moonstone to save her life. She finds out wolves exists and two different packs are after her. The one has the moonstone she needs to save her life, she steals it and runs but the packs both hunt her. All 4 guys want her, she finds herself attracted to each of them. But what will happen when they find out she’s dying? The ending leaves you needing the next book asap!
Never submit
This book is the second book of the series, I believe there is three in total. It carries on from the first book left us.
The two packs Mathis’s and Torin’s have formed an alliance to save their packs from Andras’s wrath and to protect Ren and the moonstone which has absorbed in Ren! Theirs so much action going on in this book and theirs a traitor within the mix!
I love how Ren has become, she has found a new strength which she didn’t have in book one. There is lots of smut in this book, so i definitely recommend if that’s what you are after! The ending definitely leaves you wanting more, and I’m hoping we don’t have to wait to long for it!
Never tamed
The ending! Had me scared for a second!! What a fantastic read and what a fantastic epilogue sometimes epilogues I find can be disappointing but this did not at all. From the get go this is action packed, it carries on from where the second finished and leaves you wondering whether Ren is even going to survive! I love how much Ren has grown as well as the guys. There is plenty of drama, action, emotions it’s a full on rollercoaster really! I’m so sad the series has ended but it was an amazing series that just kept getting better!
An amazing series. Here are my reviews for each of the books in this set.
Never Prey First book in a great wolf shifter series. I love Ren. That girl doesn’t let anything, or anyone stop her. Ren is called Red by the four big bad wolves who have taken an extreme interest in her. And things go from tense to hot to dangerous in a heartbeat. The play on Little Red just adds that much more fun and whimsy to a story filled with action and danger. Lots of fighting from start to finish. Just when you think you know what will happen a new twist will be thrown in. I can’t wait to read the next as this one does end in a cliffhanger.
Never Submit The second book of the series. It has been a while since the first book but I am so glad to finally get more of Ren’s story. This is not the last book either. We have been following Ren and the two packs that she has a connection to. There is one other pack and they are the ones that bring the danger to all of them. The story shows the loyalty of the packs and what the Alphas are willing to do for them. The relationship Ren has with certain males is tense and at times very hot. This is a rh so she doesn’t have to choose.
Never Tamed The third book of the series. The series has brought us some amazing characters. I love that the story is told in a first person and changes whose view we are seeing. Ren, Torin, Mathis, Dax and Noble are our main characters. Ren though, is the star. Her relationship with each of the men has changed and grown. Some of them fell hard and others fought it. But fate knows what it is doing. The story brings us right where book two stopped. The fight to stop Andras has gotten dangerous and bloody. He will stop at nothing to destroy them and their packs. Ren may be the one thing that changes it all.
Never Prey Book #1 I loved this! This is the first book in a new series, and I could not put it down. There is a lot of confusion in this book.... but it a good way that keeps you needing to know more. Ren is a strong FMC who is struggling to save herself from a situation she had no say in. The MMCs, all four of them, are rough around the edges, domineering males who don't seem to know what to do with Ren, other than pinning her to a bed and claiming her. The book ends with a pretty significant cliffhanger. I can't wait for the next book in this series to see what happens next.
Never Submit Book #2 Book 2 has lots of angst and action. After a brief stint of captivity at the hands of the Blood Moon Pack, and assist from Dax, she is back with her guys. While her mate bond with Noble is only getting stronger, there is still a building tension between Ren, Dax, Mathis and Torin. Big changes are happening for Ren and it's not just her relationships with the guys, and she is struggling to find her feet in this new reality. Another mate bond solidifies and one of the guys needs to get sense slapped into him. The book ends in a cliffhanger, just as things seemed to finally be coming together. I really and enjoyed this book and I can't wait to see what happens in the next book.
Never Tamed Book #3 This is the final book in the series and picks up right where Book 2 ended. This book was a great ending to the series. The rocky relationship dynamic between the MCs finally comes together in this last book. There is plenty of action, spice and suspense. Ren really comes into her own in this final book, accepting and embracing who she is. This was a great series!
Never Prey I loved the storyline. I thought it was quite original and it kept my attention. There was action, mystery, humor and steam! Told in multiple POV. I thought Ren was a great FMC. She was tough, sassy and just trying to live out her life. Torin and Noble, Mathis and Dax, are each from rival packs and are drawn to her for unknown reasons. I liked that the harem weren't all friends to begin with, they were actually enimies instead. It seems we've only scratched the surface on the guys as well as Ren. The last few chapters give us some answers, but leave us with more questions.
Never Submit This book had a little of everything... There was action, betrayal, danger, and drama. In addition, we got more emotions and more spice. I was so proud of Ren in this book. I feel like we see her getting stronger and growing more confident. I have mixed feelings on some of the guys still, but It was good to see them work together more. Even if it was only for Ren's sake.
While we did learn some new things, I still have some questions. Lastly, we are left with that cliffhanger!!
Never Tamed What a journey this book was! It kept me on the edge of my seat at times. It was filled action, some suspense, drama, humor, and spice. Ren, truly becomes what she was always meant to be. There was a lot of character growth for the guys. It was good to finally see them come together. Of course, it wasn't easy. There were so many challenges, lots of emotional moments, and just learning to work together. I think this was an excellent trilogy and the ending left me happy!
What an incredible collection. Book one Move over red riding hood there’s a new girl in town and she doesn’t have just one wolf, no, no she has four! Meet Ren who at birth had a curse placed on her that she would die by her 25th birthday, she’s strong, she’s feisty and she isn’t hanging around waiting for the end, no way, she’s going to fight and try to find what she needs. It’s a well paced journey filled with danger, drama, suspense, and lots of tension as Ren is joined by Torin, Mathis, Dax, and Noble, 2 alphas and 2 betas from rival packs, who are strong and to start with unlikeable shifters who find themselves drawn to Ren and they don’t know why. It’s hot, it’s steamy and full of twists and turns as we follow Ren to find the moonstone to save her life. Book two We carry on from where we left off and we hit the ground running. Ren has been kidnapped by Andras the villain of this series. Dax, Noble, Torin, and Mathis Must work together to save Ren from the big bad and Ren must adjust and grow now that she has the power of the moonstone. It’s a gripping continuation, it’s exciting and it’s captivating and there is just so much going on that you just cannot stop reading! Super excited for book three! Book three Book three and we pick up from where we left off and there’s so much going on as we make our way to e hell of an ending for Ren and her wolves! Explosive, dangerous, heart pounding, this has you hooked from start to finish as the author draws everything together and gives us answers to our questions and a finale worthy of this incredible series!
1. Ren is a young woman with an expiration date and has just found that the stories her mother told her hold the secret to her survival. Stuck between 2 warring packs, Ren needs to trust her instincts and find a way to survive. Well written and great characters. A bit of grey area on consent and using sex as a tool or weapon, could be triggering for some. I’m sure it’s all part of life in a werewolf pack though. Great cliffhanger, can’t wait til the next book!
2. Spoilers: Ren and her guys are caught up in battles with the Blood Moon pack, who keep winning. The Grey Valley Pack is forced to retreat and form a shaky alliance with their enemies the Steel Claws. Even that has a poor result. All along, the Blood Moons are a step ahead, playing the long game. Ren is exploring her attraction too all the guys, although she keeps butting heads with Torin who denies his feelings for her. I'm really rooting for Dax, he's my favorite! Well written, kept my attention, great battles, steamy scenes too.
3. REN is in the middle of a war that seems to have been around for years. With Ren having the moonstone, they have a chance to fight back. The book picks up right where the previous leaves off…the Red Wedding. Ren gains some insight into the goddess’s intentions and the pack unites in spite of the discord of their leaders. Great read.
There is something quite delightful about having all the books in a series at once. It is a huge perk when getting this set. Bad Wolves follows Ren and her rocky start after her parents made a deal with the Moon Goddess to save her life. She is still on a clock, though, and needs to retrieve the Moon Goddess’s moonstone to make it past her twenty-fifth year.
Ren is very strong and independent, which I appreciate. She gets harassed at the bar where she works and ends up meeting Mathis, Dax, Noble, and Torin as a result. Everyone wants a piece of her, and all she wants is to live and get the coveted moonstone. I enjoyed the first book. It was a good starting point.
Book two has Ren finding the moonstone while the rivalry between the Grey Valley pack and the Steel Claws continues. They find themselves coming together over a common enemy in the Blood Moon pack, who keep stealing omegas and are out to destroy the other two packs. Ren is finding herself changing and bonding with the guys in her life. I dare say I am a fan of the Grey Valley guys. I feel like this book was the weakest of the three.
Book three finds Ren fully coming into herself and embracing the changes brought on by the moonstone. Grey Valley and Steel Claws become one pack, with her at the heart of it, as they work to overcome the destruction caused by the Blood Moon pack and try to get their people back. It is a good wrap-up of the series, which I would average at about a 3.5 overall.
This series was a keeper and having all the books to binge at once is a bonus!
'Never Prey', by Harper A Brooks and Brea Viragh, is the first book in the 'Bad Wolves' Series. I love the setup of this new series as it does a great job of introducing this wild plot and we start to see the threads of the ongoing and upcoming drama! It was already a wild ride and promises to keep on delivering!
'Never Submit', by Harper A Brooks and Brea Viragh, is the second book in the 'Bad Wolves' Series. I love the continuity of this sequel to the first book! It picks right up off of the last and doesn't stop till the last page and yay....a cliffy!!!! That's ok though, because I can't get enough of these characters. The are all along for the character growth spurt, but do develop at their own individual paces. The action and thrills are there and I can't wait for the next installment!
'Never Tamed', by Harper A Brooks and Bree Viragh, is the third and finale book in this fabulous series! This finale brought the series to a perfect conclusion and certainly took us on a wild, and unforgettable ride!!! This well written thrilling series was a page-turner from start to finish and as much as I loved it, I'm sad to see it end! I really can't wait to see where these talented authors bring us next!
This is a box set of all 3 books in Bad Wolves!! This will lead you in to a world where you root for Ren and her wolves as a unit, not just as separate lovers. The mates give heart, conflict, and a lot of heat to a series that’s as emotional as it is action-packed. Harper delivers an addictive blend of paranormal romance, action, and mythic lore that kept me flipping pages well past my bedtime. The world-building — where werewolves, divine curses, and ancient secrets collide — is creative and engaging, grounding the supernatural elements in a story that feels bigger than just a romance.
Dax, Mathis, Noble and Torin are central figures in Ren’s survival and evolution. From initial suspicion and rivalry between them to reluctant allies, then to lovers bound by fate and pack loyalty, their relationship with Ren is a wild ride that balances steamy romance with personal growth and teamwork. Each mate claims a piece of Ren’s heart — and the story does a solid job exploring why they’re drawn to her and what she brings out in each of them. They each bring something special to the pack!
This is a darker fairytale retelling with elements in the story that feels fresh, immersive, and completely addictive.
This book was so easy to fall into, I just couldn't help but love it. Ren is a sassy FMC who is determined to make the most of what life she has when her world is turned all around. There are a bunch of twists, for Ren and the readers, that will make you eager to blow through this book and ready for the next. These characters are so easy to love. I can't wait for book 2!
Never Submit jumps right back into the chaos that occurred at the end of book one. Ren is having to work hard through all the change that is happening. The men in her life are having to come together in a way they so obviously don't want to. This group is going to need to work together despite their differences in order to save everyone around them. This book has some fantastic character development and is fast paced enough to push the story forward while being eager for more. Now I just have to wait for book 3!
Never Tamed was an action packed finale to the Bad Wolves series. Ren's storyline was wrapped up in a pretty little bow after some intense action. I found it quite difficult to put this book down between the battle, the spice, and the heartfelt moments in between. I loved this series overall and highly recommend it!
This is the complete series of three book all in one
Book One - Never Prey
This is the first book in the Bad Wolf series and its off to a great start. I was hooked from the very beginning, draw right in and didn't want to put it down. The world and character are fantastic. I love that the story has multiple povs. I love Ren and how tough she is even though circumstances have always been tough. She gets introduced to a supernatural world she didn't know existed and right away meets four men who are all very different from each other and the spice heats up. There is a lot of suspense to go with the spice.
Book Two - Never Submit
Once again I was hooked start to finish. The character are fantastic. I love Ren , she is a strong FMC and her men are all so different. The chemistry between them heats up the pages. The authors throw in some twists. It’s a great bridge between book one and three.
Book Three - Never Tamed
This is the third and final of Bad Wolves and once again I was hooked start to finish. It was an amazing conclusion for Ren and her men. There was action and twists. The chemistry was oh so spicy. I highly recommend this series.
Retell of a fairy tale and her big bad wolves are quite impressive. Dax, Torin, Noble aand Mathis add spice, unpredictable in the story.
Book two Ren finds herself taken then escapes and as she explores each relationship with her mates. But Torin he makes me want to throat punch him at his constant denial. Noble lives up to his name although when she was being held he was not the one to rescue her. There is way more smexy times than anything in this installment and Ren develops and is a lot more outspoken.
Book three Andras is really doing damage. He is destroying packs and their homes. Ren and her guys are determined to get the Omegas but also track him down Catarina is one pain in that also cant shake as well. There is also a little something about jer revealed. Torin fighting thr bond comes to an end but not nefore he hurt Ten amd now he needs to make up for that. I admit I like Dax, the banter between all the guys is entertaining but also love the communication through tbr bond. There is alot of action and unexpected results from the battles. The steam is there and adjusting to the bond between Ren and the guys was done well. It ended nicely despite all the carnage caused by Andras with the assistance of Catarina.
What a great collection this is. I love this series and that you can get it in one set, you can bet I am adding it to my collection. This set features Never Prey, Never Submit and Never Tamed.
Book One Never Prey- Sets the pace with a lot of action and drama. We get introduced to Ren and the whole amazing character she is. I love her feistiness. There are other ways to be strong, as she shows. The guys are just right for her in varying ways. A good start to the series.
Book 2- Never Submit- Our girl Ren goes through some stuff, but she never stops. I just love her personality and how she deals with things and how her mind thinks. She is having to navigate the world she is living in and watching how she handles it is a ride for sure. Her guys are all different and help in different ways. But for sure Dax, Noble, Mathis and yes even Torin. We get another well written book that I need more of.
Book 3- Never Tamed- Wow!! With lots of action and full drama and throw in some suspense while we are at it. Again another well written book that kept me locked in until the end. So much relationship building, also while dealing with some back stabbing, and twits and turns everywhere. The ending was amazing, and I will have to do a re-read here soon.
