Beyond the war
If I could give this book more stars, it would be over 1000. I couldn't quit reading this and highly recommend those who like all the parts in a mafia book . Stellan and Kaia are two forces that end up fighting each other but becoming together as one stellan is obsessed with Kai and has been watching her since she's been 16 years old. He will do anything to get her, taking away her life, her soul and her will. She was a ballerina who worked her entire life to acquire status as a dancer. Stellan burns down her studio, but vows to break her and remake her with only him as her anchor with her he will do anything to acquire her he pays off her dad's debt, which is huge because he gambled away his fortune and he was prepared to sell his daughter to save his life and pay his debts to Vokolve another mafia king who thinks he owns the world and he wants Kaia in order to sell her as a sex slave Kaia starts out as a scared girl and ends up a woman who gives in to Stellan in the end learns to fight she has learned to kill They fought the war Stellan survives after Kaia thought he was dead and her world would ends She has helped by someone she never expected, though she vowed to stay and die with her husband. But in the end, no one expected the twists and turns.

I can say I liked this book. I gave it three stars because the book was good and I loved the flow. My attention remained. The book didn’t drag at all,I just felt it missed a certain umphhh if that makes sense and that the spicy scenes needed a little extra spice .I’m definitely intrigued to read more from this author.
