In Unapologetic 5 Steps to Create the Life You Want, Rev. Ken Daigle—a spiritual teacher known for his practical, no-fluff approach to abundance—offers a bold and grounded guide to creating real change in your life.
This isn’t just another take on the Law of Attraction. Instead of vague affirmations or magical thinking, Ken takes you deep into the work of conscious creation. He expands the definition of abundance to include not just money, but also vibrant health, fulfilling relationships, meaningful work, and time to enjoy it all. His message is Manifestation is happening all the time—your job is to do it consciously.
Throughout the book, you’ll explore what might be blocking your progress—what Ken calls your “B.S.” (Belief Systems)—and learn how to release the limiting stories that keep you stuck. The book includes practical exercises, journaling prompts, and guided meditations (with audio available online), making it more than just a read—it’s a complete experience for personal growth.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore manifestation or looking to deepen your practice, Unapologetic Manifestation gives you tools that are spiritually wise, emotionally honest, and easy to apply in everyday life. With a mix of personal storytelling, science-backed insights, and transformative practices, Ken helps you take full ownership of your life—and create it unapologetically.
I found Unapologetic Manifestation: 5 Steps to Create the Life You Want to be an incredibly powerful and uplifting read for me. I learned a tremendous amount from how Ken Daigle explains manifestation, not just as an abstract concept, but as a practical and deeply personal process. His approach feels grounded, honest, and genuinely encouraging for anyone looking to shift their mindset and take ownership of their life.
One of the things I appreciated most was the author's remarkable vulnerability throughout the book. He openly shares his own experiences, challenges, and lessons learned, which made reading his book authentic and relatable. And his writing is excellent as well. Naturally engaging, accessible and enjoyable to read.
The worksheets in the chapters also beneficial for me. They turned the ideas into something I could actively engage with rather than just read about. I found myself pausing and reflecting which made the learning much deeper and more meaningful.
Perhaps the most fascinating part of the book for me was the author sharing the story of him and his husband's adoption journey and experience. At the risk of a bit of a spoiler ... it's very poignant and there is a unforeseen twist too.
I found this book to be inspiring, practical, and thought-provoking. I walked away feeling empowered, with new tools and perspectives that I can continue using moving forward. I’m grateful for the wisdom Ken shared and the care he put into guiding readers through this process.
