Flawed in story

I am disappointed in how the character of Nathan was built up to be this honorable, dedicated, good natured FBI agent only to have his life blown up and chalked up to, he knew the risks.

The story flaw was if Callum was the killer, and Hiro looked just like his brother, and the killer killed his brother, why wouldn't the killer recognize him? Why would Joey send Hiro in the office under cover? Why send in 2 green FBI agents? Why leave Nathan alone after just a few minutes? No bugs planted or tracking devices placed on the agents? Kind of basic FBI story requirements.

Darkness in the City

As a great fan of Elle Gray I have not read one book that has ever dissappointed me. Darkness in the City kept me wanting to turn the pages faster. It has many twists and turns and kept you begging for more. I am sure we will be reading a lot more about the newest FBI Agent in Charge Joey!! Thank you Elle Gray for another great read.

This is probably one of the best FBI series I’ve read featuring Joey Wright! The storyline keeps you on your toes the whole way through! The ending caught me off guard! A great read!

Third in a series of FBI agent Joey Wright. She and her team are investigating snuff firms on the dark web.
She also is looking into her brothers murder.

Darkness in the City

I enjoyed this book more than the previous two Joey Wright 's. She finally showed humanity towards her partner, Agent Garcia. Her on/off romance isn't going to make it due to the conflicts in their jobs. I did figure out the ending early on, but it was still a good thriller.
