That was the reason my ex gave for leaving me for someone else. Someone with more passion and drive.
I was happy with my life. Slow living calls to me. There is no reason to be unkind to anyone, but it my easygoing personality lost me my partner, so maybe it isn’t a good thing after all.
I’ve never given up on finding my fated mate but I’m not going to send pics over the internet or date any more men who want a one-night stand instead of a relationship. I want to build a life and a family with my mate, not have a string of hookups.
The letter from the Bearclaw Inn shocks me. I know what it means. No one leaves the Bearclaw Inn without a mate. Many ask how Franklin, the owner, accomplished this, but no one has found the answer.
Maybe he can find me an omega who doesn’t mind a kind alpha.
Kind Alpha is the tenth book in the Omegas Inn Love Series. It is a sweet with knotty heat MM shifter mpreg romance featuring an alpha hoping for an omega who loves him for himself, the omega Fate sends him, the magic of Franklin and his Bearclaw Inn, and a guaranteed HEA. Each book in this series can be read as a standalone. If you like your alphas hawt, your omegas strong, and your mpreg with heart, download your copy today.
Lorelei M. Hart is the cowriting team of USA Today Bestselling Authors Kate Richards and Ever Coming. Friends for years, the duo decided to come together and write one of their favorite guilty pleasures: Mpreg.
He was told kindness makes him forgettable, right before fate proves otherwise.
Alpha panther shifter Remi builds a quiet life around soil, routine, and tenderness that most people mistake for weakness. After being left for not being hard enough, wild enough, or demanding enough, he stops chasing the kind of love that asks him to become someone else. Then a letter from the Bearclaw Inn offers him one last shot at fate, and for the first time in a long time, hope feels as risky as heartbreak.
Omega wolf shifter Bowen arrives carrying his own uncertainty, worn down by a job he loves and the threat of losing the life he’s built. He’s shy, watchful, and more vulnerable than he wants anyone to see, but Remi’s steadiness gets under his skin fast. What starts as quiet attraction turns hotter and more intimate, asking for trust, honesty, and the courage to be fully chosen. Beneath all that heat is a quieter fear of wanting too much and losing it.
As the weekend pulls them closer, the question stops being whether they belong to each other and becomes whether love can hold both passion and selfhood. Remi learns his gentleness is not a flaw, Bowen learns care doesn’t make him weak, and together they build a bond rooted in reassurance, hunger, and the relief of being wanted without needing to change. It’s soft, possessive, and deeply intimate in a way that makes home feel like something they create in each other.
A hot MM shifter romance with fated mates, soft possessiveness, domestic intimacy, and real emotional weight, it's about learning that gentleness isn’t weakness and that love feels deepest when it offers safety, trust, and room to be fully yourself. At its heart, it’s about two wounded people building belonging, devotion, and a shared life that feels like home.
The Elevator Pitch: A gentle panther alpha, bruised by the belief that softness makes him easy to leave, arrives at a mysterious inn where fate has already set his path beside a shy wolf omega on the edge of losing the life he knows. What begins as instant heat deepens into something rarer: a love built on safety, trust, and the dangerous hope of being wanted exactly as they are. In the space between longing and home, they have one chance to find out whether tenderness can be the strongest bond of all.
I really enjoy the Omegas Inn Love series and the invitations to the Bearclaw Inn from Franklin to meet their Fated Mates. Of course we all wonder how Franklin picks the couples to invite — does the goddess give him the names, does he have a dream, no one knows, but hopefully it is explained in the final book of the series, whenever that may be.
The recipients of the coveted invitations this time are panther shifter Remi, an alpha nursery greenhouse owner who loves plants and has a small business of his own, and omega wolf shifter Bowen, a park ranger who loves the outdoors and has a biology minor as part of his degree. When each gets their own invitation, both are aware that it is said that no guest invited to the Bearclaw Inn leaves without meeting their fated mate. Both are excited yet apprehensive —will their animal recognize their mate, will they like each other, have things in common, how fast to move to mating, what happens once the weekend is over? So many questions without answers when arriving, but many questions will be answered soon. Both Remy and Bowen’s animals recognize their mate, both would like to mate that first night, but neither will push to say anything, so they move into the next day to start the get to know you part. Quickly finding many things in common, enjoying the day together, they are sure they are mates, the marking is done, and now they face the logistics of being together. It doesn’t happen immediately, but Franklin or the goddess must be pulling some strings because circumstances do align to being them together in their new home, life is good, and there will soon be an addition to the family.
These are sweet, low angst, insta-love tales with two interesting characters finding the love of their life through an old man and the magic he somehow wields. Each story follows the pattern, but is still entertaining, leaving the reader with a smile on their face and a good feeling overall. Choose any title, I am sure you will enjoy it.

Invited to Bearclaw Inn, known for connecting fated shifter mates, Bowen and Remi are both excited but nervous about meeting each other for the weekend. Remi was left by his last boyfriend for 'lacking passion' since he's content running a plant nursery in his small town. Bowen mostly loves his life as a park ranger and is very reluctant to move to a suburb or city dependent on where his mate is from. Both are happy in their lives for the most part, even if they're a bit lonely.
A wonderful weekend together lets these men know that they are indeed fated, but they'll have to overcome some logistical issues to make it work. Fate won't be denied.
Remi is about as un-alpha as an alpha can be - he's kind, loves the plant nursery business he runs with his siblings and wants nothing more than a family and a simple, quiet life. He is sweet and respectful towards Bowen, willing to do whatever it takes to keep him in his life. While his ex leaving made him doubt himself, he begins to realize that whatever he is, is enough for the right partner. Bowen, for his part, is willing to take a leap of faith to be with his kindhearted partner.
This omegaverse romance is really sweet. Two small-town, outdoorsy people happy with a simple life and loving family work towards their HEA.
Four stars.

This was such a gentle, comforting read that leans into the idea that kindness isn’t a weakness, but something worth holding onto. From the start, the story sets up that contrast between what the world expects and what Remi actually offers, and it was lovely to see that explored rather than dismissed.
Remi’s character really stood out — he’s soft, patient, and quietly hopeful, even after being made to feel like that isn’t enough. Watching him begin to believe he can be exactly what someone needs was one of the most satisfying parts of the book. Bowen complements him well, bringing his own warmth and longing for something real, and their connection feels natural and easy rather than overly dramatic.
The Bearclaw Inn keeps its usual sense of magic in the background, gently nudging things along without overshadowing the romance. Moments like their time together out in the world help ground the story and make their bond feel genuine.
It’s written in a simple, easy style that suits the tone perfectly, making it an ideal quick read when you want something soft, romantic, and reassuring, with just enough emotion to keep you invested.

This book is part of the Omegas Inn Love series. Each book is a standalone read and features a different couple. This is the story of Remi and Bowen. Remi is an alpha panther shifter who owns and runs Nettles' Nursery and Gardening Supply. He is kind and laid back. Unfortunately, his easy going persona has been misidentified as weakness by other people. Luckily he has already decided that if he has to change for someone, then they aren't the person for him. Bowen is an omega and park ranger. He loves his job and being outdoors. He is frightened that finding his mate would mean giving it all up and moving to a city. Then they both receive the famous invite to the Bearclaw Inn. Each knows what it means. They should meet their fated mate but each are worried about what they might have to give up to keep their fated. Luckily Franklin is on the job and once again finds the perfect mate for each other. This is their story. The book is written well and is easy to read. This is a sweet small town romance that I really enjoyed. Another excellent book in this series.

This is a Great Story to Read!! This is the tenth book in the Omegas Inn Love Series. Bearclaw Inn is where you go to find your mate and when you return home you are happy and mated. Bowen is an omega wolf shifter Ranger. He is happy working as a Ranger, he loves the outdoors, but with the government funding questionable it is possible he may lose his job. Bowen is excited when he receives the invitation to the Bearclaw Inn, He drove to the inn. Remi is an alpha panther and the owner of Nettles Nursery and Garden Supply. Remi loves working with the plants and talking with the customers. When Remi receives his invitation to the Bearclaw Inn he is excited and calls his brother and sister for help with the Nursery so that he can go away for the weekend. When Remi and Bowen meet they can both feel something. They spend the weekend getting to know each other better. When they part ways at the end of the weekend unsure of what will happen next. Will Bowen still have a job when he returns back home???? Has Remi found the one person that will make him happy???.

Remi is not the usual kind of alpha, because he is loving his job and being the owner of plant nursery. His last ex hurt him really bad, so he thinks he will never find his omega mate. Till he gets an invitation to come to come to this special inn. I like the idea Franklin knows who are going to be fated mates and is inviting those two to his inn.
Remi of course wants to go and so is his future omega mate Bowen. Bowen is a total fit for Remi, since Bowen has a job as a park ranger, but he isn't certain if he will be able to keep the job. But he doesn't care, he has to go to the inn for the weekend.
I like it that Remi respects Bowen so much, he doesn't do an alpha move on their first night, letting them wait with that for the second night and after a lovely day together. I like that Remi is a panther shifter.
But after the weekend at the inn they have to find out how it will go on between them from that moment, since they are not living close to each other. But of course fate will help with that problem too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved Kind Alpha by Lorelei M. Hart—such a sweet, comforting, and heartfelt read.
Remi completely stole my heart. His belief that being kind might not be enough after everything he’s been through was so relatable and honestly a little heartbreaking. He deserves someone who sees his gentle nature as a strength, not a flaw.
And Bowen? Perfect match. Strong, grounded, and exactly the kind of partner who appreciates Remi for who he truly is. Their connection feels natural and genuine from the start, and watching it grow into something deeper is so satisfying.
The magic of the Bearclaw Inn adds that special touch to the story—there’s something so cozy and hopeful about a place where everyone finds their mate. It makes the whole journey feel a little extra special.
Sweet, emotional, and full of heart—this is a beautiful reminder that kindness is powerful, and the right person will always see that.

Franklin and the magic of the Bearclaw Inn does it again. Nettles' Nursery and Gardening Supply is the perfect setting for a kind, laidback alpha like Remi. It's a patient, non exciting life. The only thing missing is an omega and family of his own. Omega Bowen has been a Park Ranger since finishing his degree. There's no better place to be surrounded by nature and assisting park visitors. He would love to have an alpha who doesn't have to be a bad boy jerk. This isn't the first time the authors have played with gender characteristics/norms. Like Bowen, I appreciate an alpha who isn't so hard core. The authors do bring up the my-job-is-across-country arc. Due to the nature of Bowen and Remi's jobs, it isn't a quick I'll-just-work-online solution. The story is lite and floofy, as always. A fun read.

This male/male shifter romance was such a comforting and satisfying read. Both main characters come with emotional baggage, having been abandoned by their previous mates for being “too boring” or not exciting enough—which makes their journey all the more meaningful. When they’re both invited to a mysterious shifter cabin said to lead you to your fated mate, the premise might feel a bit predictable—but in the best possible way. Watching them slowly heal from past rejection and learn to see their own worth is truly the heart of this story. I also really enjoyed that they have unique, non-typical professions, which adds a fresh touch and makes them stand out even more as characters. Overall, this is a warm, feel-good romance about second chances, healing, and finding someone who appreciates you exactly as you are. Definitely a lovely read for fans of shifter romance.

I loved this book! Franklin is at it again and his latest guests are Remi and Bowen. Remi is an Alpha who owns his own plant nursery and wants nothing more than a mate to share it with. Bowen is a park ranger Omega who is also dreaming of a mate to share his life with. That chance will come when they both receive an invitation from Franklin to spend the weekend at his beautiful inn. Remi is a little cautious at first but a day spent at a Tulip Festival will prove to him that he can be enough for Bowen. They will be separated briefly after their weekend but when Bowen is laid off he knows it’s time to go to Remi. Things work out in the best way for the two of them and when their baby girl makes her appearance, it makes their lives and their happily ever after so much better!.

This was a really sweet story about Remi who is an alpha panther shifter and Bowen who is an Omega wolf shifter. Remi‘s partner has left him telling him he was boring and unimaginative, leaving him feeling lower than low and doubting himself. When an invitation to Bearclaw Inn arrives in his letterbox, knowing that every couple that is invited to the Inn for the weekend, walk away with their fated mate. Remi is excited for the experience and when he arrives he meets Bowen his mate. Bowen is a park ranger who is excited about meeting his fated mate when he receives his invitation. It was a sweet story in the fact that both men had been lonely and looking for their one. It all works out in the end, and they go onto live there, happily ever after with their baby girl.

Love the idea of this…matchmaking Franklin and his inn. It’s a very minuscule part of the novella. Our two MCs have a slow romance by shifter standards, according to our omega Bowen. I like the idea of non-flashy protagonists…don’t see that often enough. The dialogue between the two seemed stilted and formal. Wish there was more instances of experiences of their relationship with dialogue rather than description. It’s pretty much a closed door romance (except for a few sentences) so I’m not sure how the description relates to the novella. Sweet matchmaking series. I haven't been disappointed so far and this one also sweet. This one dealt with the issue of would you rather have a bad boy or a kind sweet guy. Well Remi is the kind alpha who keeps crashing out on finding his perfect omega who likes him as is. Now I couldn't tell too much with Bowen and his dating experiences but it was noted he wanted a kind alpha. So them two meeting up at Franklin's was really magical. No angst...no drama other than Bowen's issues with his job...just a sweet romance. I'm enjoying these sweet matchmaking stories...I hope more are to come.

This latest book is everything I have come to expect from this series. Franklin and the Bearclaw Inn. Two men fated to be together. The characters are vibrant and alive. I felt like I knew them. Both men love the outdoors, and the plants that inhabit the natural world. Bowen and Remi are so well matched. Their weekend at the Inn is epic. Get ready for a quick romp that takes you from first meeting to baby time. HEA is assured. Just keep an eye out for the next blue envelope. In the meantime, grab your copy of this wonderful book. You will be glad you did!
Remi in my opinion was the ideal alpha as he was kind and sweet just wanting a simple life. But the way his last relationship ended left him thinking he should change. Luckily he has siblings who set him straight and receiving Franklin's letter helped in him thinking there was someone out there for him. I have to admit that while Bowen cared for his community and had a calming energy I wished he stood up for himself more at the start. Other than that it was an enjoyable read that had the sort of villians get their comeuppance. Though I was left with the question of where Jeepers was in the end.
Book 10 of the Omegas Inn Love series. Can be read as a standalone.
'A sweet with knotty heat MM shifter mpreg romance featuring an alpha hoping for an omega who loves him for himself, the omega Fate sends him, the magic of Franklin and his Bearclaw Inn, and a guaranteed HEA.'
The characters were so very appealing and likeable and perfectly steamy together. Plot was intriguing and well paced. World building was solidly drawn and impressive. All in all a great addition to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend.

Love the Bearclaw Inn, and Franklin. Remi and Bowen both deserve someone good in their lives. Remi is still recovering from things said in his last relationship and the positive connection with Bowen goes a long way. I love how neither of them are over the top, I think it would scare the other away. Fate knew what she was doing. Of course, as with other couples, there is a distance issue they need to address... or do they? Maybe Fate will take care if that too.🤷🏼♀️.

I received a copy of this book from Booksprout, and this is my honest review.
This was a cute stand alone novella. It was satisfying to see that Remi and Bowen were both able to find happiness in each other and in their lives. This was my first time reading this series- so I am curious if another book explains how the magic of the Bearclaw Inn works, but even if there never is an explanation its still fun. If you want a low stakes, fated mate series where each book is a little escape, this may be the series for you.
Alpha panther shifter, Remi, and omega wolf shifter, Bowen, were both happy to receive their invitation to the Bearclaw Inn. Both had heard the rumors that no one left unmated. Remi and Bowen hit it off. The only problem was Bowen was a park ranger and there weren't any government parks near Remi and his nursery. Fate steps in again when Bowen loses his job. Three months after Bowen moves in with Remi he gets two surprises, a job offer, and a bundle of joy.

A quick, light hearted read, which is what I've come to expect with this author. Remi and Bowen are both sweethearts and I enjoyed reading about them getting to know each other. It was pretty much all feet kicking cuteness with minimal angst and was an excellent palate cleanser between longer reads. Definitely worth checking out if you just want to relax with some fluff for a couple hours.

Remi and Bowen were so sweet and endearing together. They both were looking for forever and to be accepted as themselves, and when the envelope came in their mail they are more than ready for their future. Their connection was fabulous, but they had some obstacles along the way that were resolved pretty quickly as fate was on their side. I loved the live they made together, and the little bundle of joy that brings them happiness.
Remi is a laid-back, respectful Alpha—all the things his ex left him for. Bowen is a park ranger Omega who's happy to spend his time educating and helping visitors. The one thing missing from both of their lives is their mate. That is, until they both receive an invitation from Franklin at the Bear Claw Inn.

I thought that this was a fun story. It was lighthearted and I loved the variety of shifters that showed up in the story. I liked Remi and Bowen. I think Remi was really sweet. They really were perfect for each other. Outside of their relationship, I enjoyed reading their relationship with their family and friends.

I love this series it's such a great sweet read that allows you to feel as of you are in the inn watch romance bloom. This book centers around Remi and Bowen are both sweet and work well with each other, which is to be pleasantly expected from Franklin Inn.

I liked Remi's sweet nature. He likes his life, but I understood why he wasn't sure if Bowen would. Bowen is a strong, independent wolf, and relying solely on his mate wasn't comfortable for him. Remi just wanted to love and support Bowen in his goals and dreams. Highly recommended author and series
Another good book by this author. She seems to revel in omega/alpha relationships and does some good writing about the subject. I didn’t read the prior books, that I remember but it was a nicely written book though sometimes the author seems to rush parts in her books.

This story is a sweet romance. The Alpha is kind and considerate which has been a problem for some selfish Omegas. However, Franklin does it again by brining the perfect Omega to the Inn. There are problems, like with distance and jobs but it's a very sweet story. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
Fun adventure! Remi and Bowen, are another perfect couple. They each have been waiting for their mate even though they never gave up. Both men are really nice guys. Their introduction takes a bit, but once they get started they work to find solutions and answers. Well done! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is a great story of kindness leading to love. Remi and Bowen have kind hearts and just want to find that person who doesn't see kindness as weakness. It is a joy reading how they find each other and how their relationship grows along with their family. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
