Harper never wanted to return to her small town of Greywood, Georgia—especially not to the four powerful alphas who once ruled her world… and then destroyed it.
Newly awakened as an omega, Harper comes back to care for her sick grandmother and transfers to Greywood University. She hides her scent behind blockers, keeps her head down, and tells herself she can survive this town one day at a time. But the past doesn’t stay buried for long.
Archer. Sawyer. Dustin. Thatcher. The rich, ruthless heirs of Greywood. The legacies of a secret society that controls more than anyone realizes.
Dustin was her first love… until a devastating misunderstanding turned them into enemies. His friends followed his lead. And Harper learned what it meant to be alone.
But when students begin dying under mysterious circumstances tied to the secret society, Harper is pulled back into the world she tried to escape. Forced to work with the four alphas she once trusted, buried truths come to light—and so does something far more dangerous.
Harper is their scent match. Their omega. Their fated mate.
The attraction is explosive. The bond is unavoidable. And once the alphas claim what fate has chosen for them, there will be no denying the connection that ties them together.
USA Today Bestselling Author Posey Parks is the powerhouse behind more than fifty gripping novels. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, and now based in Atlanta, Georgia, Posey channels her passion for travel and storytelling into every book she writes. Specializing in mafia romance and romantic suspense, she crafts bold, unapologetic heroines and the dangerously possessive men who will do anything to protect them. Her stories are known for their intensity, obsession, and crossover characters that keep readers hooked across multiple series.
It has been a while since I attempted to read a Posey Parks book and this will be my last. So many unnecessary plot points, circular dialogue and what even was that ending?
I like what the author is trying to do here, but it falls short. I feel like the book needs to be twice as long to flush out a story this complex. For example, they are so aggressively mean, then suddenly they are sorry and she just forgives them in no time. The action is disjointed, the scenes skip very quickly and leave you confused. Like I said, I think this could be really good with work and I will try more from this author.
What a fantastic short story, It tells of a young omega who heart is broken. This story allows you to feel the emotions of these characters. Harper Butler is young omega who hasn't been awakened but she meets her alphas at a young age, Archer Barclay is the QB and the leader of the Alphas with Dustin Montclair, Sawyer Burbank and Thatcher Donovan are also on the football team and are all Alphas of the Legacy pack, but because of their age it was easy to make them lose their omega, which made Harper leave town and enroll into another college to get away from her alphas. This is a emotional story with sizzling hot chemistry.I really enjoyed the suspense and emotions of these characters. I would like to say thanks to Posey Park for her devotion to her craft because this story made my heart happy 😃and I didn't want to turn my reader off, So take it 😁from a bookworm who loves to read, I didn’t want this sto to end! It was the perfect amount of spice and the story kept me totally engaged from the beginning. It had so much Heart, Mystery and suspense with plenty of romance in it that I’m definitely reading it again. I definitely enjoyed and I highly recommend.
This book was so darn good!!!! From the Rootie to the Tootie ( beginning to end lol) I could not put this book down. I love how each chapter, the clues were discovered from the mystery aspect to the packs bond and how that mended. I didn’t like Rick from Jump 😂😂😂 Rick gave me the Ick. But there were others that raised my suspicions. Love the mystery, love the drama, love the true Alpha energy from the pack. 10/10 Bravo 👏🏽
Not as much groveling as I thought there would be. I love the twists and mystery involved that gave the story plot in addition to the spice. Very glad that mean girl Sarah gets her very much earned smack downs. Very well written and includes multiple sneaky tropes that are well written.
Overall the book is good. A little confusing at times. I wanted to know what type of wolves they were since they could not heal themselves. But yes I would steal buy this book.
This was not good. The dialogue is awful, it is so immature. There's no build up to anything and no relationship building. The plot is ridiculous and not fleshed out at all. It's my first book from this author and I think it will be one and only.
this is more of book off one of the pay per chapter apps
There wasn’t really a plot or character building. Honestly I have no idea how this book got published. It’s poorly written and I would not recommend wasting your time to read it.
It will take your mind to a lot if different outcomes, but good.
Mystery, romance, betrayal all that and more, this was really good on a different level. One of them seems more about sex, this one about forgiveness and the ultimate betrayal and love can conquer all.
