Samraat Singh is the pen name of Jainendra Gautam, a 27-year-old Indian author, born and raised in Patna, Bihar. He is known for his contributions to contemporary literature, especially in genres that blend suspense, mystery, spirituality, and social commentary. Samraat Singh’s body of work spans both fiction and poetry, with his most notable books being A Death Day Saga and Rap Genesis (DoDo).


Early Life and Education

Jainendra Gautam was born and raised in Bihar, India. He completed his senior secondary education at DAV Public School, BSEB Colony, before earning a degree in Geology from Patna University. He has worked professionally at CSIR-CIMFR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research) and holds a Group B (Non-Gazetted) qualification from the Geological Survey of India. Samraat is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Geoinformatics, which has significantly influenced his writing style, bringing a distinct analytical depth and introspection to his narratives.
