My business in Hamelin is finished, but there is no peace waiting for me in Sevona. Fresh from the slaughter at Nitrovia, the Orc Emperor delivers a simple surrender or die.

Wow! This might be one of the best series Shane has written yet. This book showed me how big the main baddie is and how difficult the events of the next and the final book would be.

The author mentions something in the beginning of the series and make us wait around for that to happen with expectation; and when that happens, he write the scenes very good that makes us feel very much satisfied. This is the second time the author is doing something like this in this series and its awesome.

Looking forward for the final instalment of this series.

Addicting!

Good plot and storyline. Occasionally things drone on for too long, or take too long to get to the point. I know But, I’m a picky reader, and can always find improvement. Overall one of the best written series I’ve read in a good while! Once I start reading, it’s hard to put it down.

A wonderful read!!

The right blend of everyday life and grand adventures with dragons to boot!! Who doesn't love a good dragon to defend you when all may be lost!!! The little twist at the end is exactly the type of twist I didn't expect!!!
