The Mystery of Herobrine #3

Last Stand on the Ocean Shore: The Mystery of Herobrine: Book Three: A Gameknight999 Adventure: An Unofficial Minecrafter's Adventure

Rate this book
The final battle to defeat Herobrine will take Gameknight999 over land and under water!

Herobrine is rallying all the monsters of Minecraft to one server in hopes of eliminating Gameknight999 and his friends once and for all. They destroy every village they find, threatening to continue until the User-that-is-not-a-user surrenders. Gameknight has just two things: the Oracle’s command to seek out the lost ocean monument and an impenetrable riddle: “Look to the lowliest and most insignificant of creatures, for that is where your salvation will lie.”

Haunted by this seemingly useless clue, Gameknight searches for the mysterious underwater lair where the Book of Wisdom is hidden, which he is told holds the secret to the riddle and the key to defeating Herobrine. But at every turn lies a massive army of monsters. With no map to guide them, Gameknight and his friends will fight for their lives to reach the deep ocean destination, and a terrifying creature awaits them there. The Mystery of Herobrine series comes to an explosive conclusion on the shores of Minecraft, where one false move could spell the end for Gameknight999 and company!

This book was very difficult to get through. And I really enjoyed the first Gameknight999 series and gave those 3 books an average of 4-5 stars. This book was poorly edited - the glaring grammatical and typographical errors distracted me from the story. In addition I felt that the author worked too hard to try and teach a lesson (which he did easily in the first series) and then everything fell flat. The book was not a smooth read and does not live up to the original series.

I used to really love Minecraft. Now, I only like the game I don’t love it anymore. Just because I don’t necessarily love the game, does not mean that I don’t love books that feature it.

This final book in the Mystery of Herobrine series was awesome. There was a lot of character development, and it just had me hooked the entire time. I really liked the ending of the book, and I can’t wait to read the next series.

This book is about Gameknight and his little sister (AKA) Monet113 fight herobrine and try to stop him before he takes over the world of Minecraft and the real world. I like Minecraft and Minecraft books because in Minecraft you can build anything you want. I would recommend this book to someone who likes Minecraft.

Gamekight doesn't think he can defeat herobrain so he trys to go down runnind to fight another day and comes across the oracle who says the answer to how to defeat herobrian is in the book of wisdom (which is nothing but a book with mirrors for pages)and that the only spot left to find it is in a ocean monument. When gameknight defeats the elder guardian and gets the book he learns that he can defeat herobrian and when herobrian attacks the temple gameknight Hunter and Sticher all enter the land of dreams and realize that the spiders are connected to their queen via small threads cuttable in the land of dreams and after a bit of shooting all the spiders are no longer controlled by the queen and are easly defeated then when mobs in herobrians army other than spiders show up gameknight999 and his sister along with their NPC (non playable characters) friends are over powered and must retreat by boat leaving the oracle be hind where her wolves are defeated and herobrian takes a swing at her but she disaperes and gains rhe abilaty to talk to gameknight when before all she was was a anti virus against herobrian which is ironic because the NPC's didn't become "alive" untill herobrian was introduced and that includes the oracle.

I liked this book because I liked how Gameknight999 used all of that Redstone to beat the monsters and Herobrine! I liked it when Herobrine turned into a pig.

The plot was okay but the whole book was rife with typos and grammatical errors. Seems like the author didn't have an editor and didn't even proofread the book himself.

Last Stand on the Ocean Shore By Mark Cheverton is a book about a minecraft player named Gameknight999. Gameknight999 is a minecraft player that gets teleported into minecraft and is trying to escape it by going on an amazing adventure. But his enemy herobrine tries to get to the portal that links the physical world to the digital world. In this book the ultimate battle comes of Mobs vs Npc's. Why is this book valuable? Because that it has action and it can make the reader feel like they are a part of the book. The life lesson of this book is that something are worth sacrificing for. I recommend this book to readers cause it has drama and action and it has realistic fiction. I don't recommend this book to readers cause it has sad and it make the feel the what the book feels. This book is good cause of that it feels like the book can get the readers to get excited about the book. This book is also bad cause of the readers can feel like they are the part of the book in bad moments.

Last Stand on the Ocean Shore by Mark Cheverton is the third book in the Gameknight999 series. Gameknight and his sister ,Monet113, are trapped in the world of Minecraft! Herobrine is teaming up all the monsters in Minecraft with his four generals:Xa-Tul,Reaper,Charybdis,and Feyd. His plan: destroy Gameknight and seek revenge on the physical world. Gameknight will need all the help he can get to defeat Herobrine. With an egg and an impossible to solve riddle, this next adventure will take Gameknight over land, and under water. In here, Gameknight will learn the power of hope and the strength that was in him the whole time, which is to be used in the last battle against Herobrine.

This was an explosive finale to the Mystery of Herobrine series. The book was really good, with the plot twists, surprise endings, and clever victories of a popular writer, but kind of a home grown feeling that only a normal dad that took up writing can do. The end was amazing, with Gameknight confronting Herobrine. All in all, a very good book.

Gameknight has the artefact that can defeat herobrine. Can he figure a way to use it? Can he beat herobrine once and for all? Or is all of Minecraft and the physical world doom? This is a good book for Mine crafters.

Not sure what the kids still see in this series, but they continue to ask to have it read to them every night.

It got really repetitive to me. The main character, Gameknight, doubts himself, but then comes up with a plan to save everyone. again. and again. and again.

How many "Last Battle to save Minecraft" can there be?

The first series was kind of cute, but this second one was basically the same story only this time with his little sister tagging along. I was kind of bored and sick of reading this by the end. Not looking forward to the next six books.
