I've read the Bible many different ways over the years, and all of the ways have been helpful. For the past few years, I've used a One-Year Bible and recommended that approach to others. But as I head into the New Year, I've felt a bit unsettled and sensed it was time for a different approach. I feel like I found my new (or old, depending on how you want to look at it!) approach through this book. It's a different Bible reading method than I'm used to because I tend to be very performance oriented, and tend to focus on speeding through things, rather than taking a more slow and steady approach as outlined in this book. I've already started to implement the method and am gaining clarity in my Bible reading.I look forward to mastering various books of the Bible this coming year as a result of reading this book.

While I appreciate the work the author put into this work, I did not discover anything new nor beneficial to me getting the most out of my Bible. Other readers, however, may find this work by Wayne Davies perfect for them, and I do hope so.
