I’ve always been a writer. My Pop-Pop was always my biggest fan and encouraged my love of reading. From my first stories about talking wolves to my first published novels with witches and lost love. Crafting an enchanting and riveting tale is nothing new to me.
As a black woman, I strive to put us on the forefront of romance novels. To put us in fantastical and daring situations that carve heroines everyone loves to read about.
Other than being a writer, I fancy myself quite the poet.
When I’m not doing anything that has to do with writing; I enjoy watching my favorite YouTubers, playing video games and sleeping.
The MMCs were great in this. I loved that they all had distinct personalities.
The FMC was interesting, while I loved her way of carrying herself and her personality, sometimes her choices were odd. I still don't really get why the 3rd act breakup was necessary. The MMCs seemed to handle problems maturely and discuss issues with her, especially by the time that 6 month contract was up. The FMC should have just talked to them about how they can blend their lives in a way that works for everyone and how they can keep her safe from unhinged fans.
All in all, I enjoyed the book. The spice was good and I appreciated that there were some duo scenes and variety in the scenes, that doesn't always happen in reverse harem.
Tierra has been one of my one click authors for quite some time now. This addition only further solidifies why. This story took me on a journey I didn’t expect. It was beautiful, cruel in the best of ways, and HOT in the most disrespectful of ways.
A story of uncertain love, healing of deep wounds, and courageously encouraging your partners to grow.
I’ll end with this. Juniper, I get it. Making space for these three was easy.
I have no words to describe the depth of emotion in this story. Yes we get the dirty spice we adore, and plenty of it, but we also get four people, broken and learning to heal, together and separately. I love a story where there's no misunderstandings and huge fights, me not having to shout at the characters to just tell the truth. You get love, devotion, heartache and growth, with a healthy dose of spice in between. Beautifully written.
