no real ending

I had such high hopes for this book and I’m so disappointed. I get every story doesn’t have a happy ending but we just got left with 1000 questions. It just wasn’t a good ending to such an amazing series.

Goodnight Indeed

Disappointing...it's almost like JaQuavis did not pen this end. The repetition of the bandages on CJ. The inconsistencies of the storyline. In one chapter, Miamor said CJ was off the grid, then he was at Shakira funeral then Baby Tee and Dada knew he was still alive. Praise was supposed to be off the grid in Japan but it's stated he turned his phone on but then in chapter 11 while flying back to Miami, the same is repeated. Carter is mentioned in the prologue, alluded to while Miamor is in the hospital, then nothing again for many chapters. I finished the series out of obligation but most definitely disappointed in the delivery of this epic adventure of the cartel. The ending stunk horribly. There is no way we stayed invested this long in this series and it flopped with this type ending. These characters deserved so much more.

This book was beautifully written. It tied up some loose ends and was well written!

disappointed

It felt rushed and alot of questions weren't answered. So many characters stories were left out. What happened to a Breeze, Mo, and lil carter...🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve been riding since 2008 and I was so happy to be back in this world. I was disappointed at the ending and the fact that this world is probably done. I feel very unsettled. I wanted a tiny bit more. Many loose ends were left unfortunately.

But it’s time I go back through the OG Cartel books. I didn’t do my yearly reread yet.

I Feel Unc rushed this series..

Don’t get wrong, I love anything JaQuavis puts out, but these last two books were drawn out for nothing. Hell at least they could’ve seen each before she was setup (not trying to ruin any spoilers). I mean the first book is what got me addicted to the Cartel Series and he and his wife’s catalog.
