My View:
This book delivers all that it sets out to do – it is a basic, easy to follow guide for following the Paleo lifestyle. There are menus, shopping lists, recipes. There are tips on what to eat and what to avoid. Luke and Scott provide you with tips and recipes to making your own sauces, treats, snacks and meals etc. The authors suggest how to eat out Paleo style, how to stay Paleo on the Go. There is a wealth of information here for anyone who is interested to learn more about this lifestyle choice. My only wish – that there were some photos to accompany some of the recipes, I like to see if the new recipes I try at least look like those cooked by the authors.
