Lyn Andrews is one of the the UK's top one hundred paper-back bestsellers. Born and brought up in Liverpool, she is the daughter of a policeman who also married a policeman. After becoming the mother of triplets, she took some time off from her writing whilst she raised her children. Shortlisted for the romantic Novelists' Association Award in 1993, she has now written twenty-one hugely successful novels. Lyn Andrews divides her time between Merseyside and Ireland.
I enjoyed this story of Eve and her daughters. Left by their father the girls must work to deal with the consequences and make choices. A good story about strong women in the past.
It isn't what it looks like..it has lots of heartbreak and by the time you are halfway through the book you'll hate lily and when it's fully over...well probably then too so proceed with caution...

Good book. Have read Mist Over the Mersey which I also liked. My sister has also given me some of Lyn Andrews other books which I look forward to reading
Really enjoyed this book. Got quite a way in and then didn't read any more for a while, but finally finished the last few chapters and I'm glad I did. Massive surprise at the end.
