Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011 by Total-E-Bound. She loved creating new characters and delving into the worlds that she creates. When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.
Unfortunately underwhelming, not at all what I expected
Where should I start? I am so pissed off by the last scenes that I am writing this on fumes 🤬
First of all, how stupid can one be? And my one I mean the FMC Larissa, the whole club is on lockdown, your husband is on a damn rescue mission for his brother and you just fkin‘ leave the clubhouse and go visit your dad because you’ve received a text??? Not even calling him first??? Wtf?!!
I have to be honest, I found Larissa overall unlikable, she presented herself as being so full of morals and shit and yet kept sneaking around with a MC member and basically only exchanging orgasms. They maybe went on 1 real date at the restaurant, which didn’t include some form of sexual activity, like what was she expecting? That he is cornering her where no one else can see them to later proceed to marry her!? I am all for equality and woman power but this just wasn’t it.
Big Dick: honestly this nickname is as ridiculous as a MC Member called George. Both were total mood killers. Also, the guy was a total man-child and coward. I honestly wasn’t as pissed off by the bet as much as I hated his moping around and general submissive behavior. I expected an alpha male going after what he wanted, hard. What we got was a teenager running to his parents over and over to mope. And a looser just sitting around without checking his own feelings. Most Mafia and MC heroes I’ve loved, went after their women even if they didn’t love them and this one was just meh.
Now about the writing style: 3rd person books are not for me, it just felt weird and kind of amateur. Same for the extra chapters about the side characters and what is happening in their lives. I only read this book from the whole series so I didn’t care who else was preggo and gave birth and so on, so had a lot of skipping to do.
Larissa and George, AKA Big Dick, a story that might cause tears, full of insecurities, fear, romance, regrets, forgiveness and friendships. Poor Big Dick, he denies any feelings for Larissa, enters into a bet that he can win her over within a year….and he does! He’s actually really sweet with her. BUT, oh dear, after a night of passion, the bet he had is discovered and Larissa leaves. Groveling is now Big Dick’s role. Lots of MC club drama, family, friendships and yes, a HEA ending that will make you smile. Spicy, romantic, protective, forgiveness and love.
Big Dick - Hell's Bastards MC - Book 6 - By - Sam Crescent
This is the sixth book in the amazing Hell's Bastards MC Series and it features around Big Dick/George Erickson and Larissa Adams. The story begins several months after Harlow and Hunter's wedding and the last attack that saw Harlow hurt along with Hailey and Larissa both suffering from gunshot wounds that they caught in the crossfire from their attack from Cadeon and the rest of the Twisted Bastards MC. Larissa has caught the attention of Big Dick and he doesn't even realise why. He knows he likes to keep an eye on her, he finds her in every room he enters, he doesn't understand why, he just does. She is the flickering light burning bright and he is the moth that cannot keep away but he doesn't realise it is love that keeps drawing him towards her. Without understanding his own true feelings Big Dick makes a bet with Carlos, Raven's husband. It is a callous bet that he can get Larissa into his bed within a year and he doesn't even realise the huge mistake he is making when he agrees to it or what he could potentially lose if it is ever discovered. Larissa is a little suspicious of Big Dick as he has never been flirty towards her before, he always thought she was prim and proper, a bit of a prude and thought herself above the MC which was never the case at all. However now he is being civil and once she sees a different side to him, a sweet, kind, considerate and funny side Larissa begins to see that there is so much more to him than she ever thought possible. She begins to let her guard down and fall for him wholeheartedly, then reality sets in, truths are discovered, hearts are broken, relationships are irrevocably changed and the threat to the Hell's Bastards MC in the form of Cadeon and the Twisted Bastards is still out there and stronger than ever. This is a great addition to a really enthralling MC series that is subject matter this author excels at. The push and pull between Larissa and Big Dick has been previously hinted at but you could tell Big Dick was fighting it as he believed Larissa was not cut out for the MC world. By taking this stupid bet and forcing himself to get to know her he is continually surprised by her and that is something that rarely happens to him. She is not at all what he thought and finds himself wanting to be with her more and more. We also see a different side to Big Dick at first he is cocky, arrogant and as his name suggests a bit of a dick but as he opens up more we see a tender, loving side to him. There is definitely more to him than I initially thought. When the truth is discovered his confusion over his feelings and then his tenacity to regain his woman's trust is all so beautiful to read. He is completely swoonworthy as he tries to win back his woman and I adored seeing that side of him. This story is well written and engaging from beginning to end. It is packed with love, romance, spicy scenes, action, family and humour and of course the brotherhood of Hell's Bastards MC that we know and love. I can't wait to see more of Hailey and Kinky they need to find their happily ever after and also seeing Brick fall is no doubt going to be exciting. Still lots to look forward to as the club continues to fight for survival and to protect its own. Their is a happily ever after for the couple but the threat remains unresolved. Overall a great story that is a great addition to a truly great MC series. Happy Reading. Please note that I was given an arc of this book for my honest review which is exactly what I have given. 5 out of 5 stars.
Sam Crescent is one of those authors I trust to drop me straight into an MC world that feels lived-in with grimy edges, hard rules, brotherhood loyalty, and characters who don’t sound polished because they aren’t living polished lives. That’s why Big Dick (book six in the Hell’s Bastards MC series) hit so perfectly for me. This is Sam Crescent doing what she does best: building a world you can feel in your bones and populating it with people who are gritty, believable, and intense in all the ways an MC romance should be.
George, aka Big Dick, is pure Hell’s Bastards: an alpha who lives hard, makes decisions fast, and protects what’s his with a brutal kind of devotion. But what I love is that he isn’t written like a cartoon. He’s rough, yes, but he’s also human in the way he wrestles with wanting Larissa while knowing what his world could do to someone like her. And Larissa? She’s a refreshingly different kind of heroine for this series. She has sweetness and inexperience that make her vulnerable in the Hell's Bastards’ world, but she’s not weak. She’s learning, adapting, and holding onto who she is while standing in the middle of a world that can swallow people whole.
The romance is exactly the kind I crave: a bit volatile at first, full of friction and heat, then turning into something surprisingly tender without losing the edge. The chemistry is undeniable; steamy, intense, and packed with that “I shouldn’t want you but I do” energy that makes MC romance addictive. And because Big Dick tried to keep Larissa at a distance for her own good, their relationship doesn’t just fall into place, it’s earned. The push-pull is delicious, the payoff is worth it, and when these two finally lock in, it feels like a hard-won victory.
On top of the romance, this book brings the full MC package: drama, suspense, action, and that signature Hell’s Bastards vibe where loyalty is everything and consequences are real. There are even a few moments where humor comes out of nowhere, the kind that makes you smirk because it’s so blunt and “life just hit me in the face” real.
If you love gritty MC romance with alpha men who go all in, heroines with heart and backbone, and a world that feels raw and believable, Big Dick is a must-read and a standout reminder of why Sam Crescent owns this genre.

We all remember Larissa. She is the preacher Jonah’s daughter. She is the sweetest woman and is always will to help others. She has been working for Ava in her bakery and everyone loves her. When she goes out with the girls for a ladies night, she ends up taking a dare. The dare is to kiss the first man that walks through the bar. George aka Big Dick did not expect to be a dare. When he walked into the bar and experiences the best kiss ever, he certainly didn’t expect it from Larissa. But one kiss has rattled them both. Then Carlos and BD decide to make a bet. Win over Larissa in a year. What started out as a bet changes everything. BD didn’t realize that he would start having feelings for her. Larissa has crushed on BD since she saw him. But this asking her out seems odd. He never liked her. Now when one date leads to others, she falls for him. But nothing is simple. Everything unravels and now Larissa wants nothing to do with him. BD is going to have to find a way to win her back.
Why does each member make stupid moves. Smokey’s was the worst but each one find the one and screws it up. I love Larissa. She is so sweet. No one dislikes her. She is so kind to everyone. But when she hears about the bet and not is the kindest of way. OMG, I wanted to scream. Cadeon of the Twisted Bastard MC is still on the loose. He stirs the pot and more chaos happens. I am glad that BD didn’t give up. He fought for his woman. And he even brought the family back together. We have others causing problems and makes it worse. I am so glad that these two are together. Now we need to find out if there is ever going to be a chance for Hailey and Kinky. Kinky needs to take lessons from the other brothers that had to fight for their woman. And who is Rachel and what is she running from.

Hang on get comfortable grab your bottle of wine, favorite snack, because you won’t put it down until the last page has been turned. Larissa is by far the most innocent we have met before the preacher’s daughter with the most amazing personality, sweet despite being around the grumpiest and on a dare she kisses the grump that she has crushed on for a long time that kiss she won’t tell anyone but she can live on it for the rest of her life. Big D. sexy as all get out grump of Hell’s Bastard’s MC who is usually cruel to most but he does it to protect his club he notices the sweet girl deciding she is too sweet for him but can’t get her out of his mind and after she gets hurt of course he helps take care of her when she kisses him he wants more. The more they sneak around the closer they get until his friends decide to wager a bet giving him one year in the meantime she is falling for him and little does he know his heart decide it would fall as well and it wasn’t just her. So, when she finds out about the bet realizing what a fool she has been she walks away leaving him to figure out but what he learns is that he loves her but is it too late, will she even hear him out, has he given his enemies an opening considering his heart is on the line but he has a weakness now, will fate give him a second chance, and will she let him give the happiness she has dreamed about?
Big Dick by Sam Crescent is Book 6 in Hell's Bastards MC Series. *A mini Back Story would have been helpful in the beginning, I didn't read the other 6 books. It jumps right into action from the previous book. I would recommend reading the 5 books beforehand. More towards the middle of the book and until the end, macro mini sentences are included to help with the ongoing back story. The whole basis of this book - Big Dick makes a very immature bet with Carlos that he will have ṣëx with Larissa in a year's time. What is heartbreaking is - Larissa wants to wait to have ṣëx until it is with someone she loves. Big Dick woos Larissa for 4 months and she decides it is time. The night he wants to call off his immature bet, he has ṣëx with Larissa. She tells him she loves him, right before they have ṣëx. She finds out in a very cruel way, someone sends a video to the whole town about it. Big Dick doesn't do a grand gesture for Larissa's forgiveness; he does a lot of every day actions to support Larissa and show he changed. This story happens over quite some time. There is action, suspense, danger, violence, healing, a HEA and future Epilogue.
⚠️ pgs 287-289: Graphic Threat to Larissa Graphic Violence from Big Dick protecting Larissa
Tropes: * MC romance * Innocent MFC * Bet gone wrong * Biker x virgin * Second chance * Surprise pregnancy
We return to the Hell’s universe, and this time it’s Big D’s turn to fall, and boy, is this a doozy.
Larissa is the classic Sam Crescent heroine - sweet, sunshine-y and sooo, sooo innocent (she is the preacher’s daughter….) Big D makes the mistake of making a bet about getting her to fall for him, and big surprise… he falls… and falls hard.
I enjoyed reading this. You know there’s about to be a wreck, and you can’t look away. The anticipation built at the same pace that their tension did. And when it hit… oh boy…
Not so much any grovel… I don’t think any of the HBMC boys do, but he definitely made some changes and showed that he was all in. He did show some character growth. Big D did show his changes through THAT discussion and honestly… I wouldn’t mind a Kinky book, because he needs a big come-to-jesus moment…..
Great interactions between the characters, you can feel the emotions, and a continuing storyline with conflict with a rival MC… so… the saga continues.

I loved this story. The plot was more than intriguing, with a few twists and turns and enough action and danger to keep things interesting and feelings ranging from arrogance to heartache to groveling, second chances and love. Larissa and BD (George) are very well presented, multi-dimensional characters, although I must admit that it took me a bit to see the real man behind the arrogant, uber-confident, rough face George presents. Larissa on the other hand is pure sweetness. Everyone likes her but that doesn’t mean that she is weak or doesn’t know how to put limits when it counts. George falls hard, fast but is unwilling to admit it. So, Carlos lures him into a bet – he has a year to make Larissa fall. But what will happen when the bet is revealed? I couldn’t put the book down – I dare say it’s my favorite in the series so far (and I love every single book!). 5 stars!
Another great addition to this series!! Larissa, (the sweet daughter of the town Priest) who is very sweet, soft, and a very hard worker who likes her morals and enjoys just being happy - gets her world shattered twice; once by a coward and second by BigD¡ck!!
Poor Abriana, only she can weaponize spaghetti 🍝🫢🤢🤢💩, glad to see the previous characters in here even if one little moment 😉 Love when Carlos tells BigD¡ck how he still has Ravens back!!
It’s a bit slower paced than the previous books, but still interesting, addictive, and those awful bad guys!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️Points to PapaBear Erickson: “Big Dick looked at his father. “I always carry my shotgun at night, son. You know this.” There was a reason Big Dick was good at shooting. It was because he was taught by the best. His father had always insisted on a man being able to take care of his property.” 😶Erick Erickson…like really?! 🤨🤭😶
I’m loving this series! These guys are flawed which makes them more realistic and their women are beyond resilient!! George and Larissa are the epitome of grumpy/sunshine, but there’s so much more to them. He’s set in his ways, has no intention of ever being with one women, and ignores his attraction to her. She’s a gentle soul, principled, has dreams of a big family, but she’s stubborn! Sam Crescent played this couple like a violin: there’s a huge range of emotions, lots of spice with a slow simmer, and danger just in the periphery! I loved the romance and how hard George fights for his woman and Larissa’s grace is stunning. This is a great addition to the series, be mindful of the TW, and I’m waiting impatiently for the next book!!!.

George acts like his MC name for sure. Although this book is part of a series you could probably get away with not having read all the other books in the series, but you would be missing out. This story is similar to the others in the series in that the hero does something really stupid that hurts the heroine. I really liked Larissa's character, even though she was a pastor's daughter she didn't act like a stuck up, holier than tho kind of gal. She was sweet and caring, but also knows how to have fun. After George's namesake behavior is revealed I didn't think he had a huge grovel moment, it was more a prolonged, I'm here for the long haul kind of thing. Of course we get the HEA this author is known for. Not a lot of action or suspense for me, but more of a relationship read in my opinion.

This book was amazing!!! I devoured it the minute it hit my kindle. I’m obsessed with this series and love all the characters and those stories. This book was more than the 5 stars I gave it. This book checked off all my favorite tropes in an MC romance. There is betrayal (not the cheating kind), suspense, angst and spice. The grovel and redemption was spot on!!! I thought the storyline was original and page-turning. The characters were complex and had an intense and undeniable chemistry. I loved the strength and stubbornness of Larissa. She was not a doormat and made BD work for his forgiveness. BD was a total alpha and was devoted, loyal and determined. I can’t wait to see what comes out next in this series.

Whew! What. A. Book! Big Dick sucked me in its pages so fast, I was riding commercial free clouds through Larissa and George’s—aka Big Dick’s—love story. And what a story it is. The pages are filled with twists, surprises, hot times, hurt feelings, groveling, broken bodies, broken hearts, and happily ever afters.

Hold on and be prepared for twists, turns and deceptions you don't see coming. This is not your usual MC series. The men are complex and when they make a mistake they really do. What's the saying, Go big or go home"? This applies to the men of Hell's Bastards MC. This is George and Larissa's story. George aka Big Dick, is the latest victim of his own stupidity. When a bet goes sideways and Larissa discovers the truth, George realizes the devastating mistake he's made. The groveling that ensues isn't tedious but when danger surfaces, no one is safe. This needs to be read to truly appreciate this book. It has danger, love, loss, violence, redemption. This is a Must Read! I received an advance review copy, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Larissa has had a crush on George aka Big Dick, for some time. She is definitely the sunshine to his grumpy and Larissa can’t believe it when he starts to show interest in her.
What she doesn’t know is that Big Dick made a bet with his buddies that he could bed her in a years. What started out as a joke turned very real for Big Dick as he begins to fall for her.
Right when their relationship takes a turn into the more serious territory, Larissa finds out about the bet. Feeling stupid and betrayed, she walks away from BD only for him to come crawling.
This was a good story with angst, danger, suspense and steamy romance.

This novel took me on an emotional roller coaster. So good! I have read the other novels in this series and enjoyed them. This novel did not disappoint. I was excited to jump back into this series and this novel did not disappoint. From the first chapter this novel sucked me in and held on tight until the very last page. My heart hurt for Larissa, she was such a sweetheart. I felt horrible for how she found out about the bet right after she had shared her feeling with Big Dick. Their chemistry was intense. I did like how Big Dick slowly and consistently tried to show Larissa she was important to him and it wasn't about the bet. Once I started reading this novel I didn't want to put it down. So good! I can hardly wait to see what this author has coming next.
Book 6 of the Hell's Bastards MC series. While it can be read as a standalone for maximum enjoyment read the books in series order.
'Protect his club, or save the woman he loves. Where will his loyalties fall?'
The characters were very complex and complicated and compelling and perfectly steamy together. Plot was intriguing and intense and exciting and well paced. World building continues to excel and impress. All in all a great addition to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend.

This was another engaging addition to the series and I was thrilled to dive into Larissa's story. Everyone loved her, and her kindness really shone through in everything she did. It's no surprise that Big Dick/George fell hard and fast for her. However, he entered a bet with Carlos that he could make Larissa fall for him and yep, she found out. Yikes! So yeah, expect to be caught up in the the drama, danger, twists, hurt feelings, grovelling and hot romance when you dive into this one. It was a one-sit read for me and I was on and off the edge of my seat fretting that George wouldn't figure out how to win back his girl. So good and I can't wait for the next book :D
Larissa on a dare has to kiss the next man to walk into the bar, it just happens to be George/Big Dick, it shakes both of them. Next he does a stupid thing and makes a bet with Carlos, that he will win her within the year. Larissa has always felt that he did not like her, so when he asks her out, it seems weird. As one date turns into another both start to catch feelings but when the truth comes out about the bet, she wants nothing to do with him. George has to find a way to win her back.
When Larissa is in danger, George will have to act fast to get a second chance with his lady.

Another wonderful story from Sam Crescent. Love this series and this time, it's Big Dick's story. Larissa is a sweet woman and has had a crush on him, but he's never thought about her that way, until she kisses him on a dare. Now he can't get enough but you know things are gonna go sideways when Larissa hears BD and a friend talking about a "bet" with her. It breaks her and she tries to get him out of her life. BD realizes he screwed up and now it's going to take a lot to get her back. Will he succeed?
Larissas life changed after she got shot, and her now ex boyfriend and ex best friend didnt stick around to support her, but there was Big Dick (George). He was drawn to Larissa at first sight, she was everywhere, and he made a stupid bet to get her into his bed within a year. The draw to one another was undeniable, but what happens when Larissa learns she was part of a bet? Can BD prove she was always more than a bet, before their enemies close in? Well written the story and characters draws you in with betrayal desires steamy scenes and more a great addition to the series
This is book 6 in the series and jumps right in. There is a lot going on in this story. I was pulled in immediately and couldn’t put this book down. George make a stupid bet and does what he does to Larissa. I was so mad at him. He had to do a lot to earn forgiveness. I liked the book even though I didn’t like George for a while. I loved Larissa’s character. Overall a great book. I would recommend reading the other books in the series first to understand this book more.

Big Dick makes a bet with a brother that he can make Larrissa fall in love with him in order to have sex with her. Two things happen one he falls and falls hard and two she finds out about the bet.
These books are not about the grovel and as such there is not much of that but what you get is a changed man. Big D does what he needs to do to show Larrissa that he is a changed man and is in fact all in and was not long after they started to see each other.
While this can be read a stand alone I really think you would benefit from reading the previous books in this series.
These MC bros need to think before they do things. George, BD, and Larissa’s story has her doing a dare, to kiss the next person that walks into the bar, then in walks BD. They kiss and it was like chemistry. But of course he has to make a bet with Carlos and Larissa finds out in a mean way. He now has to change and show her he has to finally get her back. This was a good action packed, dangerous induced and a dose of healing.

This was such an engaging read! Our MMC might have been a bit of a jerk, but he was still a good man at heart. Our MCs took a long, winding journey filled with bumps along the way to reach their happily ever after, and those challenges really made them stronger. We got to see our MCs grow into the wonderful people they are today — witnessing their struggles, their hurts, and their incredible strength every step of the way.

This is a must read the way Big Dick falls for his woman is so well-written and what a journey these two had to go on in order to get together. Of course he had to take the hard road cause you know sometimes the good ones have to be more stubborn about things like that. This was such a good journey I enjoyed every moment of this book. The chemistry is off the charts. This is a must read you won't be disappointed.
Big Dick had lots of faults which include arrogance, big-headed, coming across as unfeeling but he soon grows on you and the situation he finds himself in soon turns on him as he’s now fallen in love.
A hot engaging read with a few twists, heartache, groveling but all with a HEA. You won’t want to miss this one!.

Big Dick is the sixth book in the Hell's Bastards MC series. It is an intense and edgy MC romance with an opposites attract trope. Larissa is preacher Jonah's daughter and George, aka Big Dick, is a big, scary and dark MC member. They should never fit together in any way yet they melt into each other in ways you don't expect. The story kept my interest and the couple had me on edge.
Big Dick is book 6 in the Hell's Bastards MC series and is George aka Big Dick and Larissa's story. It's chaos and drama for this unlikely couple and George has to work extra hard to get back in her good graces after a stupid move. Twists, turns and surprises are at every turn and definitely kept me turning the pages.
