CURVY GIRL AND THE STUBBORN COWBOY is Book 1 of The Blackwater Falls: Cowboys series. It's a short and steamy, instalove with a bit of enemies-to-lovers, age-gap, opposites-attract, grumpy-sunshine, double virgin, forced-proximity, curvy girl gets her cowboy romance. Wade is a 39-year-old hunky, grumpy cowboy trying to save his (found) family ranch from going under. Sierra is a 26-year-old curvy girl from the city who inherited the majority of her father's estate and wants to invest in their ranch. The "brothers" except for Wade, want to give her a chance. Sierra shows up and does the hard work, starting to win Wade over. This was a sweet and steamy story about the family you choose. This couple had insane chemistry and we got an amazing HEA. This was a great start to the new series.

Wade wasn’t really pleased with Sierra’s arrival, as he assumed she would be a princess and not want to work, but she proved him wrong on her first day working. The tension began Wade and Sierra grew the more time they spent working together due to their differences in the way to move forward, but his stubbornness soon waned as he realised her suggestions were good. The innocent touches soon turned their attraction for each other into a memorable pleasure filled sexual encounter, especially taking his secret into account.
Fortunately, Wade and Sierra were able to work together to build the life that they never imagined, as well as getting the ranch back on track towards efficiency and prosperity. I absolutely enjoyed reading this captivating story and couldn't put it down until I finished reading it. The author really did a great job in setting the scenes and making the characters come alive on the pages. I will be very happy to recommend this book.

I loved how this book is put together with a group of boys that were taken in and they are trying to keep this mentors ranch together against odds that are stacked against them. The MC is extremely prickly and grouchy and the FMC walks into a situation that is a new dream for her and a lot of hard work, but she comes out with way more than she ever thought she would have a part of her life. This was a fun read and I loved how the relationship developed between the main characters. This is a must read!!!

What an amazing start of new series - Blackwater Falls: Cowboys! Loved it so much - both main characters with strong and stubborn personalities, each with own background and experience and need to prove themselves.

Wade and Sierra - two amazing characters who started as enemies and it took a nerve and a lot of stubbornness for Sierra to get through defenses and challenges to prove herself to Wade.

A very short read. Sierra was left o lit of money from her father with the words to build something meaningful. Having no experience in ranching, she invests in a failing ranch owned by an unconventional family of men kept together by the late ranch owner.
Her mother and older siblings are all status minded and were annoyed by her inheritance. That was motive enough to prove them wrong by trusting her instincts like her late father advised. That and the help of the grumpy cowboy who's caught in the past.

Okay there’s insta love and there’s way too soon. He’s thirty-nine and she’s twenty-six, both are virgins and they jump into bed the second day they meet. Firstly, how does a handsome hunk of burning love stay a virgin until his late 30s and, secondly, sheesh, no judgement but how do they go from mistrusting each other on day one to doing the bedroom rumba within 24 hours? Don’t buy it!

Loved It
I loved this book. Both are virgins. Wade and his brothers are trying to keep the ranch going, when Sierra steps in to help out. Trying to keep from failing and doing the right things is hard for anyone but when love comes to be your heart falls apart and love wins. I would recommend this book

Sweet read
Every now and again you just want to get away from all the noise read a romance novella. I enjoyed reading this romance story. It was filled with family, struggling to keep a promise to a man who saw what he didn't see in himself. He found that when it's all said and done, love💘 prevail.

Great Story
I really enjoyed this book. Normally I don’t mind shorter stories and instalove, but I found myself disappointed that this one was short because I enjoyed it so much. I loved the characters, conversations, and the storyline. I’m looking forward to reading the next book!

This romance book just earned a spot as being a favorite book of mine to read by Zoey. I became obsessed with Wade and Sierra and this small-town cowboy romance book. This is a book that is hot and spicy and starts off the Blackwater Falls series that I can't wait to get my hands on.

Hopeless Romantic 🥰
