I have yet to read a book in the Georgiana Germaine series that I haven't LOVED. The ride along solving the mystery is always different and always tangled. I find myself asking my own questions and having my own suspicions throughout.
The different element is this book is the soon discovery that the girl who was murdered was not who the murderer intended, but the twin sister... placing the living sister in even more danger and suspense. Bradshaw's writing is always captivating from the very beginning and so easy to read and be hooked!

Another excellent short read by Cheryl Bradshaw. A woman is murdered but she wasn't the target as she has a twin who looks exactly the same. Georgi was asked to investigate by the bereaved family as the police were at a standstill without any clues or suspects. She begins her investigation by checking out usual suspects like family, neighbors, etc and comes up with nothing. Later the perp is revealed to a shocking family and community as it was someone who knew the family very well and hadn't been suspect. Great read.

Mia Bennett asked her twin sister, Wren, to housesit while she is away on a business trip. When she returns home, she finds that Wren has been murdered. Even worse, she finds out that she was the intended target. Doubting the police department, Mia hires private detective Giorgiana Germaine to investigate the murder. Georgiana is one of my favorite characters and I have read all the books in the series. Each book can be read as a stand-alone, but you will want to read the entire series. With many twists and turns, the ending will shock you!

Georgiana is hired to figured who killed Wren who was house and pet sitting for her sister Mia. As Georgiana tries to figure out who would want Wren dead, she begins to wonder if they killed the wrong sister. By now there are a multitude of suspects and some twists and turns in the story. She has help from Giovanni, her staff as well as the police department to help. The culprit was a surprise. I really liked how there was an epilogue so that it ended on a high note.

I enjoyed this addition to the series. I think one of my favorite things about this series is Georgiana’s empathy. She is such a great PI but above that she is smart and so tenacious. Her past loss has made her so tuned in to others. I must say I thought the killer was someone else. And I enjoyed how at the end she wrapped up a couple of other things. I am looking forward to more in this series.

I found Little Bitter Truths to be a gripping mystery filled with suspense, secrets, and unexpected twists. I enjoyed the unique premise of mistaken identity and the race against time to uncover the truth behind the murder. The investigation kept me curious, and the tension continued to build throughout the story. A thrilling read for fans of crime and psychological mysteries.

Georgiana is hired to help solve the murder of a twin sister. A large pool of suspects can only be narrowed down by determining whether the “right” sister was murdered. Cheryl Bradshaw always includes an unexpected twist to reveal the culprit. I have enjoyed every book in this series.
