Addictive, gritty, and impossible to put down.
I read it in ONE day!

Addictive, gritty, and impossible to put down

I was completely hooked from the first chapter. The world-building is strong, but what really stood out to me was the tension between Raze and Roxy. Their relationship builds in a way that feels raw and real, especially given the brutal world they’re in.

I actually enjoyed getting to know the wider cast—it made the MC feel like a living, breathing brotherhood rather than just background noise.

If you love dark paranormal romance with high stakes, possessive alpha energy, and a story that pulls you in and doesn’t let go, this is 100% worth the read.

This is book one of the Kings of Anarchy: New Hampshire MC Series and it is a terrific dark paranormal MC romance. I have been so looking forward to this story, as although I am not a huge paranormal fan, I do enjoy dragon shifters and an ice dragon—woohoo.

In the beginning, the author lists all of the paranormal characters and their traits, which is extremely interesting and helpful. Plus a quick summary of their background to catch readers up to the present time, and when I say quick it is brief and everything you need to know.

Raze is the club president and a dragon shifter, a somewhat different character… but I will let readers discover the how and why. He is very loyal and protective of his members and territory, but has a quick temper.

Roxy is a photographer who ventures into dangerous places to tell their stories. She stumbles upon a dire situation that lands her in extreme danger. Raze meeting her basically turns his world upside down.

Like all of this author's stories, the descriptions are excellent without overwhelming readers. I could easily visualise each scene, and although a few were a tad gory, the images in each reel in my head were crystal clear. I particularly enjoy the odd bits of sarcasm mixed into the thoughts of the characters. For example, when Roxy and Raze first meet, she isn’t impressed with his unwelcoming approach. She has been drawn to his crystal dome with the enclosed flame, and thinks he’s…
“… more worried about his magical nightlight than actual human death.”
Calling the fire enclosed dome a nightlight is hilarious.

The romance in this book is definitely a slow burn or no burn one, in fact, they were ‘enemies’ for the first thirty percent of the book. However, the chemistry and pull between the two were immediate. Then once they gave in to their desires… let’s just say, super hot 🔥!

Be prepared for the emotional interplay as so much happens to so many of the characters. Throw in some incredible magic, a war of ungodly dimensions, and holy moly you have one sensational story.

Massive thank you to K.E. Osborn and HEA PR & More for the ARC of Property of Raze.

When I found out one of my favourite MC authors was going to be part of the Kings of Anarchy world, I could not contain my excitement. Especially when I found she would be going the paranormal route for this series! I seriously appreciate the list of characters at the beginning with all the pertinent information, especially with them being of multiple different species.

The New Hampshire chapter of the KOA has been around in the Appalachian mountains for hundreds of years, which is perfect for supernaturals who have an extended life span. Their president Raze is a dragon shifter who has been cursed to loose his flame by a witch after he couldn't control himself.

Roxy finds herself in the thick of things when she stops to help someone injured on the road in the mountains. Which turns out to be a big mistake. Raze can't help but be enthralled with Roxy when she causes his flame to react the way it does, but he doesn't know what to do with her.

Throughout the story K.E. is able to weave layers of mystery and magic with a little bit of fairy tale sprinkled into her story with readers guessing about what will happen next. Readers will be enthralled with this story from the start and devouring the book.

Such a good start to this new series and I'm left on the edge of my seat waiting on the next book in this chapter!

✯✯5 Dragon Filled Stars!!!✯✯

What’s better than a book about a MC biker and that’s a MC biker president who just happens to be a dragon shifter. Thank you KE Osborn we’re giving me the best of both of my favorite worlds all wrapped up into one book.

Raze is the president of the Kings of anarchy New Hampshire chapter and he’s a dragon shifter who is very old and had a run with a witch years ago. When he meets Roxy, she claims to be a human but his dragon senses something else.

Roxy is definitely meant for Raze but you’re not really sure if she’s there for his survival or a cure for his curse or something a lot worse. ESP with hunters on the loose and her arrival showing up is definitely questionable.

One thing I love about paranormal stories is the author is able to legitimately write a story the way they want because it’s fantasy so you can legit just make it up and KE Osborn did just that.

And, what a start to a story and series, but that’s not shocking and it’s legit one of the reasons why she is one of my absolute favorite authors.

Great merging of Paranormal and MC genre. I loved the characters, not just Raze and Roxy, also the other brilliant misfits that complete the cast of this story.
Exciting and well delivered plot that had all the Beauty and The Beast underlying theme. Colouful worldbuilding and just enough spice, although our MMCs relationship is a slow burn initially.
This is a welcome addition to the KOA world and I look forward to reading Scar's story.

OMG, this series is going to be so good.

Raze doesn't like anyone especially after being cursed by a witch. He is 100% loyal to his brothers and doesn't trust anyone who could ruin the lifestyle they have. Roxy is a kickass FMC who's keeping a secret the whole time she's been held and will it come out hmm.

I love the how KE has woven the Dark Paranormal MC Romance with MC Romance.

Shifters, Witches, Ice Dragon Alpha, Captive to Lovers, Territorial Alpha and Paranormal MC has you gripping your seat to see what unfolds in this world.

I love this book. It’s a great start to her section of the series and the characters make you both want to laugh your butt off and root for them at the same time..
An ancient curse of forbidden love and a family made from other world shifters and products of magic that come together through loyalty, love understanding, and no judgment, which is what was needed at the time.
When their territory and family are threatened, they will fight with everything. They have to protect both the land. They’re freedom and the people that they love..

Good but confusing

I thought this was a MC book but on the paranormal side but it seemed more paranormal than MC with just small references throughout. Not complaining to much as I like both but it was confusing. The characters were appealing and their story was interesting but I didn't completely get engrossed in their storyline as I have with other characters this author has written about. I will get the next book to see where this is going though.

Book one: Roxy and Raze’s story

This is book one in the series Kings of Anarchy. This series is a supernatural adventure with a side of romance. There are all kinds of supernatural creatures and elements. Their President Raze, a powerful dragon, is under a curse and throughout this book the author gives us the history. He has Scar, a vampire, good friend, and his VP, who have together built something special together in New Hampshire with other forgotten supernaturals. The Kings keep to themselves and keep their businesses profitable.

During one of the patrols, their Kitsune Fox is harmed protecting their territory from four hunters. This brings a human photographer named Roxy into Raze’s purview. Roxy stirs something in Raze, something that should not be happening. The problem is that humans are not allowed to know about supernatural beings.

I enjoyed this book even though the storyline floats all over the place. I felt that there should have been more history and details about the Seelie Prince and fae people as that storyline was a bit ambiguous. There is a happy ending and an epilogue that leads into book two which features Scar and a dhampir, hunter. Read On!

What a ride!!

This story was absofreakinlutely fabulous! The author has hit it out of the park with her imagination and creativity! She built a great and unique cast of characters that I fell in love with. And they are supernatural motorcycle club members. Raze and Roxy are perfect mates for each other. This book has plenty of delicious spice and angst. Just when you think you know all of the secrets, there is a twist and it is a good one. I cannot wait until the next book in the series.

Property of Raze is a gem that burns bright!

This is one of the best paranormal books I ever read. Raze is full of twist and turns, very well written. Osborn has created a world within the Kings of Anarchy umbrella that captures the imagination and makes for excellent reading. The reader is treated to the ups and downs of creatures who
have to deal with immortality and emotions. Osborn takes us on a ride like no other, enjoy because I did. I can't wait till the next chapter in this paranormal world. Five stars that should have been ten, must read. Loved Raze, A epic read. Peace out. Thank you, Osborn.

Wow, what a ride

Wow, I was not expecting this book! I was thinking dragon shifter and MC sounds good to me, but holy cow. I definitely was not expecting this type of a story. I am absolutely hooked! I was invested from the first chapter and this book did not disappoint. This was my first book by KE Osborn and I am so excited for the next! Definitely not just a shifter/MC story, it’s so much better!

Supernatural

I enjoyed the book but I will say at times it was a little over scripted and I would say it was moreover a supernatural book than a motorcycle club book especially a kings of anarchy one when it was mentioned they were part of the kings and used motto a few times and again church and bikes were added to get to the book theme of a mc romance book but it was a interesting story line with great mixture of characters and will read the next one

PROPERTY OF RAZE is the first instalment in KE Osborn’s contemporary, adult KINGS OF ANARCHY MC: NEW HAMPSHIRE erotic, paranormal, fantasy series, a part of the multi-authored Kings of Anarchy MC world. This is dragon shifter and president of the KOAMC: New Hampshire Raze, and photographer Roxy Vale’s story line.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Raze and Roxy) PROPERTY OF RAZE follows with the arrival of Roxy Vale in the KOAMC: New Hampshire territory in the Appalachian Mountains. Hunters are seeking out the supernatural creatures, and someone is targeting the KOAMC: New Hampshire. Roxy’s arrival falls under suspicion but all is not as it appears to be, Roxy claims to be human but Raze’s dragon suspects something else.

The world building follows several intersecting pathways including a decades old curse that threatens the creature Raze once was. Roxy’s proximity to Raze marks a change in direction, and the arrival of a powerful witch, puts everything into focus including a potential war with the Fae prince.

The relationship between Raze and Roxy is one of fated mates/ Roxy claims to be human but upon her arrival the magic of the supernatural begins to burn brighter for our story line hero. Raze’s attraction to Roxy threatens the secrecy of the KOAMC: New Hampshire but someone else is targeting our story line couple. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble and diverse cast of energetic and powerful supernatural creatures including dragons, vampires, fae, leprechaun, werewolf, wendigo, serpent shifter, forest spirit, phoenix, kitsune, Angel, nymph, selkie, witch and a shapeshifter.

PROPERTY OF RAZE is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, power and control, magic and the supernatural, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is detailed and twisted; the romance is seductive and fated; the characters are determined, animated and lively.

There’s a certain expectation that comes with picking up a book by K.E. Osborn. Gritty, addictive MC romance is a given. Paranormal? I’ll admit, I was sceptical. But if any author could take that leap and make it unforgettable, it was always going to be her.

With Property of Raze, the first in the Kings of Anarchy: New Hampshire series, Ms Osborn doesn’t just explore the paranormal, she reshapes it. Raze is not your typical MC President. He breathes ice, not fire, bound by a chilling curse: find true contentment or be extinguished when the last ember fades. And with every passing day, the crystal dome guarding that fragile flame flickers weaker.

The tension in this story feels razor-sharp from the very beginning. When Roxy is thrown into Raze’s world, everything shifts and the question is how is human making the flame burn brighter than it has in decades. Fate, magic, and danger weave together in a way that keeps you constantly questioning what’s really at play. Is Roxy the answer to his curse, the key to his survival? Or is there something far more complex waiting to unravel?

Their love story is anything but simple. It’s layered with resistance, uncertainty, and that ever-present ticking clock hanging over Raze’s fate. KE Osborn excels at building that emotional strain, making every moment between them feel charged with meaning.

As a series opener, this delivers exactly what you want and then pushes further. The suspense adds real depth, the paranormal elements feel fresh and immersive, and the introduction to the wider cast leaves you wanting more.

This author hasn’t just stepped into paranormal romance, she’s carved out her own space within it. And if Raze’s story is anything to go by, this series is only going to get darker, sharper, and even more addictive.

Gah, I have not met a KE Osborn MC book I have not loved. This one is no different and moving on to a paranormal MC just makes it even better. I know if I want a good MC book or series I can count on this author.

I mean there is a dragon, vampire, leprechaun, angel, werewolf and so many more that make up the perfect family of misfits of sorts. The banter that the Angel and hound have are hilarious.

I thought that when I started reading this that it was a story of a lost girl who looking for that perfect place in the wild to photograph for her work. But then thing or fate of a sort had other plans. Wondering alone and cold after an accident Roxy happens upon the fortress of the Kings of Anarchy and has no idea what she is in for. Raze is perplexed by her arrival and the flame that was dying suddenly comes to life again and he needed to know why.

I am not going to spoil the rest as what I thought was going to happen and how everything was connected kind of blew me away and I was like NO WAY, but in the end it was the exact way things needed to go. So, I would recommend this story to anyone who likes MC's and a little or a lot of paranormal activity with their story.

This is book one of The Kings of Anarchy MC, New Hampshire series. What a great start to this series. If you like paranormal and MC then this book and series is for you. It has dragons, Vampires, werewolves and of course witches are just a few of the monsters you'll get in this story. Raze is just trying to keep his MC brothers safe and to try to find contentment to keep his fire burning. Roxy is heading into the Appalachian mountains to photograph the wilderness when she encounters a man on the side of the road. When he gets in the car he starts off saying that monsters are trying to get him and to drive but when she does he grabs the wheel causing them to go down the mountain killing him and leaving her severely injured. As she is walking she comes upon a castle, excited to finally find help but she finds h*ll instead. What they don't know is they are both hiding secrets. When Raze starts having feelings for Roxy he knows it will never work so he tries to walk away but when Roxy is taking away he will do anything to get her back. This story has a lot of suspense, angst, loyalty and finally a happy ending. I really enjoyed this story and would definitely recommend it.

Raze, the club president, is a dragon shifter carrying a rather inconvenient witch’s curse. Fiercely loyal and protective of both his members and his territory, he’s the sort who’ll have your back no questions asked, but he’s also got a temper that can flare up in seconds.

Roxy, a photographer ends up in absolute chaos after stumbling across an injured hunter who quite literally sends her car flipping when he jumps in her passenger seat and grabs the steering wheel. Looking for help (and probably questioning all her life choices), she heads to the Clubhouse… which turns out to be far more dangerous than she bargained for.

Then she meets Raze, and let’s just say, his world doesn’t just shift, it’s completely turned on its head.

I genuinely loved this story. It’s the first book in the KOAMC New Hampshire Chapter, and it’s got everything I could want, action, tension, and characters you can’t help but love.

Raze & Roxy: rating -
book was a whole 3⭐
Book was part of the KOAMC series 2.5⭐

I liked the book, I really did. But this author is another one talking liberties with the series and I don't mind the paranormal aspect being added but other than dropping the club name and tagline there's no connection to the series whatsoever. Not even a name drop from other chapters.

I also felt like KEO gave us the entire kitchen sink full of paranormal creatures in this one book and 98% were all in the "club". If doing too much were a book, this would be it. I thought it was cool that every member was a different creature but then she just kept on adding more and more creatures.. I'm surprised she didn't include a brownie. It was just a lot.

Spice was 3⭐

Razr & Roxy

MC, PNR, romance, steam, interesting characters--this one has it all. An accident brings her into the dangerous realm of pending war with two sides of mixed pnr characters not just one but an entire club, dragon, wolf, vampire and mores. Normally her life would be in jeapardy. This is no normal situation. Not only does she find something advantagious to his club, their chemistry is on fire. Since he is now an ice dragon, that's amazing.

This one has it all from MC and PNR to the start of what looks like an amazing series.
