Deborah has some how discovered illegal documents. Forged land deed, death records and land purchases. With full intent to return them, she finds herself running into hiding with the incriminating files. They belong to none other than the Black Widow, an organized group led by her. Deborah answers and add for a job. Her response is not specific, but hints to a mail order bride. She leaves Illinois and heads yo Montana where the owner of a farm arrives. There is confusion, but rancher Nolan takes her home. His home has his daughter and disabled brother. He is a retired marshal, and Deborah has a shadow following her. A note is left at the rancher's home, so the two of them head out to find a marshal in Illinois. They are side tracked by the town and are married, then they literally fall off the train. Their journey is filled with hurdles, trials and tribulations. This is a well written page turning nail biter of a story.
Deborah's Discovery is another wonderful story by the author. Deborah is running, but she thought it was for a job, not as a mail order bride, to Nolan Avery. Unfortunately, trouble is following her. Nolan is not too happy with this, especially with his daughter and brother living on the ranch. Being an ex Marshall, Nolan wants this problem taken care of quickly, but not sure his heart will last that long I was given an ARC of this book by the author for an honest review.
