‼️ Warning!! Triggers ‼️
⛔️ I feel like I was tricked into reading this book, like I was lured in under false pretenses. For starters, the blurb is misleading. This story also contains horrifying triggers that should have been mentioned. If they had been listed, I never would have read this book, and I wouldn’t be here leaving a bad review. I wouldn’t have wasted my time on a story that I had no chance of enjoying.
☣️ First, let’s talk about the triggers: Amber (FMC) has a history of drug and alcohol abuse. No one forced her into drug abuse, no one gave her the drugs, and no one pressured her into using. Amber couldn’t keep a job because of her drug abuse. She was strung out on drugs and unconscious in front of her daughter. She couldn’t even afford to feed her daughter because of her drug addiction. In this book, she is still currently struggling with all of it. As soon as I read that, Amber went from victim to abuser. I have no sympathy for people who get hooked on drugs, especially when they have kids who are suffering because of their actions.
☣️ Other triggers:Depression • PTSD • Anxiety & panic attacks • History of domestic violence, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and miscarriage • MMC (Fallon) has sex with other women. I don’t know if there are more triggers because I ended up DNFing at about 70%.
‼️ Misleading Blurb. The blurb says:
That’s super misleading because I made it almost 70% through the book, and that still hadn’t happened. Things mentioned in the blurb are supposed to happen early and be part of the main plot. Don’t put something in the blurb if it doesn’t happen until the end! P.S. I just skimmed to the end and it seems like she got pregnant on purpose and that didn't happen until the absolute end. So this is more of a lie than I originally thought.
Also, Amber didn’t even start working at their restaurant until after the 50% mark. That’s mentioned in the blurb too, like it’s supposed to happen early in the story.
⛔️ Pack Relationship. Like I said, I made it to about 70% into the story, and up until that point the FMC had been in a closed relationship with only Elijah. She was only Eli’s girlfriend/fuckbuddy. When I DNFed, they were just beginning to approach the idea of her dating the rest of the pack. There had been zero relationship development with the other two alphas up to that point. So that leaves only the last 30% of the book to build a cohesive pack with believable relationship development and convincing love from the ground up. That doesn't even feel possible.
👎 Omegaverse Aspects. Besides all of that, this barely felt like an omegaverse. There are no scent matches or fated mates in this world, as far as I could tell. Scent barely seems to play a role for anyone. Nobody’s scent fluctuates with their emotions. The alphas don’t act like alphas—there’s no purring, growling, or barking. No instinct to coddle their omega, no comforting, or possessive behaviors. I guess they’re supposed to be protective… but I honestly felt like I was being gaslit by the author into believing that when I saw no evidence of it. The guys treated Amber like a modern woman in a regular world relationship, not like alphas courting an omega.
👎 As for the omega designation: From what I can tell omegas don’t to whine, they don’t perfume, and they don’t have slick. Apparently alpha knots are just relics of the past, and omegas don’t seem to crave them, need them, or even really want them. Maybe during their heat? Regardless, it was disappointing. There are barely any designation-type things happing here.
👎 Main Characters from Other Book(s). On top of everything else, the author made the pack from the previous book far too big a part of this story. I swear the first few chapters were all about Norah and her happily ever after while Amber just stood on the sidelines acting like a depressed Cinderella. I don’t care about them! I didn’t read their book. I don’t want to know about Norah’s pregnancy issues. I don’t wanna watch her get railed by her mates. I don’t care about Dorian’s mother’s MS diagnosis and treatment. Can’t you just focus on this book and these characters? It’s supposed to be a standalone.
🎬 All in all, from one single mom to another, Amber was an awful parent throughout this entire book, both in the past and the present. She's also a terribly pathetic human being, and I had no sympathy for anything she went through. I would have felt bad for her abuse if she weren’t a trashy drug addict who willingly put her child in danger.

Cosy pack romance
Another heartwarming Fox Hollow pack romance, with great humor, lovely sweet character dynamics, a pack restaurant, flowers, chemistry, spice, emotions, romance and love. A lovely why choose romance story in a small town where everyone knows you; where the men have an agreement they need to amend and she'll need to learn to stop running and accept support from three sexy men (a butcher, a baker and a chef).
Amber is Norah's best friend and Jude's sister. After escaping Luke she and her daughter are living with her brother, his pack and their mate and she's working with Norah at the florists. She feels she doesn't deserve anything good, with her past and Luke's words in her mind. But after meeting Eli she wonders if she can have love, and when she starts working in his pack restaurant she finds herself dreaming about all of them.
"We move like a single organism, passing trays, calling out orders, dancing around each other in the narrow galley. It's exhilarating. I feel useful, capable. I'm not just the girl with the broken past; I'm part of this team."
Eli is wonderful; he's the sensitive Alpha, the quiet baker who helps her feel safe (you can't help but love him).
Fallon is the tattooed playboy Alpha, the fun loving butcher, who clicks instantly with Maisie, her daughter, over dragons.
Knox is the grumpy Alpha worried about opening his heart. But he's also the voice of reason, the one that keeps everything running, the protector.
They are all alphas and tried sharing an omega before but had found them coming between their pack so had made a pact to not do that again. But after meeting the girl Eli has been sneaking out to see and making lemon tarts for they can't deny they're all falling for her. Having her working for them in the restaurant changes the dynamics and they realise they need to do something about it.
"We're a pack, Amber," Eli says softly. "And we're all drawn to you."
I look at Knox. The intimidating, rigid, controlled Alpha who just admitted he likes me. I look at Fallon. The fun-loving, tattooed Alpha who is attracted to me.
I take a deep breath. "Okay. So … you like me. And you're not firing me. And you're figuring it out."
But Luke is still out there threatening Amber; can the chef's protect her, Maisie and their friends, as well as helping her to recover from her past?
I really enjoyed this heartwarming romance and couldn't put it down. It was also nice to see Wren, Norah and their men again ("Knot a Drill" and "Knot by Design").

Healing Hearts at Blade & Butter
I really enjoyed this story from Tia. I’ve always had a soft spot for single-parent tropes, and this book definitely delivered.
Amber is an omega down on her luck who ends up moving herself and her daughter, Maisie, in with her brother Jude and his pack. Running from an abusive, stalker ex is terrifying on its own, and I can’t even imagine how much harder it would be with a child involved. Thankfully, Amber has an incredible support system surrounding her.
After the flower shop she works at closes down, Amber starts working at Blade & Butter restaurant, where she meets the incredible three-man team that owns it.
These three men are truly a work of art and not just in the kitchen. Knox is the brains behind the business, always making Amber feel safe while challenging her in the best ways. Fallon is the fun-loving playboy who makes her feel alive again. Eli is the heart of the group, making Amber feel cherished from the very beginning. I absolutely loved this protective, caring pack and the love they showed both Amber and Maisie.
Jessica was also a really interesting character, and I’d love to read more about her and little Jacob in the future. One thing I always enjoy about this author is how seamlessly past characters are woven into new stories, because their journeys never truly feel finished.
I can’t wait to read more from this author and see where her imagination takes her next.

To say that Amber has been through a lot is an understatement. She is a survivor. But she is also scared and confused and after being told she is worthless from her ex so many times she struggles and thinks she is broken.
She meets Eli during a vulnerable moment and he immediately wants to help and take care of her and she suddenly feels safe and seen. Eli is part of a pack with Fallon and Knox who have all sworn off feelings for Omegas due to a couple of past experiences with other Omegas.
This is the story of how they all break down the walls they have built and build a pack together.
It was a beautiful story about second chances and I teared up more than once reading it. There is also A LOT of sex scenes in this book and they are steamy!
I read all 3 books in the series back to back and am now a HUGE Tia Tomlin fan! This is a series that should not be missed!

I finished it but wasn’t invested
Unfortunately, this one just didn’t work for me.
Around the 80% mark, I seriously considered DNFing because I kept feeling like pieces of the story were missing. There were several moments where characters referenced relationships or events that didn’t seem to happen on the page. For example, one of the MMCs spoke as though he’d developed a close bond with the FMC’s daughter, but we’d only seen them meet once. Moments like that made the story feel disjointed and left me wondering if chapters or scenes had been cut.
I also struggled with the world-building. This isn’t a traditional omegaverse, but the rules didn’t feel internally consistent. Pack relationships were treated as unusual, yet other characters already had established multi-partner relationships without much explanation. The inconsistencies made it difficult to fully immerse myself in the story.
I finished the book because I was already so far into it, but it wasn’t one that left me eager to continue the series or pick up another book by this author.

I honestly loved it so much. It was one of those books that completely sucked me in and I didn’t want to put it down. The mix of cozy small-town vibes, family and romance was literally perfect for me.
Amber was such an easy character to love and I got attached to her really quickly. I loved seeing her dynamic with Eli, Fallon, and Knox develop because they all brought something different to the relationship and the chemistry between all of them was soooo good. The spice was definitely there but it still felt really emotional and comforting at the same time.
This book just had that addictive “one more chapter” feeling the whole way through. By the end I genuinely didn’t want to leave their world. Definitely one of my favorite cozy omegaverse reads lately.
I’ll absolutely be picking up more books from this author in the future.

This was a really exciting. Amber is an omega who has just escaped an abusive relationship and has moved to Fox Hollow where her brother Jude lives with his pack. Amber and her daughter Maisie are learning to get on with their life. Without some violence in it. Amber meets Elijah, who is one of the owners of the restaurant Blade & Butter, and he is a part of a pack, which includes Fallon and Knox who are alpha’s, things progress in the story where Amber ends up working with them. Things turn interesting where they all are attracted to her and recognise that she is part of their pack along with her daughter, Maisie. Suddenly there’s danger that threatens their peace and eventually things are resolved, and they go onto live happily ever after.

This was another fab addition to the series and I loved following Amber, and her daughter Maisie, to their wonderful and well deserved HEA. I love how real Amber was and how strong and dedicated a mother she was. She escaped a past that she didn't want to define her, and that included an abusive ex, to let her daughter grow in a safe space and become the wonderful person she should be, without violence looming over her head. Working for Eli, Fallon and Knox expanded Amber's world in ways she didn't expect, and also showed her more of how a treasured omega should be treated. And how found family can bond strongly. Love this! Of course, the chemistry was hot between Amber and the guys, and I rooted hard for them to fully open up to her and let love bloom. This was a page turner that I really couldn't put down. I'm definitely hoping for more books set in this world ;D

I already know that I'm going to come across as a bit of a jerk in this review, and I've accepted that. I remember Amber from the previous story, with her addiction and her preference for abusive men and bringing her daughter into those situations. It was better getting things from her point of view because it did make her more sympathetic as the reader sees firsthand her struggle. My issues with her are my own, so I don't expect someone else to feel the same. I didn't like being inside her head. It was such a mess with the abusive ex-boyfriend, the previous addiction, the low self-esteem, and the struggle to just exist. I felt for her, I really did. I just didn't enjoy being in the midst of it. I keep remembering her desperation to hang on to Luke even after he was so horrible from the last novel, and it makes me sad. I'm glad she got her happy ending. I just didn't enjoy being part of the journey getting her there.

My issues with her are my own, so I don't expect someone else to feel the same. I didn't like being inside her head. It was such a mess with the abusive ex-boyfriend, the previous addiction, the low self-esteem, and the struggle to just exist. I felt for her, I really did. I just didn't enjoy being in the midst of it. I keep remembering her desperation to hang on to Luke even after he was so horrible from the last novel, and it makes me sad. I'm glad she got her happy ending. I just didn't enjoy being part of the journey getting her there.

This book was an absolutely captivating, 'impossible to put down' read that hooked me from the very first page.
The author masterfully blended a cosy, small-town setting with deep family connections and a compelling romance. The main character, Amber, was immediately relatable, and I quickly became invested in her journey. A major highlight was watching her dynamic with Eli, Fallon, and Knox unfold; their chemistry was powerful, and each added a unique element to the relationship.
The romance was surprisingly emotional and comforting, despite its definitely spicy element.
This book maintained an addictive 'one more chapter' pull right up to the final page, leaving me genuinely reluctant to leave their world. It is, without a doubt, one of my favourite recent cosy reads.

Solid story, feel good spice 3/5
Each character had solid personality. Eli we got the most connection with, I would've liked to see more one on one with Amber &Fallon and Knox and Amber. Fallon was a player who slept around, there wasn't a moment that really defined why she was the one to make him give up the other women.
There wasn't a moment where Knox reflected on why he was so drawn to her other than her looks I just wanted more esp when they had a rule no omegas no relationships based off the last one only wanting Eli, well that's how this started too

Amber is coming out of an abusive relationship and is terrified to get involved with another alpha. Eli, Fallon & Know run a restaurant together. Between them they not only win Amber’s heart but her daughter Maisie’s heart as well. Of course the abusive ex had to make a final appearance before this pack can find their HEA. I love the characters this author develops. I felt empathy for Amber and even the 3 men had some trauma to heal from. I definitely enjoyed this installment from Fox Haven. This book can be read as a stand alone but characters from the previous books do show up in this book. If you are a fan of Omegaverse books then read this book. You won’t be disappointed.

Amber 🥹❤️ she’s amazing. The trauma that she’s gone through. Her daughter, and the guys. From an abusive relationship, trying to find herself. Not wanting to end up on the same situation. Needing a soft place to land. And the fact that the guys want to be here soft place. Not only for her but for her daughter too. The fact that they want to give her the time and space that she needs to heal and be able to feel trust. They had my heart. I loved seeing her growth throughout this story. Eli, Fallon, and Knox were great guys. The way they connected with her was awesome. The way they connected with her daughter was even better.
And when they decided it was steamy time, they didn’t waste any time. Granted this got spicy, it was a loving spicy. And I was there for everything about this story.

Eli, Fallon, and Knox had such a fun dynamic for their pack. Eli is the heart and the first one to feel the pull towards Amber. Fallon is the playboy tattooed butcher and is great at providing the perfect timed laugh. Knox is the one keeping everything in line and Amber really disrupts his carefully controlled life. This cha be read as a standalone but we meet Amber in a previous book and that provides more context into her past. She’s had a rough go and I loved seeing how she has healed and has continue to heal. I loved how her alphas got a little awkward around her and they all kind of fumbled around before finding their groove. I got all the good feels seeing this pack find their omega. Just beautiful.

I wanted to like this book more but there were just too many inconsistencies. Who on earth is Maisie’s dad? What timeline of drug abuse is the right one, did she stop in pregnancy like it says but she can’t have as Luke was feeding her drugs and Maisie was born by then? Why does Amber demand her daughter then take jobs where she never sees her? If I could have ignored all that then the blurb also talks about surprise pregnancy but it was deliberate so that’s also wrong and in the final chapter of the book. I did read it all, I liked the RH members and some of it was sweet and spicy but the confusion detracted from the rest.

I loved this story, I was hooked from the start and didn't want to put it down. Just like the rest of the books in this amazing series this one was just as well written with a strong story line throughout and strong characters you will fall in love with. Just the right amount of emotions and humour. If you haven't read the rest of the series I would highly recommend reading them all. I am eagerly awaiting the next story from this series.

Another Amazing Fox Hollow Romance!!!!
This is one of my favorite in this series so far!! Amber was just trying to survive with her daughter Masie. She comes to Fox hollow to escape a terrible man and horrible situation. Her brother and his pack welcome them with open arms. Then she meets Eli, Fallon & Knox who own and run Blade and Butter restaurant. One thing leads to another and they are head over heels for her. They become an amazing family for her and Masie. I look forward to more from this town!

Another great read from this talented author! This series is proving to be a very pleasant surprise. I love that each episode is similar, yet entirely different from the others. The characters are linked, yet again, separated in each book.
Each plot is unique, yet very reader friendly. I loved reading them all.
In this book, Amber has many issues that she's having to deal with, but her strength to get up every day and soldier on is heartwarming. A truly beautiful tale.

It was amazing reading how you got to see the growth in Ambers character (all of them really, but the most growth in Amber’s character) Made you fall in love with the story and definitely brought a few tears on some of the emotional scenes involving her past trauma and sharing her story of the past trauma. She crashes into Eli in the store, and the other two follow after her. Amber and her guys are cute. The spice was fine but even with group activities is was basic and basically the same each time and I love me some variety. The timeline in the novel seemed off at times too. One time they would be at the restaurant til closing and it was 2am and another time it was closed and they were out at 8pm and it wasn’t a Sunday vs other day. Just pacing and timeline weird things.

Amber comes to a new town after escaping a traumatic past. She accepts a new job in her new town at Blad & Butter and the connection with the chefs there starts her on a new path, but Amber is still in an emotional state from her past and is keeping up the walls around her heart but when close proximity ahs passion rising will Amber be able to keep the walls up. Oh gosh….i love Ambers story! I was so glad when I saw it was Jude’s sister who got her own book. Like always I loved seeing the prior 2 couples throughout the book. Ambers story is heartbreaking and heartwarming because how true it is after an abusive relationship. Eli, Fallon, and Knox were the best, most protective, king, understanding Alphas! 10/10 would recommend!.

This was, yet another, good time read. I especially like how the FMC didn't play the victim and owned a lot of her responsibilities and mistakes. So when she met the MMC's, it felt like (as a reader) she deserved some good!
I've become a fan on Tia's, I can't wait to see what else she cooks up as time goes on. These stories are fun and heartwarming and it's easy to become invested in the characters.
