I absolutely loved this book, like, cancel-my-plans, ignore-my-notifications loved it. I devoured the entire book in one sitting and immediately wished the next book was in my kindle.
Eris is hands-down one of my favorite female characters I’ve read in a long time. She’s strong, complex, and unapologetically powerful, and watching her come into her own is deeply satisfying. I am beyond ready for her to finally let go and absolutely destroy her ex. She deserves that moment, and I’m here for every second and I hope she makes it messy!
And the men? Whew. Seriously, where does one acquire men like this in real life? They are delicious in all the right ways: confident, intense, protective, and written with just the right amount of tension and grit!
And they way they are with her is just *chefs kiss*
I’m also very much hoping that their ex gets exactly what’s coming to her.
I cannot wait for the next book because if this book is anything to go by, what’s coming next is going to be phenomenal.

Not the end, yet!
Unfortunately for me, I didn't realize that this wasn't the end of the story for Eris and the guys! (At this point, it says on Amazon that this was book 2 of 2.) Thankfully, we don't leave on much of a cliffhanger.
In the second half of the book, Eris finally gets to meet the men behind "HimLocke," confirming who she suspected they may have been.
Eris still has her stalker of an ex, but the guys have one of their own, of sorts, too. Eris warns her away, but will it be enough? Now that the guys have claimed Eris, and Eris has claimed them back... she's finally letting her mask slip to show the real her.

This is very repetitive and way to long. I think one book should be enough and not two.
Her ex continues to stalk her but she does nothing even though she’s supposed to be a killer. She does nothing for two whole books and in the end she gets saved by the three men. I thought she would save herself when she’s supposed to be an assassin but no. The saves her all the damn time🤦♀️
All that is happening is her ex strikes over and over again and she ends up at the club drinking over and over again. And always saved by the three men who also stalks her. I think she has a drinking problem🤦♀️

Very happy with the quick releases of the first two parts of this book so far! Keeping my fingers crossed part three will come our way just as quickly so I can continue Eris's story!
I was really hoping we were going to get to the big reveal of Eris's career in this book, but I didn't realize that this series had more books planned than two. I had it in my head that it was a duet for some reason so I was expecting a huge jaw-dropping moment with the guys finding out in some obscene way and then the story wrapping up in a nice little bow after a little while. I can't say that I am mad about getting more time with these characters though! I really enjoy Eris and the HimLock guys and can't wait for them to get on the same page. I think they are going to be a hysterically bloody team once things really get going and I just know they are going to have a blast getting rid of some annoying bugs flying around them. Can't wait to see what comes next for this group now that things are heating up and blood is in the water. Let's see if Daniel and Callie remain cocky once Eris fully drops her mask and comes out to play.

We're back with Eris and the HimLock guys aka Jace, Silas & Kieran and I have been so excited for more!
We get more of each of the characters personalities, how Eris is a lone wolf who can slit your throat with a smile on her face but is also a girl who has found her people and is so close to getting her hea - if only she could do her job and get rid of the delusional ex!
The guys are just dangerously adorable. I love that it's not a 'big thing' when it comes to Eris, they've simply found a girl who calls to them, who calms yet excites them and makes them happy. There's a connection with each of them that goes deeper than lust and just works!
But now, instead of just one ex, it seems their past has come back to haunt them as well as her...
I'm really enjoying the book, I like the characters, I like the storyline and I want more!!

I just love Eris
I was so ready for this book to come out. I honestly really enjoy Eris. This book escalates with both the stalkers and then there’s a new face we meet. Eris gets answers to a lot of her questions. Her mask slowly starts slipping more and more as we read. Obsession is strong with this group and I’m here for it. I do wish that Eris was a little more honest with the guys, but that being said, they didn’t ask the right questions. They were too focused on outside factors to consider asking her the types of questions she was asking them. I can’t wait for them to experience Eris in her full glory. While I think they finally started to notice some of it, I just know they’re going to fall even harder for her once they experience her snapping first hand. This is a very quick read and I’ll be looking forward to what’s next in this world.

Well, darn.... there's going to be a book 3. I was looking forward to Eris's big reveal in this one. It did get close. (You do need to read part 1 prior to this in order to follow.) It reads quickly and easily. Alternating POVs. Eris does finally get her answer as to who is actually behind the Hemlock app. Her ex boyfriend, now current stalker is getting more brazen with his actions, and now their ex is getting a little ballsy too. I like how this series has it's dark elements, yet it has a lighter vibe. There is some mild violence. There is sexual content, but it's not written to be 'smutty.' It's not the main focus between the characters. If you like a little darkness but not pitch black, this is the book for you.

I've really enjoyed the concept of the guys watching over Eris through the app, mistakingly thinking she is a poor damsel in distress. I am looking forward to when Eris reveals her true occupation and how she knows Roo, it will win them over more. I'm looking forward to both Eris' and the boys' exes meeting their end in a satisfying way in the next part. So glad Jace, Silas and Kieran got their face to face time with Eris finally not through the app. The relationship development through the app was paced and done really well so looking forward to the in person development to be just as good. Excited for the next part!

I stuck with this because the premise is still so interesting… but Part Two didn’t really fix the issues I had with Part One.
The three personas (Hollow, Cipher, Whisper) are still the most compelling part of the story, and I liked seeing more of how their roles and intentions start to separate. But once again, the pacing felt off, lots of tension and talking around the mystery, not enough actual movement or answers.
It leans heavily on vibes and suspense, but the emotional grounding still isn’t quite there for me, and the story continues to feel stretched across installments instead of delivering satisfying beats on its own. By the end, I was more tired than intrigued.

This part is way stronger than the previous. It’s partly because a lot of the setup was done prior. But there is far more escalation and payoff to enjoy.
Eris continues to be a unique protagonist. I love how dangerous she is and I can’t wait until we get to see her unleashed.
As Eris gets closer to the guys I would have expected the yearning to decrease but there is still plenty to enjoy.
The spice is hot, the danger getting real, and there are still secrets that threaten the happily ever after.
I eagerly await the next installment.

When downloaded a boyfriend app to get your bestie off your back and instead it ends up being three obsessive and possessive stalkers who are very much real.
I loved this book and am eagerly awaiting part 3. Eris is the strong FMC I crave, even if she is underestimated. The addition of another stalker was a fun twist.
The book is a fun, quick read that hits all the addictive points you want and has you begging for more 🖤

Not gonna lie, this is the second book and I had my hopes up. I shouldn’t have. It was just as bad as the first one. Her ex-boyfriend was not killed, even though they mentioned killing him like a million times. The boy’s ex-girlfriend being an absolute bitch—and also a stalker—was kind of interesting to see, but it wasn’t enough to save the story.
All in all, this was also boring, just not as much as the first book.

Truthfully, this book is hard to separate from part 1. I am going to read the next book because the premise was interesting but overall, the FMC is flat for me. She is described as an assassin that is really good at her job and so far she just exists. She was ready to defend herself at one point but we don't get to see that because she gets rescued. If you are going to make a character a trained assassin, stop letting her be the damsel all the time. At this point she could have grown up taking karate, or goes to the gym three times a week and be the same character. One event in this book and it took up 200+ pages.

I like this story there have been a surprising lack of deaths and violence for the group of people this story is supposed to be about. For me over all its not dark nor does it have any real teeth when it comes to triggers. Like for me this doesn't necessitate a warning list or anything the smut is pretty vanilla and not overly descriptive and the violence is almost non existent. I do enjoy the banter between the characters though

like the first book, it is a short read and moves fast but at the same time, not a lot really happens. I skimmed over quite a bit of the inner dialogue. I felt there is quite a bit of repetition, especially during the intimacy scenes. But what really kind of lost me on this one was the overuse of words like and the kind. It’s a trap that some authors fall into where they tell rather than show.

Oh my goodness this book was SUCH a ride. Eris and Roo are hilarious (and absolutely terrifying in the good way) as they try to just get rid of Danielle. Our boys, unwittingly, keep making that job harder 🤣
Laughter, gratuitous teasing, and sheet grabbing whispers. Loved this and can't wait for part 2

The second book was so good. I jumped straight into it from the part one. Eris keeps her secrets well hidden from the men even though they are very high tech and are able to find out so much information. Roo her friend helps her in all her situations she is the real ride or die friend to have in your corner. I cant wait for part three.

Do not recommend smh this did not need to be two books definitely not gonna read the third. It genuinely sounded like an AI wrote this and the plot is just dragging. Why is it taking so long to deal with Daniel and now the ex shows up and she’s got a hit on her conveniently. It reads like one of those pay for a chapter scams smh.

I liked parts of the relationship solidifying but they are still dancing around each other. And we don't even get the conclusion of what happens to the ex??? Kind of a let down.

Okay I’m obsessed. I thought I loved the Himlock guys in book 1 but this one takes the cake. I am waiting not so patiently for the third book. I also really hope Eris gets her claws on the ex girlfriend lol. The banter between Eris and her men just keeps getting better and I can’t wait to see her for the BA woman she is.

Damn I thought this was finished...
For some reason, I thought this was a duet. Either way, it is amazing. This is a bit of an in-between, with a lot of nothing except expanding on the world and characters, but the men finally stopped hiding behind fake identities, and we are here for it. Cannot wait till she fully drops the masks and shows them the real her.

Gotta wait...
I thought this was more supernatural, but I am happy. It has turned out not to be.. can't wait to see how they deal. With separate issues..but similar mentalities.. lol. I like Eris and her friend.. can I be them, when I grow up? Lol.

Great read.

Book 2 was really not it. It felt like just a filler without anything really useful. We met Callie but that could have easily been in the first book. It also irritates me that Daniel is still alive and stalking when Eris is supposed to be some bad a** killer.
