Let’s start my review with how I hated Devansh Agnihotri in the beginning but feel in love with him by the end of the book & cried for him to.

It all started with his revenge, but was it just revenge or he made it look like.It is deeper than revenge its obsession.

I was super confused in the beginning by Devansh’s behaviour which was so cruel once & was so caring next,His Demeanour kept changing but when I knew what was running in his mind and the reason behind his behaviour I felt bad for judging him.

Some of his actions were really cruel in the beginning specially that club part,I hated him more than Pari at that time. But the way he kept on begging for her mercy melted my heart for him & made me fall in love with this morally grey man.

I loved how Pari gave him hard time and was hell bent on her decision.I hate it when fmc forgives MMC for what they did way too easily but not that’s not happening in this book,She is fierce, feisty & sassy gave him hard time just like he did loved her(Cake part was too much yes but he kinda deserved it🤧).

Him going in his knees to beg for her forgiveness was super hot to read & was my favourite part to,the way he did not cared about his surrounding no matter who was watching ,he just wanted her to see him & give him chance🤌🏻🤌🏻.

The diamond chain scene was so sooo 🥵,I can’t look at any diamond chain now without thinking about that scene🤧.

My favourite scene was Devansh touching her feet & kissing them when Pari’s mom asked her to touch his feet & take his blessings but Dev heard it so he decided to it instead🤌🏻.

My other favourite scene was him asking Pari’s mom to let Pari do her father’s ritual,I have stood like a doll all this years watching my brother do all the ritual for my dad & thinking I wish I could do something to this just hit the right spot.I loved it when Dev took stand for it♥️.

There were so many cute moments in books which I absolutely adored,Devansh eating the kheer which Pari packed for someone else because he did not wanted any man to eat what she prepared.
The other scene where Pari wiped her lips because Dev kissed her,Man went & started teasing her by peppering more kisses(so cute🥹).

I loved how Devansh was always looking for Pari in every situation like she was his anchor.

As a dark romance reader mental illness is not something new for me but the condition which explained in this book was something I never read about, that explained lot of his behaviour to.

I loved how he did not touch her in years of their marriage until she asked him to🤌🏻.

The way he said “Devansh Parinidhi Agnihotri was entirely devoted to Parinidhi Devansh Agnihotri”
Sirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr🤌🏻🤌🏻.

I really want to appreciate Mukul here everyone should have a friend like him in life,He straight up said to his face about whatever he did was shitty & he doesn’t support him in that.

There are too many unanswered questions about their connection with each other in past,I just can’t wait to get those answers in second book🤧.

The book totally had a vibe of Indian billionaire romance with loads of twists & drama ,with the little touch of underworld(Indian Mafia)

I was doubting on too many characters in this book but I was doubting the wrong people 😑.The twists were crazy I might have predicted some but some were really unpredictable specially the ending .Last 4% of events in book was so unexpected.

There are some books you enjoy, and then there are books that completely consume you. Her Nightmare belongs to the second category.

I went into this book expecting a dark romance, but I found so much more. It is a story of revenge, trauma, redemption, and a love that grows through pain rather than perfection. Every chapter pulled me deeper into the lives of Devansh Agnihotri and Parinidhi Verma, making it impossible to stop reading.

Devansh is one of the most memorable morally grey characters I’ve read. He’s ruthless, possessive, emotionally broken, and far from perfect, but every layer of his character adds depth to the story. As his past and emotions unfold, it’s impossible not to understand why he became the man he is.

Parinidhi was another highlight for me. She isn’t written as a weak heroine waiting to be saved. She’s compassionate, resilient, and grows stronger with every challenge she faces. Watching her relationship with Devansh evolve was both heartbreaking and beautiful.

The emotional moments hit the hardest. There were scenes that made me smile, scenes that left me heartbroken, and chapters that had me staring at the ceiling after I finished reading. The author does an incredible job of balancing romance, suspense, family bonds, and emotional healing without losing the intensity of the story.

The chemistry between Devansh and Parinidhi is unforgettable. Their relationship is messy, complicated, and full of emotional tension, which makes every small moment between them feel even more meaningful.

The ending left me completely speechless and desperate for the next part. I genuinely wasn’t ready to say goodbye to these characters.

If you love dark romance with morally grey characters, emotional depth, slow character development, and a story that keeps you emotionally invested from beginning to end, I highly recommend Her Nightmare.

This wasn’t just a book—it was an experience, and Devansh & Parinidhi will stay with me for a very long time. 🖤📖

رواية هندية أكثر من مسلسل هندي أبو 10000 حلقة… وربي ما أمزح 🙂

Before I could even process what was happening, Devansh lowered himself to the floor, touched his forehead to my feet, and pressed a reverent kiss onto each one before slowly rising to meet my eyes.
A collective gasp swept through the entire room, including one that escaped from my own throat.

I usually stay away from Indian dark romance because let’s be honest it often turns cringe real fast. But this one? Surprisingly solid.

Devansh marries Pari purely for revenge, and he does some genuinely messed up things in the beginning. But once the truth comes out (pretty early on), the shift in him is intense. The man goes from hateful to absolutely devastated, realizing what he’s done and then spends most of the book groveling, begging, and literally on his knees trying to win her back. And I ate that up.

Devansh is that kind of hero desperate, obsessive, full-on yearner, the type who loses his mind over the heroine. I fell he literally had separation anxiety for her. His every thought, goal or decision starts and ends with Pari. Loved him for that. Pari, on the other hand, was strong, sweet, and didn’t fold easily. She held her ground, which made everything more satisfying (though girl… communicate please).

The story had a lot of mystery elements that kept me hooked, and the angst carried the book hard. The writing style was a bit underwhelming, and the steamy scenes were just okay, but honestly the plot and emotional intensity made up for it.

BUT THAT CLIFFHANGER?? WHAT WAS THAT.
I need the next book immediately and please, if there is separation drama I hope he doesn't fuck around.

- no cheating, a bit of ow/om drama

The way I had felt sad and frustrated for dev in the first few chapters because of the way he had behaved with the pari. Whatever the reason I felt sad for the pari

But when his pov has come and I started to understand and i am not able to take a stand in the initial chapters, but going through only one thing I had in my mind that is DEVANSH.

The pain and agony dev is feeling has ripped my heart out everytime

And the suffering pari has suffered made me want her to grow stronger

And beneath all of these I want them together badly to help each other and to find comfort in each other's arms badly.

And the way mukul made him understand ( oh how I love him and how I wish I had a best friend like him )

And how anshika had become silent when she came form hospital it made me want to hug her and tell her that we are with her 😭

My little ansh.

And the way he grovels for her, my heart is ripped out every time he is bleeding.

Everytime he bleeds or he is pain , I can feel it through the writing. I don't realise when I completed this book.

Ahh someone who can't even stay mad at 🫠

Having someone who can see through right at and we don't have to pretend ourselves is sukoon

I wish I had a dev I'm my life

I had fallen again again for her nightmare and his haven badlyyyyy

Cant wait for the dute 2( screaming)

MY FAVOURITE BUGS THEY ARE 💗

this book is Amazing, my dear Author..Many would find this book absurd or whatever...But I love it... Though I already finished reading this story long ago in wattpad...Now it's not available...I couldn't afford buying this book..So I'm so desperately trying to find some free websites to re read this book again...You are rocking author , At first I used to loathe devansh but Bro what the fuck ? That cold arrogant man looks lowkey good when he's grovelling...He doesn't deserve to be forgiven yet..But seeing his efforts, I felt bad for him ...But not as I felt bad for pari ...He deserves the silence, hate, taunts and everything...But still he loves his woman like breathing that's what I love about him..All the best , author..And yeah I love youuu..Lots of love from India🩷🩷🫂🫂🫂...And yeah...A kind tiny request, can you please reduce the cost of this book , so I could buy ? if not , no worries..I'll save my money and buy it....I admire you so much ..This Book is the bestest book I have ever read so far...You have great skills...Yeahhh..Keep slaying, girl ..Bye byeee 🫶🫶🫶

This was my first time reading Indian Dark Romance and it was definitely a surprising experience 👀 👀 👀

I was truly not expecting to get as invested as I got!😭😭😭 it was so ADDICTIVE!

I finished the book within 2-3 days! 😭😭😭 and I'm someone who struggles with concentration if I don't listen to the audiobook while having the hardcopy or ebook in front of me 👀

I really loved the pacing, although I still need some answers because there are loose ends with this book ending on a cliffhanger, and I hope we get all the answers in the sequel which I seriously can't wait for 😍😍😍

Dev and Pari's story is a rollercoaster to say the least. It will make you extremely angry, but also make you cry 🥹 Like, I had so many Bollywood songs playing in my head in alotttt of scenes🤣

And pleaseeeee ❗️Read the Trigger Warnings❗️It is a DARK romance.

Highly recommend reading this one if you're in the mood to read something something super engaging 🤌

I totally loved this book. I don't even have the words to explain how much I loved Devansh's character. Even though I'm a girl, I still want to love someone the way he loves. His love, care, loyalty, and the depth of his emotions were just beautiful. Every time he appeared, I couldn't stop smiling.

Honestly, Devansh is one of those characters you never forget. He made me cry, made me emotional, and completely stole my heart. I don't know how to explain it, but there's something so special about him. This book gave me feelings I can't even put into words, and I'll be thinking about it for a long time.

I absolutely loved reading his POV. It was written so beautifully, especially the way he talked about and adored his Pari. The love, respect, and admiration in his words felt so genuine that it made every chapter even more special. His POV was easily my favorite part of the book.

I am an Indian.. but I don't know why the Indian authors take everryy chance to show INDIAN CULTURE in their books??🫩 Why can't a book be generalised that anyone who reads it.. can relate to it??? All this Saree, Pallu, Sindoor, Pooja, Blessings, Temples, Anklets..... I can go on and on.. 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄
These two MMC are awkward at best. I love stalkers.. can count the best ones in a breath. But there has to be a reason.. Devansh doesn't have any. 😕
This girl is just angry... THAT'S IT.. thats the only personality Parinidhi has.🤐
It's like I'm reading the book in real time.. everyday an issue arises.. gets sorted in one go.. within the next 2 chapters.. 😂

I DNFd it at 70%.. would have finished it if it was one book... But thought better of it when realised I'll have to read 2nd one as well to finish their story and DNFd 😊

This was my first time reading an Indian dark romance novel, and I kid you not, I was NOT disappointed. 😭🤌🏻

Coming to Devansh Agnihotri, this man was such an asshole in the beginning, and I genuinely thought I was going to hate him. BUT as the story progressed, I started understanding his perspective, and the character development??? SO GOOD. And the yearning??? THIS MAN IS THE DEFINITION OF YEARNING. The constant “my wife, my wife, my wife” 😭 SIR, WE GET IT. BRO IS DOWN BAD.

And Parineeti Verma was an absolute queen. Strong-headed, smart, and definitely NOT your typical naive FMC. I loved how she stood her ground despite everything she went through. 🤌🏻

AND THAT CLIFFHANGER??? ACTUALLY CRIMINAL. 😭 Thank God I had the second book ready because I would've LOST IT waiting.

Definitely recommend if you love Indian dark romance, an obsessed MMC and a strong FMC! 🤍

Did not know much background going into this book only that it was a dark romance with arranged marriage. In the beginning things were confusing with how he was treating her but then when the plot reveals itself and all the backstory gets discovered, things become more interesting. Also love a man who’s head over heels for the woman and this MMC I would do anything for her, even kill himself if that’s what she wanted. There was so many plot twists, while trying to repair there marriage into something that was real, they were also dealing with secrets from the past. I cannot wait to read book 2, I loved everything about this book! The development, the love, the healing, the plot, and the spice!!

Oh God!!

Can't believe a book can be soo good. The rollercoaster of emotions I went through was amazing. After reading this book I really really crave for an husband Devansh despite all his flaws I just see him as a walking green flag.

Also love Pari she was a walking talking baddie. Who surely took time but she found herself.

Can't wait for the sequal of the book!!!

Thankyou so much author Elina!!!

Her Nightmare by Elina K. is a wild, intense ride that hooks you fast! It tells the story of Parinidhi and Devansh, two opposites tangled in revenge, anger, and hidden secrets.
The tension never stops, making it super hard to put down. You will feel Parinidhi’s fiery strength as she stands tall against fear. It is messy, emotional, and packed with huge drama that keeps you guessing.

It’s the story about obsession, flaws and morally grey characters. I liked the narration. It’s ends with a cliffhanger. I liked the plot twist at the end. There was also mention of a mental disorder which was new to me. I have to wait for the second book to know how the story ends.

📖 **Her Nightmare – Elina K**

**Parinidhi × Devansh**

This book is packed with red flags from the very beginning 🚩 Forced marriage, a forced first kiss, and a revenge-driven hero who is completely ruthless.

Devansh starts off as a man consumed by anger. All he cares about is taking revenge for what happened to his sister, and in that rage he makes mistakes that are honestly hard to forgive as a reader.

Parinidhi, however, is not the timid girl you might expect. She’s fierce, strong, and knows exactly what she deserves. She definitely makes Devansh work for every wrong thing he did—and I love a female lead who can stand her ground just as much as the male lead. 🔥

And Devansh with his forehead kisses? Yeah… that gave me the “stupid fluttering thing” Pari talks about. 😅

When I say this man had to **grovel his way out of hell** to win Pari back, I mean it. After everything he did in the beginning, forgiveness was never going to come easy.

That said, Pari isn’t perfect either. She makes some questionable decisions and even betrays him at one point.

This book also has **so many secrets and so much to unravel**, which keeps you completely hooked and wanting to keep turning the pages. Every reveal makes you want to know more.

Overall, the writing was really engaging. The dual POV kept me hooked, and I liked that the characters weren’t perfect. Both of them have flaws, make painful choices, and hurt each other—but there are reasons behind their actions.

And that **ending? It left me in a chokehold.** I desperately need the next book to release because I have to know what happens next! 😩📚

✨ **Tropes:**
• Forced Marriage 💍
• Enemies to Lovers 😡➡️❤️
• Revenge Plot ⚔️
• Morally Grey MMC 🖤
• Strong FMC 🔥
• Groveling Hero 🙇‍♂️
• Betrayal
• Dual POV 👥

⭐ **Final thoughts:** messy, emotional, full of secrets, and impossible to put down.

If you love Anti heroes, Character arcs and love story that will make you angry, blush, emotional with 261858 other emotions, then this book is for you 🫶

The story starts with a revenge marriage between Devansh and Parinidhi, the beginning of the story makes me hate Devansh more than I ever hated any of the bookish character. Butttt, as the story progresses the way my heart flips everytime I read his pov, mannnn I am telling you I fell for him little by little.

The way he cares for his pari, the way he was devoted to her, the way he touched his forehead to her feet in front of everyone and my most favorite the way he said "He can die with just one word from her mouth"

Devansh has set a new bar in standards for me and I am not complaining tbh 😋 Parinidhi's resillince and her love for her family was the best thing for me because the way she stood strong in the beginning of the book and took her revenge from Devansh "chefs kiss"

The way the story unfolded and the ending made me gasp and left me shocked beyond coreeee, and I was so damn much surprised and intrigued with the whole plot that u can't explain. I need the book 2 ASAP 😭😭

Lastly, the writing style was sooo damnnn amazing like wowwww. The way author has described each and every emotion with so much detail and the way she has ploted the book "CHEF'S FUCKINH KISSSSS"
