I was very entertained. In the earlier books, this hero is desperate for a spouse. She attacked him in the woods because he killed and ate her abusive husband. He is excited and immediately starts calling her his wife.
He has a tree house set up as he was hoping to find a spouse. He is a golden retriever happy hero.
He likes making her food, heating up bathwater, bathing her, cuddling her. He is so happy to have a companion.
Also he has a very long tongue and likes licking her.

Adorable and frightening all at once
