I must say I am a little disappointed in this cookbook. Don’t get me wrong I love Emily’s recipes. The first two books I use on daily basis however this one, I’m a little disappointed with the lack of vegetarian and vegan recipes. I know that Emily always insists that things can be substituted however I don’t think it would work this time in 90% of the recipes in this cookbook. So yes, as a vegetarian I lack some easy recipes for my lifestyle and food preferences.
