I first heard of Kim Cox when we both belonged to a group for designing book covers. Over time I saw different covers that she was working on, and when I saw All This Time advertised I decided to read it.

I was not disappointed with the book, and I loved the cover. That is one of the things that caught my eye!

All This Time is a very enjoyable read that I finished in one long evening—actually into the morning. Trevor Drake had developed the reputation of loving and leaving a long list of women. Jenny Morgan had married a cheater once, and after the divorce, she wasn’t going to give her heart to someone who would break it again. She doesn't deny her attraction to Trevor, but she doesn't trust him--and she has work to do.
Trevor had no idea how she felt about him, but he has been crazy about her all along. He just never had the courage to pursue her. He knew that she saw him as a friend who was lacking in ambition and a womanizer.

When her father became very ill he had one wish. He wanted a grandchild before he died. Jenny would do anything for her dad, but she had not created any romantic liaisons because she was intent on managing the business that he had started and then handed over to her. Trevor also has a strong affection for Joe Morgan and he jumps at the chance to marry Jenny and father her child. He is determined to show her how much he loves her and how responsible he actually is. Jenny finally agrees to the marriage, but she is determined that it will be temporary. Trevor is determined to make it last forever.

There is a traitor in the company; one that is intent on destroying Jenny, as well as Joe Morgan and the business. The author kept me guessing for a long time. She wrote some passages from the traitor’s point of view, but never revealed who she truly was until just after Jenny’s father revealed facts that she didn’t know. The woman sensed that things were different, and fled before the police could confront her and make an arrest.

This story is romantic, suspenseful and funny in places. I felt sorry for poor Trevor! He worked so darn hard to prove that he was a good guy, but between Jenny’s lack of trust and the shadows that the traitor cast, he was fighting an uphill battle. It seemed he might never win Jenny’s trust and her love.

Great job, Kim Cox. I recommend “All This Time.”

Entertaining suspense and mystery

This is contemporary romantic suspense story with a good mystery thread and fine touches of humour. Jenny is an ambitious fashion magazine CEO in the family business. Trevor, her colleague and friend (since High School) is a laid-back, easy going person. A crisis occurs that forces Jenny to rethink her lifestyle choices. Can good friends become married partners? As the story unfolds the suspense builds and the mystery deepens with clever twists. The story stirs a good pot of sedition, jealousy, avarice and general disorder. The characters are well drawn, likeable and easy to empathise with and the villain of the piece is well cast. I enjoyed the story and I'm happy to recommend.

Kim Cox is a queen of suspense romance, and after reading this book, I now know why. While this is not my favorite genre, there is no denying that All This Time is readable, entertaining, and very well-executed. The main characters, Jenny and Trevor, are suitably sympathetic and gorgeous. The villain is gleefully vindictive. The ending is satisfying. If you’re looking for romance with an ax hanging over it the whole time, you won’t do much better. It would make a great vacation read. I would read this author again, no question.

This is a story about treachery, jealousy, destruction, greed, psychosis and general mayhem. A couple of friends have decided to make a go of marriage with each other. There is a sick person working for them that is trying to sabotage their life and work. It is frightening when someone thinks that your life should be theirs and they are willing to harm you to get what they want. I thought this was a very good suspenseful story. Enjoy I did.

This romance from Kim Cox is a simple straightforward story with few complex issues. When Jenny Morgan inherits her father's magazine business, she is focused on making sure it is a success. But, when her father falls ill and makes a request she cannot ignore, things get tense. How can she honor his request to provide him with a grandchild when she doesn't even have a boyfriend? A childhood friend helps find a solution, but danger lurks and none are prepared for the lies and deceit that affects everyone in the story. I will say that Kim did a great job of hiding the identity of the person threatening to destroy everything and I was shocked at the reveal. I would have given this book five stars except for grammatical errors and misuse of words such as effect vs affect etc. If you're looking for an easy read romance with some unpredictable twists, you'll enjoy this book.

Good friends become husband and wife and fall in love. Yes, in that order because the lead character, Jenny, wants to have a baby to make her father happy and give him a reason to live. I had some difficulty with the premise of marrying someone just for his sperm. I might be old-fashioned but I do know there are sperm banks.
There is mystery as someone is jealous of their relationship and wants to takeover the magazine company owned by Jenny. I had the wrong suspect so the author did a good job of hiding the culprit's real identity. Very explicit love scenes that were tastefully written.
There were several spelling errors and misuse of grammar so that is why I gave the book 4 stars. An enjoyable read and would recommend it to anyone.

A very simple little love story.

This could be edited down to a shorter novella as it was full of unnecessary dialogue and filler descriptions that didn't have any value.

There were a significant number of editing, grammar and typing errors throughout - but if fixed this could be cute little story.
