The Doctor Next Door gives us widowed Dr Ethan Cole with an adorable little girl, he is struggling with the long hours of a surgeon’s responsibilities, being a single Dad and the guilt of watching his little girl unhappy, he decides he needs a Nanny to try and bring joy back into the life of his daughter, Lily. He chooses Avery from the resumes he receives based on some comments on her resume, when she arrived, Ethan and Avery immediately felt chemistry but it was dismissed immediately by Avery as forbidden feelings towards her boss and Ethan of course forbidden feelings for him as he promised the memory of his late wife he would never find another love. The struggle between Ethan and Avery to ignore their feelings, to keep their hands off each other they find impossible, will they sort their feelings out, will Ethan make peace with his feelings with his late wife to allow him to love Avery?.

Love Again
Avery starts with being a nanny to Ethan's daughter and a deep emotional connection lingers between them. Even when they finally share some passionate times together his past still hold him back. This hurdle was heartbreaking and truly an emotional read. I was rooting for Ethan to accept what was developing between them and find balance with his emotional well being in doing so. This was a great read.

Experience this breathtaking phenomenal romance book that will captivate you page after page chapter after chapter until you have finished reading this romance book. I found Ethan and Avery to be very addictive characters in this 5-star romance book by Ella. There is nothing sexier than a single dad who is also a doctor romance book.
