Nothing new; yet a lot of mentioning of theories and tips without explaining how they work practically. I guess it’s OK if you haven’t heard of anything like the Pareto principle or te effect that your environment and social circle has on you. I was frustrated at the section called “how to learn faster” which basically says “optimize what you do, take notes, exercise and learn in short blocks of time”.. that’s it. Also, very poor grammar and editing 😭
There are not any new relavations in this book, to the point that it is constantly referring you to other books for a better read over the old concepts. However, it is well written, quick review of the concepts that can be helpful. It is a booster for how to bet yourself productive. Even if you have never heard of the old concepts it does give enough information to get you on track.
Very nicely organized book for critical topics on how one can be more productive. I directly started thinking about and applying some of the recommendations from the book and I think it helped me stay focused and pay more attention to things that are important for my life. Highly recommended...
Original: I only got a couple of useful tips out of this ( at least ones I could use). There were not really any original tips, hacks etc in this book. If I could take back time I would have never read this book.
Second read: I still feel the same as I did the first time I read it. I wanted to give this book a second chance, but I shouldn't have. It was a waste of the few minutes it took to read this book.
