Perhaps this book is somehow useful for someone with a very basic understanding of dieting, but for anyone who is better informed this book probably isn't going to teach you anything spectacular.
The book contains just a few minor interesting topics that you might want to know about, such as how certain hormones acts in different situations, but what the entire book eventually comes down to is: eat 5 per cent more carbs and fats every few weeks if you suffer from metabolic damage and you'll be okay. No shit, but it will take forever! The book is just 93 pages and half of it is filled up with testimonials of subjects who have reverse dieted and other baloney.I read it in two hours or less and English isn't even my native language.
The book is way way wayyy overpriced in my opinion. I asked for a refund and got it. I find this book to hardly be worth $10. It's a shame because the topic is quite interesting, especially because nobody has written a book about the topic before. I'm also dissappointed in pdh Layne Norton of whom I've learned a whole lot, because he has helped Sohee Lee with completing this book.
