This is a strange series. It seems to be 7 versions of mostly the same story with minor changes. in the first two paragraphs of the first three books, the cold is described as a "living, breathing entity". Are these all written by AI? I gave up after the first 2 books. They were OK for a light read but didn't have much emotional depth and I got bored pretty quickly.
