Upon the completion of my graduate studies in Technical and Professional Communication with a focus on Multicultural and Transnational Literatures, I have been serving as an online English, Literature, and Communications instructor at various universities. I work alongside my husband in church ministry as our affiliation with Acts29 Church Planting has opened up doors for cross-cultural ministry in several countries. Living and traveling abroad has opened my eyes to various needs and issues that should be addressed in the Christian world. During our two-year missional work in Manchester, England, I penned my first novel, Love’s True Colors, published by Ark House Press in 2016. My mother, a Christian devotional author and university professor, has instilled in me a love for reading and writing from a young age. My prayer is to use my experiences in church ministry to inspire through fictional stories of real-life hardships experienced by young women wrestling with controversial issues too easily ignored in the church.
