Short but addictive so hang on you won’t put it down until the last page has been turned. Doc sexy as all get out MC biker who have patched up his brothers in the military as well as the MC for years, a protective streak, and fights his own ghost daily from war as well as things he has seen. Carly is a sweet, curvy girl just trying to keep a roof over her head accepting a cleaning job not realizing what she was walking into attempted kidnaping she escapes, scared, tired, injured knocks on the first door she comes to asking for help and greeted by Doc who helps without question. The magnetic pull is there but mental healing needs to take place, and he is right there to help her and his patience allowed them to grow closer. But she still asks herself if she trust the Doc despite her heart telling her she can trust this man who helped her but is it enough, can they stop the club that are hurting others, healing one another, and finding something lasting along the way?

Saving Her

Carly broke away from her captors and wound up on the front porch of Doc who is a member of the DSMC. He caught on quickly that the woman needed help and not only with her injuries. When her captors come for her it’s Doc that stands between them and Carly.

This was a quick MC romance with age gap, trafficking, suspense and belonging. For me this book was a big page turner.

Healed by Doc by Marina Wilder is gritty MC romance with heavy hurt/comfort vibes and a hero who goes full scorched earth for his woman.

Carly’s opening is intense. Hunted, betrayed, running barefoot through the woods—it immediately pulls you into her fear and desperation. When she lands on Doc’s doorstep, bruised but still defiant, you can feel the shift in the story.

Doc is forty, ex-military, battle-hardened, and emotionally walled off. He’s stitched up countless brothers in the Damned Saints MC, but he doesn’t let anyone stitch up him. Until Carly. The moment he sees her injuries and quietly asks who touched her? That protective rage hits hard.

This was an amazing book in the Damned Saints MC series. Doc has patched up guys from the streets to war zones to his brothers in the club, but tending to Carly hit him differently. She was stronger than she realized, having gotten herself through critical feats to even get to Doc's door. These guys were alarmingly similar in their background and experiences, even though Doc was significantly older. The attention given to ensuring she was in charge of choices really stood out to Mr, especially given her recent experience. The story drew me in and kept me there with character development and plot movement. Definitely some tension and angst as the story progressed, but not to the extent that I couldn't tolerate. There was most certainly a group of bad guys at work, and the Damned Saints were out to get 'em. If you enjoy fast paced, good vs evil, with morally gray good guys, this is the book for you! I love this whole series!!.

Healed by Doc is such a satisfying addition to the Damned Saints MC series. Marina Wilder delivers a commanding yet caring hero who perfectly balances his tough MC presence with genuine tenderness. The age-gap dynamic adds delicious tension, and the instalove connection feels intense without losing emotional depth.

I especially loved how the curvy heroine is celebrated and desired exactly as she is. The chemistry between her and Doc is immediate, but it’s the emotional reassurance and protective devotion that really make this story stand out. The MC backdrop adds grit and edge, while still allowing the romance to take center stage.

The pacing works beautifully for this trope — fast, fiery, and emotionally rewarding. Perfect for readers who love motorcycle club romance, strong protective heroes, curvy heroines, age-gap tension, and steamy, guaranteed happily-ever-afters.

Healed By Doc by Marina Wilder is the sixth title in the Damned Saints MC series and it was a great read.
As a quick instalove age gap, ex-military, biker romance it is ideal for a little escape with the plot and storyline being emotive and intense.
The main characters, Doc and Carly, were engaging with Doc, the older, ex-military doctor and protective alpha, and Carly the curvy younger woman, injured and traumatised.
Carly escapes kidnappers and arrives exhausted, scared and injured on Doc's porch where he is captivated by her despite the obvious traumatic circumstances of her arrival.
The mutual attraction to one another is strong and grows as Carly recovers and recognises that she feels safe and can trust Doc. The chemistry sizzles and Doc remains patient not wanting to overwhelm Carly despite him falling hard and fast. With protectiveness, heart, some drama and some steamy and spicy scenes, this short read is ideal to keep you turning the pages to get to their satisfying HEA.

When Carly is kidnapped, she manages to escape. She runs through the cold woods with no shoes, freezing and scared. When she stops at the first cabin she sees, Doc opens the door. The first words out of his mouth were, “who hurt you?” Doc is a 40 year old vet that’s part of the DSMC.
The way he took her in and was so gentle with her. It was touching to see him be so patient and tender. Want to protect her and keep her safe. He gave her time to not only heal physically, but mentally as well. He was all about her and her wellbeing. This melted my heart. And their attraction was instant. And beautiful. There were so good together. Those bad guys…when they came looking for her, didn’t have a snowballs chance in hell against Doc.

Intense from page one this book sucks you right in. Carly is betrayed, kidnapped and hurt after taking what she thought was a simple cleaning job. She escapes and runs right to Doc’s door. He takes her in but doesn’t just heal her wounds. He stays the course. Carly feels broken and untrusting but Doc stands between her and danger and allows her to feel and process and heal. This is a really powerful message that he gives her space and time with being patient and consistent. This is an excellent read. Carly is a strong heroine and Doc is the patient alpha male protector who doesn’t allow his woman to stay broken. I really enjoyed this book.

Patient salvation with grit.
I love this series. Great characters, great big cinnamon morally-grey ex-marine medic MMC saving a quiet traumatised FMC. He is so careful with her, waiting for her permission and then he becomes possessive – in all the right ways. If you like your men to be alphas that will burn the world to protect the women they love, then you will also love this book, and the whole series. Can be read as a standalone, but best enjoyed within the series, as supporting characters reappear throughout. Brilliant.

Elevator Pitch: When Carly escapes from traffickers and runs, she ends up on Doc’s doorstep. Doc, a veteran, is a member of the Damned Saints MC, and he mobilizes the club to stop the traffickers.
Thoughts: I liked this book. Especially because she wasn’t graped; I’ve read too much of that lately. I also like how steady Doc is. He’s solid and Carly can lean on him.

Book 6 of the Damned Saints MC series. Can be read as a standalone but for maximum enjoyment read the books in series order.

The characters were very complex and compelling and complicated and absolutely perfect together. Plot was intriguing and intense and exciting and well paced. World building continues to excel and impress. All in all a great addition to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend.

As this series continues, it gets better and better. I loved this book and always wish each book was longer. This is Doc's book and it's great. Carly ends up being kidnapped and prepped to be sold. While she's being held, she manages to escape. Bruised, barefoot and freezing she finds Doc's cabin and knocks. Little does she know their lives will change forever. An Intense MC Short Read
She always thought being invisible would keep her safe. It didn’t. It made her the easiest target. This story starts out with a heightened sense of tension and anticipation that I really enjoyed. There's betrayal, kidnapping, human trafficking, violence, survival, courage, protection, passion, love and in the end a heartwarming happy ever after.
This author manages to pack quite a bit into this short story and I will be reading the other stories in this series.

If something sounds too good…

It should have been easy it never is. If it sounds too good to be true then it isn’t. Carly finds that out the hard way. Her roommate tells her about a cleaning job at a club that is a front for human trafficking. Carly gets grabbed but escaped and finds Doc’s cabin while running. Doc heals her wounds and she heals his heart. Getting the bad guys is usually a few words in the background of the story but this time you get to read how the MC works together to save the girl and take down the villain. Looking forward to Blade’s story next.

Loved!! Doc has been through a lot….but when someone needing help comes knocking on his door…it changes him forever. Carly was thought she was doing a job for money she needed. What happened to her was way different. When she escaped and run right towards Doc everything changed…for the better. This was a fast paced read that I ttuly Enjoyed. This was a great read that was both intense and adorably entertaining. I loved these characters soo much and couldn’t read this book fast enough.

Carly is setup by her roommate, it was supposed to be extra money not being sold to the highest bidder. She manages to escape, and is found by Doc, who patches her up and say her will keep her safe. She is not sure if she can trust him but something tells her she should.

This may be triggering for some due to the subject matter, this is an age gap romance, older man with possessive and protection tendencies.

I loved reading this book! I couldn't put it down. I was hooked from start to finish. This book is definitely a page turner. I couldn't tell what was going to happen next. The relationship between Doc & Carly is a beautifully one. I could feel their connection from the very beginning. I highly recommend this book.

Carly ends up kidnapped and she got lucky and escaped next thing she knew she ended up on the porch of a cabin that doc lived in. Everything about this man makes her feels safe. When Doc finds this woman that calls to everything in him he takes her and treats her injuries. This book is so good and this series just keeps getting better and better. The action is. non-stop. This is a must read!

Finding Safety

Her roommate set her up to be trafficked. She escapes and runs, just as she is spent, she sees a cabin. He finds her at his door and catches her as she faints. She’s his. I so enjoyed this story, the MC protecting and removing trouble. The brotherhood, the instant love and the very happy ending.
