Was told about this author by a friend. So happy she told me check out Damien.
This is a quick read. It’s a short story that’s less than 50 pages so you can read and digest it in one sitting.
It’s equal parts heat and humor, just like the description. I really like the chapter “the recovery.”

A nice concept, however, it felt a bit like written down porn. Not quite enough feelings and thoughts of the involved people. The sex scenes were a bit mechanical and the story had some inconsistencies.
Didn't quite catch on the significance of Kyle shouting "KO".
Maybe if there had been more feelings and thoughts in the story I would have understood the motivations better.

“Ha, sorry about that. I told you this monster has a mind of its own. Just ignore it.”
Trey has just relocated, and is new in town. With his stressful job, Trey uses his daily gym time to unwind.
Kyle is quite the stud. Impressive gym body. Loves twinks. He is not shy at all. In fact, Kyle is proud. And popular.
Locker room, gym, showers. 🚿
Massage gun…giving a helping hand…
Even though Trey is focused on Kyle, Cole is a delightful surprise. The baseball player has dark brown eyes and tan skin.
Ashton… 🍒
Keeping the bottoms at bay had become a gym routine all its own.
The humor of it all. Kyle is such a dumb himbo. 🙊
The dumber he sounded, the more I wanted him.
Trey hasn’t bottomed in years. Talk of preparation 🙌🏻
Good variety and lust buildup. Excellent Male Gaze verbiage. Strong on anatomy, physiology, and descriptive detail.
That ending! Quite the surprise. 😮

A very hot and funny short story.
This story never takes itself too seriously. It is the perfect mix of steamy scenes, humor, and gay gym culture to really deliver a knockout.
The new guy at the gym, Trey, becomes infatuated with the alpha jock at the gym and slowly loses his mind (in a good way). It's campy. A decent way to spend an hour or so reading. The hot shower scenes are perfectly done. I really enjoyed Trey's inner monologue throughout. He pulls back when needed and interjects at the right time to land a funny quip for the reader.
Hot chaos!
Hope we can get more out of these boys.

Wow.
The word 'tame' would not be what I would use to describe the ending.
I have read the other stories by Mr. Wynn and enjoyed them for their heat............ but this doesn't even compare!
This is NOT earth-shattering literature, but it's earth-shattering something!
Basically, a new guy becomes infatuated with the most muscular gym bro and tries to do more than just lift weights. Meanwhile, he and another guy take a liking to each other... and what an ending, and final line. Overall, just a fun gay read.

I loved everything about this book. It was a great afternoon read with characters that were both fun and sexy at the same time. The author did a fantastic job and I am hopeful that he publishes more very soon!

As expected, Damien Knocked it Out of the park with this one. I simultaneously wanted to punch Kyle and wait for him in the locker room myself. This story makes me want to rebrand the phrase “locker room talk” in a good way. Readers will enjoy the pace and the steam (and I’m not referring to all those trips to the sauna) that KO has to offer, and the storyline will keep you engaged until the very last sentence!
