Not sure I can review this story fairly on its merits, because of the way it was presented. It was one of those unskippable ads, that I kept getting again and again and again. The repetition worked for after seeing the excerpt for the nth time, I caved and clicked into the continuation. But it was on a site where you have to wait for six hours between chapters, unless you purchase the app. And I don't think that any story is enhanced by the reader having to overcome this sort of annoyance. Anything is better when it can be read continuously, and not one or two chapters per day.

So I suppose it was good enough that I kept the tab open and returned to check it out repeatedly. But not good enough that I'd wish to reward the app with purchases for this stupid marketing strategy.

I’ve never read a “romance” novel before, but this had the right amount of fantasy, it was very nicely balanced. I got sucked into the story with a single chapter, had to read more, paid for and downloaded a whole app just to read it.

I’m looking forward to book 2. I was bummed to discover this book was just released Jan 20, 2026; it’ll probably be a while before the next book.

Had no expectations going into this book but...

I was very much surprised at how fast I was drawn in to the story. This was good and I loved all the twists and turns it took to get us to the end of book 1. I feel that it ended in a good place and if there is never a book 2 I would feel I got answers and closure with this book but I am very much looking forward to the next book. The only downside to this book for me was the cost I feel it is pretty expensive for me and I'm glad my sister gifted it to me as I would never have bought it for myself at $9. Please note I'm not saying it's not worth that price it's that I never spend more than $5 on a book. Other than that this book was great and I really enjoyed it!!

devoured in one sitting

I found this book on a reading app and hoped it wasn't ripped off.

I downloaded it instantly from the Zon and have loved the entire story in about 4 1/2 hours... had to do some adulting jargon too unfortunately

Their story was beautiful
The setting was magnificent
The plot was phenomenal
The characters were sublime

I don't know how else to tell you your talent is almost perfection

Now... had you added a little surprise at the end of already being pregnant, now that would have been the cherry on my pie

Really enjoyed but short

I really enjoyed this story. The preview sucked me right in and I had to purchase just to finish it. I would have rated 5 stars but the book was simply too short. I read the whole thing easily in one day. For the price, I would have like to see it take at least 2 days to read if not 3-5 days. I do appreciate that the story never seemed slow or dragged out just for content though and progressed well. Overall a great book, just short.

Excellent story, really well written!

The story line was excellent. I really enjoyed reading this book and had a smile on my face most of the time. The grammar was excellent with very few errors. The writer and editor did an excellent job of making sure the story flowed and made sense. I can't wait for book 2!!

The story started out very well. The plot of shade and her power along with the sad life she had to endure at her pack. I felt the story did not have any mind blowing plot. Most of the time events were predictable. Good one time read.

Amazing storytelling

Well written, wonderful imagery, and compelling story. The language is clean, the more erotic scenes detailed but tasteful. Great slow burn that ignited into flames.

turn of tales

Love the emotions elicited by the author through the twists . Hoping the next book will hold some new adventures and hopefully the take of another wolf finding their mate

Honestly pretty good. The writing was done well considering it's a Galatea novel. The ending was well done with things tied up nicely. I would be interested to see them in their roles once settled.

It’s not winning any writing awards, but it was surprisingly sweet and cozy for being about werewolves.

Fabulous Book

Wonderful from start to finish. It would make a great series for television! I loved every last emotional word written.

I would like to find the rest of the series. I hope Amazon carries them . This author seem to have several first books but no second books in a series

Cute. Not a lot of unnecessary drama thrown in like a lot of other similar stories which was nice.
