After their best friend and roommate, Tristan, found his forever Daddy, Ellery couldn't spend as much time with him as he used to. Tristan and their small business meant everything to them, and if either of those things went away, it would be devastating. After meeting Tristan's Daddy, Ellery finds that they not only still have their best friend but also a new one. They never expected to see a friend in Daniel. When both Tristan and Ellery end up sick, Daniel calls his best friend to save the day. Ellery is shocked not only that they now have Daniel in their life as a friend and Tristan's Daddy, but that they might find a Daddy of their own.
Painting is David's passion, his escape. As an artist in the BDSM community, David loves painting all sorts of things. Making his art come to life for his clients, and the joy it brings him, is immense, but it still doesn't come close to the pleasure of having someone to care for. David has dreamt of his forever little for years, and just as he’s about to give up hope, he meets them. David and Daniel have been best friends for over a year, and when he's called to help Daniel care for his boy, David jumps in. But when he shows up with grocery bags full of medicine and treats for two sick littles, he never thought he'd find his forever person.
Satin Snuggles is an M/X Age Play/Age regression romance between consenting adults. This book contains light BDSM and kink, and elements suitable for ages 18 and over.
I’m a non-binary queer author who loves writing kinky M/M romance filled with heart as well as heat. My goal is to craft stories that are just as sweet and comforting as they are steamy and passionate.
When I’m not writing, you can usually find me curled up under soft blankets with my e-reader, devouring romance novels. I also love crocheting cute stuffed animals and sweaters, and gaming with my partner.
This is book 2 in the Crafted with Care series and this time we get Ellery’s story. Ellery is Tristan’s best friend and room mate and when they and Tristan get sick, Tristan’s Daddy Daniel calls in his best friend David for reinforcements. David is also and Daddy and of course is eager to help. When he meets Ellery he is captivated and wants to make them his. This story is pretty much insta-love, which I’m here for and Ellie and David fall for each other quickly. They make the perfect couple, complimenting each other’s kinks and desires perfectly. This was a cute, enjoyable read and I really enjoyed it. The trans and non-binary rep is well done in the story as well. Now I’m looking forward to Jack and Zeke’s story!!
I love this series. Ellery is so adorable. I love how close Tristan and him are. David is the perfect Daddy for him. Having David and Daniel feel like brothers just as Ellery and Tristan feel the same about each other makes them such a wonderful family. I adored Zeke too and hope he gets his HEA. And I hope we get to know how Ellery’s dress turns out for the event they discussed at the end.
👸I'm honored, darling. If I'm your king, then you're my precious little princess👑
"I had it all. A successful small business and a best friend I loved like family...now, if only I could find my forever Daddy."
"The second they left the room, it was as if a dark storm cloud had resurfaced, and I found myself wishing their sunshine would come back and chase it away."
"I'm honored, darling. If I'm your king, then you're my precious little princess."
This was such a sweet, adorable, and cute follow-up up to the first book. I haven't read too many Daddy/little books but this author writes them fantastically. I loved how this author portrayed so many topics in this book. They were done with care and sensitivity. I loved the hurt/comfort added layer to this story as well. Seeing the characters in this story come to terms with who they are and seeing their loved ones accepting them was everything. The spice and kink in this was 🔥🔥🔥. One of my favorite things about this series is the found family. I loved seeing this family grow bigger. I can't wait to get Zeke and Jack's story. I really hope we get one for Cameron too!
This story follows Ellery and David. Ellery is non-binary and is forever looking for their daddy. They are also still trying to find out who they are inside. David is a trans masc guy who has been hiding who he really is out of fear of rejection. These two meet in the last book as Ellery is Tristan's best friend and David is Daniel's best friend. David ends up helping when both of the littles are sick. David takes care of Ellery and these two hit it off fast. He takes Ellery on a date and these two hit insta love. We see their beautiful relationship unfold and grow. We see both of these two take care of each other and experience new memories. We see new side characters pop up and get introduced and we also see them play at the kink club. I loved seeing this found family get the futures they dreamed of together.
This couple was so adorable and sweet. They both have been rejected and shunned by family and friends. I loved how they both understood one another and saw each other. I really loved seeing David vulnerable and how Ellery took care of him 🥹. I loved the book and bed he made for Ellery 🥹. I really loved seeing both of these characters in their elements. The relationship between David and Daniel was so sweet. I loved how Daniel supported him. This series is so amazing and I can't wait to see where this author takes us next.
Ellery has been estranged from their parents for years, leaving Tristan as their only real family. At twenty‑five, they’ve built a good life but still long for the Daddy who’ll make them feel safe and cherished. When they and Tristan fall ill during a visit, Ellery expects nothing more than a rough night of being looked after. David, a forty‑four‑year‑old artist, has spent years waiting for the right little to share his home and heart. Helping his best friend care for two sick subs seems simple — until he meets Ellery and realises he may have finally found the person he’s been searching for.
This story has such a lovely sense of fate to it — a completely coincidental meeting that turns into exactly the connection both Ellery and David have been longing for. David recognises almost instantly that Ellery needs steady, thoughtful care, and he steps into that role with a quiet determination that feels both natural and deeply comforting. Their relationship as Daddy and little fits them perfectly, especially with how fully David accepts Ellery’s Princess side. There’s never hesitation, never judgment — only warmth, reassurance, and the kind of steady presence Ellery has always deserved. Both of them go through a wave of emotions as they learn to trust what they’re building together, embracing every part of themselves and each other. It’s tender, heartfelt, and full of the kind of acceptance that makes their bond feel truly special. This was an MX story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.
Ellery and David were a treat to read. They were so sweet it almost hurt my teeth, but the journey was worth it. David had insecurities about being Trans even though he was older and secure to himself just not able to trust others. Ellery waited a long time for their Daddy to appear, only to seem to have fate bring them together. It was a great sequel to the first instalaltion of this series. The only small issue I had was the anatomy of the "Holding bathroom pleasure scenes" but again it is fiction and I am here for the romance and spice, not to pick apart male anatomy lol. Rhodes delivered and I cannot wait to be introduced to Jake's story.
Ellery and David's book is so sweet and cozy it’s like a hug for the soul. This story is about two wonderful people who are so perfect for each other they can't help but fall in love, and the wonderful journey they take to get there. I really love how both main characters were able to express their wants, desires, and needs and how they were respected and followed. I love that we get to see Tristan and Daniel again. This book has some of my favorite tropes: Daddy/Little, insta love, kink, and light BDSM. I can’t wait for the next book. I love this book and heartily recommend it to you!
I received an advanced copy of this book from the author
I think reading Ellery and David’s story immediately after I finished Tristen and Daniel was the issue.
Crochet and Cuddles had a small overlap with this book. Reading Ellery in Tristan’s story I just couldn’t see them as a Little. Even during their sleepover I just never felt Ellie as anything but a grown person. So when I started reading this book my brain had already decided Ellie wasn’t Little. I tried but they just didn’t seem to Little. That paired with the fact the book really pushed the daddy/little dynamic meant I couldn’t get in the right mindset.
This is book 2 in a series but can be understood on its own. It is about a Little who is a Princess and a transman artist Daddy who has been hiding his true self. There is instant attraction, and we get to read about their growing romance to a HEA. This is a sweet story and is low angst. We do have quite a few side characters in this story, and they help round out the life of the two MCs. I am looking forward to future books in this series and seeing the side characters get their HEA. Story 4, Spice 3 I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Ellery is a Little that likes to be a princess. While playing with their Little BF Tristan, they both get sick. Tristan's Daddy Daniel introduces Ellery to his BF, a Daddy named David. David is trans and Ellery is non-binary and androsexual but both instantly know they want to be more with each other. Their coming together is quick but they are sure. I love Ellery and Tristan's loyalty and friendship. David and Ellery together make one really good pair. I received a copy of this and this is my voluntary opinion.
Ellery and David are such a sweet couple! I love how their relationship seemed balanced, with them taking care of each other, even with the Daddy/Little dynamic. I will say I was introduced to some kinks that I was unfamiliar with but they were portrayed wonderfully. How Rhodes handled David’s insecurities with being Trans was great. I love an interconnected series so I am ready for the next book! This book was very low angst. ***Review of advanced copy received from Author***
4.5 Stars Ellery and David were wonderful together. I enjoyed the instant pull that these two have with either other (even though Ellery is sick). Not only are these two work their way through a relationship, they are also still working on themselves. This was a really sweet book with steamy times and a wonderful HEA.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
ARC Review: I was blown away by how utterly cute this story was! Ellery and David were absolutely adorable as they navigated how quickly they were falling for one another. I'm so impressed with how their gender identities were written. Especially with the spicy times! Green flags all around for David and Princess Ellery!
I enjoyed Crochet Cuddles, but I think this second entry in the series was even better! Ellery and David were perfect together, and I loved both the non-binary rep in Ellery, and the trans rep in David. Lots of adorable Daddy/Little moments, and it set the series up well for the next entry. Will definitely continue to read!
I love Ellery so much!! They are the absolute best. I love the representation in this book. I love how they met and connected. The dream is to be next door to your best friend for easy play dates. One of my absolute favorite things is age play and this was done so well. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The story flowed very well and the relationship was so fun.
This was super cute! The tropes were fantastic and I loved the story. Ellery is the sweetest princess and David was the best Daddy for them. I already love books like this, but add in the other 🌶️🌶️ tropes that are involved and I was hooked. The found family aspect was heartwarming and I'm excited to see what we get with Zeke's book!
I absolutely loved this story. This was such a sweet story with some amazing characters. These two were so perfect for each other and even though it was fast it just felt right. I can’t wait to read the next story and I hope to see more of these characters.
Well this was so freaking cute and sweet. Ellery and David are actually so perfect together. Ellery just get tk be their perfect princess self and David loves every minute!
Satin Snuggles is the second book in the crafted with care series. This book could be read as a standalone but in my opinion it is better after reading Crochet Cuddles so why not enjoy both books in the series. This is an M/X, Daddy/little story so if that's not your thing then this book might not be for you. This is the story of Ellery (Ellie) a little and David a Daddy. This was another sweet story in this series. I loved watching these two who both have insecurities about trust and being accepted for who they are come together and build a relationship. It was wonderful seeing Tristan and Daniel again because these four are a wonderful found family, two best friends falling for two best friends. I loved the way Avery Rhodes wrote the characters because they were real people with real issues. I can't wait for the next book in the series. I would definitely recommend this book and series. received a free review copy
I freaking loved this book so much. I’ve read it twice already. The first book (crochet cuddles) is amazing too, and I already fell in love with Ellery and David in the first book. This book digging deeper into them made me fall deeper in love with them. I love the representation in this book. And the spice is 10/10. Rhodes does age play better than anyone I’ve read so far. And I will be devouring every book they release.
This one is my favorite so far. I highly recommend you pick it up! You won’t regret it!
