I enjoy reading about company's origin stories. The problem is these types of books often turn into motivational lessons, as is the case with this one. Sad. It definitely serves the purpose Joni Rogers set out on. I just wish she explained better how she came up with all the little pieces that make her company so special; not the overarching ideas.

I've never read a "business" book before so I'm probably not the best judge on how good this was. I did find some helpful tips in here, but there were a couple chapters I entirely skipped because I knew they were going to be useless
