Dr Mike Inglis is Professor of Astronomy & Astrophysics at Suffolk College, part of the State University of New York. He was promoted to Full Professor in 2014.

An excellent review of stellar evolution and each section includes a detailed list with finder charts of selected representative objects. The book is a very good companion to the Astronomical League's stellar evolution project. I don't know if the book is available in another edition, but several of the figures are described as if they were in color and they are not - also this book has many typographical errors.
