I couldn't believe the news: Chris was adopted? It made sense, after all. He had always been different--looked different—than the rest of us. Never really fit in.
I can finally explain these feelings I've been having. I was always drawn to him, but he was always totally off-limits. Forbidden.
I kept it as a secret, even to myself, but it’s all clear now – He’s all I ever wanted. My best friend, handsome and rebellious. Perfect. I know I shouldn't do it. I shouldn't even think about it – but I don’t think I can resist.
Another Tale of Brotherly Love
When I woke up he was gone. Our night of passion was totally forbidden, but I never expected him to run. It was the hardest time of my life, but eventually I escaped to the big city. Found a job. Moved on.
But just when I thought I was over him he shows up at my door. I have a boyfriend now! A new life! But something inside of me still misses him. Craves him.
When he asks to crash at my place for a few nights I know I have to say no. It would be impossible to resist our taboo temptations. I’ll let him take me in all the ways he never did -- hard! He’s been in the army and I can see all the frustration he’s burning to release – and I want all of it.
He can’t stay, it just isn’t right.
