Decent sized book of kosher dishes. The trayf versions of the recipes were originally by guest chefs on a cooking show. Then they made the food items kosher. Really almost anything can be made kosher somehow so I think they made a bigger deal of the book than it needed to be. One thing that bugs me is that there are errors (mislabeling kosher status) which maybe they will be good enough to fix in their next version.
