Knot Their Only Omega

Rate this book
Violet doesn’t have a choice.
Omegas like her never do.

Sold to an Alpha who used her and called her broken, she’s spent two years in silence, until spring arrives and a forced heat sends her running for her life.

Her escape ends in the arms of Serena and Vinny, two alphas who smell like fresh beginnings and everything she’s never had. With them, Violet discovers a life she never knew existed, and the fragile hope that she might finally bloom after a long, brutal winter.

But spring doesn’t erase the past.
Her old alpha wants her back, and he wants the heir he was never able to force from her. Too bad her new alphas won’t let go of what’s theirs.

Knot Their Only Omega is an interconnected why-choose omegaverse standalone about a runaway omega, found family, and the courage to grow in the light after surviving the dark. Both MM and FF pairings appear on-page.

Bratty Omegas, Mafia Drama, and Found Family

I really enjoyed this mafia omegaverse! This story had several of my favorite tropes, including mpreg, a bratty omega, and a second-chance romance.

You’d think being hit by a car would be the end of Violet’s story, but instead it’s the beginning of a whole new life. Violet is a sweet omega who has spent years trapped in an abusive relationship. After escaping her terrible situation, she unexpectedly finds herself with Pack Rossi.

Pack Rossi consists of alphas Vinny and Serena, beta Benji, and omega Skye. Everyone welcomes Violet with love and kindness except Vinny, who is less than thrilled by her arrival. Watching their relationships evolve throughout the story was one of my favorite parts.

The growth of this pack was incredible. They truly become a family, supporting one another through every challenge. When they’re pushed to their limits, they don’t hesitate to stand together and protect the people they love.

I’m already looking forward to the next book, and I’m really hoping Reed gets the ending he deserves with a pack that’s just as delightfully unhinged as he is.

Ok story but several plot holes biggest being her brother. He apparently killed their parents after finding put they sold her but than he never tried to rescue her that makes no sense. Still I absolutely loved how sassy she was even being mute so much better than all other authors heroines this one actually has personality !

Knot Their Only Omega is the 2nd book in the First Chapter Heat Clinic by Erin Mersey. Knot Their Only Omega is an interconnected why-choose omegaverse standalone about a runaway omega, found family, and the courage to grow in the light after surviving the dark. Both MM and FF pairings appear on the page.

I love Erin Mersey’s writing, and she absolutely knocked this book out of the park. Her Why Choose books are always easy to follow, so I never get confused about who is who. Once I started “Knot Their Only Omega,” I had a hard time putting it down; it took me two days to read, and I have zero regrets about staying up late to finish it sooner.

Violet has really been put through hell. Her parents sold her to Logan Stellar to pay off their debts, and Logan treated her like property. He wanted a perfect, silent Omega, constantly reminded her she was broken, and kept her isolated. After forcing her to marry him and marking her with three of his buddies holding her down, he kept trying to get her pregnant. After 10 miscarriages, he decided more drastic measures were needed.

Logan takes Violet to a shady clinic, where a doctor forces a heat on her. When Logan brings her back to have his cleaned “specimen” implanted, Violet escapes through a bathroom window. She is hit by a car while running, then finds her real scent match in Serena. Serena refuses to leave her behind and puts a scared Violet in the car, where Violet finds herself in a whole new pack house.

There, Violet meets another Omega, the obviously pregnant Skye, the Beta Benji, and another Alpha, Vinny. Because of Logan, Violet is standoffish with Vinny and clings to Serena, even though she is attracted to him. Vinny’s scent drives her crazy, but his dangerous aura reminds her of Logan, and that scares her.

Erin gives us an insanely intense plot and sub-plot with spice, growth, and a love that was stunningly beautiful. She gives me everything I wanted from this kind of Omegaverse book and adds so much more. The Mafia addition was the chef’s kiss of perfection.

Then we come to that ending. Man, I didn’t see it coming at all. I was in shock, and when I got to the end, I kept tapping on my Kindle wanting to read more pages. I didn’t want to believe I had reached the end. Now I need two more stories. I need to read what happened to Logan (I mean, really, I need to read that!), and I need Reed’s story. No matter what, though, I can’t wait to read whatever story this series brings us next. I am so in love with “First Chapter Heat Clinic”.

If you love the Omegaverse, interconnected standalones, MM and FF pairings, why choose, found family, forced proximity, scent matches, fated mates, spicy, Mafia romance, growth, and pregnancy x 2, where 1 of the pregnancies is twins, then you need to read “Knot Their Only Omega” ASAP. This one is impossible to put down.

I’m going to start this with a WOW. That was an absolute ride!! I am obsessed, literally my only critique is that I wish there was more. Something about the way Erin writes these books with multiple partners, they are all so distinct I never get confused as to who is who like I have with other books before. I was lucky enough to get to read an ARC of this book. I couldn’t put it down, I stayed up late reading it, and woke up early to continue. This is one of those “can’t get anything else done until the book is finished” books.

Violet has been through it, she was sold to an abusive alpha who treated her like dirt and expected her to be the perfect silent omega, and constantly reminded her how broken she is. After a forced heat she escapes and finds herself with a pack with two alphas, a pregnant omega, and a beta who all smell like everything she needs. She immediately clings to the female alpha, Serena. As well as the omega Skye, and the beta Benji. But she is very standoffish with the male alpha Vinny, she is so very physically attracted to him and is scent drives her wild but he has a brutal air to him that reminds her too much of the alpha she ran from, and she’s afraid he will do to her what her ex did.

The plot was insane, the spice was spicing, and the growth and love was so beautiful. This was everything I want from an omegaverse book and more. I loved the touch of mafia added into the mix as well. I knew when I first read the blurb I was going to love it, but it was even more than I expected. And that ending???? I was furiously tapping my kindle screen willing it to make more pages appear. I cannot wait to see what this series brings next.

First things first I'm so grateful to have gotten an ARC COPY from the author for this, so thank you so much.

Now I will try not to have any spoilers but I'm putting the warning on just in case.... (I tend the ramble and never know if I spoiled or just talked to much, lol)

I've been telling my best friend lately that book with trigger warnings you just know you're in for
(9 times out of 10) a great ride.... This book is that great ride.

Also... DUH, read the trigger warnings for yourself and do what best for your mental health, but yeah great book.

The characters, the storyline, the writing, all great. Finished it so quick... Then wanted more.

With that being said I finished so quick then got busy that I'm doing this review later than I planned.
And now that's it's been a hot minute.... Well it's getting 4 stars... Now let me explain before the hate train comes to run me over.

I read a lot of omegaverse and some book I could tell you the plot by heart and other.... Well they all start to blend together... This book is great, when you read it. But afterwards you might need a refresher. That might honestly be a good thing, why? You might ask... Because you can enjoy, and I mean enjoy this book more than once.

So yeah good enough to
-read once
-forget half of it
-then fall in love all over again

I'd say that's a pretty dang good job by the author if you ask me.
(Which you kind of did, if you read my whole review, lol)

So read it for yourself enjoy it.... Then... Possibly.... enjoy again.

How can I not be completely head over heels for my birthday twin omega!! The story was absolutely mind-blowing, the spice was next level, and the growth and love blossoming through it all was just so darn beautiful. This is exactly what I crave from an omegaverse book, and it delivered in spades, plus more. I loved the unexpected twist of mafia intrigue woven into the story – it added such an intense, gritty edge that I couldn’t get enough of. I am utterly obsessed with this bloody book! Violet’s journey has been through hell and back, dealing with her alpha-hole husband that was nothing short of a nightmare. When the chance finally came, she legged it without hesitation, and my chest just felt like it was being torn in two. My heart ached for her. She found her sanctuary in a pack where she finally felt safe, even if she was stubbornly fighting it tooth and nail – I wouldn’t say she’s just stubborn, she’s fiercely protective of herself, scarred by her past. The spice scenes? Absolutely phenomenal, every single second had me on edge, and I loved every hot, daring moment. But that ending—oh my bloody God… I need TWO more books just to see what happens in those last two moments! It’s a proper jaw-dropper, a WHAT the hell and an OMG LOL rolled into one. Honestly, I’d give anything to be a fly on the wall, watching Vinny’s face when it all unraveled.

This is the second book in the First Chapter Heat Clinic series. It follows the tragic and dramatic life of Omega Violet. She is sold off by her family to wed the head of a mafia family to clear their debts. He is not a nice Alpha at all. Not one bit. She is able to finally build up enough courage to run away and stumbles her way into the pack of a rival mafia family. They take her in immediately and care for her. Violet must then tackle her inner demons from the abuse she received from her previous Alpha. Her journey is quite the emotional one, as she tries to open herself up and let this new pack into her heart. Despite all the heart wrenching turmoil within these pages, her story does have a very HEA.

This is a Dark Romance, Please check the trigger warnings before reading as this book contains some very heavy topics. Your mental health matters. With that said, this book is well worth the read!

Overall Rating: 4/5
Spice: 4/5
Tropes: Omegaverse, Knotting, MPreg, Pregnancy Kink, Breeding Kink, MMMFF, Kidnapping, Found Family, Mafia, HEA

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Violet was given away to settle a debt of her parents unfortunately for her this was an abusive relationship non-consensual. She had a really hard time.
All her Beautiful wanted was a child from her, but she couldn’t get pregnant so he took her to a dodgy clinic when she had to give a specimen ball inside the toilet she climbed out the window and ran away
She got knocked over by Serena who noticed how badly treated she was and took her back to their pack house. Serena was an Alpha in the pack house she met Vinny the 2nd alpha Skye was there pregnant omega and Benji their beta
As Violet was put into a false heat she was in pain, so the only way to help her was to mate with her that lead to Serena marking her when asked by Violet and she ended up pregnant by Vinny therefore being a pack member
The only problem was the pregnancy was twins and if she wasn’t marked by Vinny, she could get pregnancy rot and die but she didn’t believe in that
Great story really enjoyed it I hope there’s a follow-up book about Reed

I think this book frustrated me more than anything. I completely understood why Violet didn't speak after everything she'd been through, and I liked that she wanted to become independent instead of relying on everyone else. But her stubbornness, especially when it came to Vinny, just didn't work for me. Instead of cheering her on, I found myself getting more annoyed with her as the story went on.

I was also disappointed with how Serena was handled. As one of Violet's alphas, I expected a lot more from their relationship, but it felt like Serena got pushed into the background. Honestly, Skye had more of a presence than either of Violet's alphas, and I never really felt like Violet and Serena formed much of a bond.

The part I enjoyed the most was Violet's rescue and the people who helped her. There was a bit of mystery surrounding them that I found more interesting than the main story.

Overall, this wasn't a bad read, but it never really hooked me. I wanted to love it, but it just didn't give me enough to get excited about.

Chaotic maybe in the best way?

Knot Their Only Omega has officially left me questioning everything.

I found this one thanks to a random TikTok recommendation, and I have never been so conflicted about a book in my life. The characters? Loved them. The story? Had me in an absolute chokehold.

But wow...this book is chaos. It's rushed, confusing, and could have used a whole lot more heart and emotional depth. Objectively, I can admit it's not the strongest writing I've read.

And yet...I could not put it down.

This book is the definition of "the smut was smutting while my brain was trying to keep up." It was messy, unhinged, and somehow completely addictive.

The Story: "Wait...what just happened?"
The Spice: Delivered.
The Entertainment Value: 10/10, no notes.

Would I recommend it? Honestly, if you enjoy chaotic omegaverse energy and don't ask too many questions, absolutely.

For Omega, Violet, life hasn’t been easy. She’s been nothing but a pawn in other people’s lives. She stopped speaking as she learned her voice wasn’t listened to.

Finding an opportunity to escape on a trip to a heat fertility clinic with her abusive Alpha, Violet takes a chance. Running from her Alpha, her attempt is nearly thwarted when she stumbles into the road & is swept off her feet by a car - which happens to be driven by a female Alpha who is her true scent match.

But with all the trauma Violet has sustained over the years, her deep rooted fear of aggressive males & feelings of worthlessness, is she able to overcome them find a way to let her new pack into her heart.

Please ensure you read the trigger warnings for this one, as poor Violet really has been put through the wringer

3/5 🌶️

If you know me, you know, I love a good omegaverse, and this one does not disappoint!

Violet finds her way out of a bad situation and into her pack, with a 💥, IYKYK. This story is about learning to trust and breaking down walls, which Violet has needed to survive.Serena, Benji and Skye welcome her with open arms and try to make her feel at home, even with the reluctance of Vinny.

And although Violet doesn’t realize it at first, that reluctance slowly morphs into something else. Something he will burn the world down to protect…something he might just have to do to protect his new omega.

Throw in a twin who has no boundaries and the Devereaux and you’ve got yourself a party…but maybe not the kind you want to attend. Only one way to find out 👀

Don’t miss Erin’s first OV and I hope certainly not her last! I only wish there was more!

Violet is an omega that has been used her entire life. Sold by her parents to an abusive alpha who uses her as nothing more than a slave and brood mare. I love that even though she was beaten down she was brave enough to escape him when she got the chance. It must have been even scarier considering she doesn’t speak. This book is fast paced and has a lot of spice to boot. I haven’t found a lot of omegaverse that has FF, but I wish that we saw more of Serena and Violet’s relationship. There isn’t very much drama around the pack having two omegas. No backstabbing or bullying from either omega. This was a good read that kept me entertained throughout the book.

Please read the triggers before starting the book. I don’t usually say that, but Violet has had a really rough and traumatic life.

Violet was sold off and that was just the beginning of her trauma. Please check the TW and keep your mental health safe as Violet has memories and thoughts that could be triggering. Violet is an amazing omega, she is strong and bratty. The pack that she is rescued by an joins already has an omega, Skye who is pregnant and he is lovely. Then you have Benji, a beta, chef, and all around nice guy. Then two alphas, Serena who loves and accepts Violet immediately and Vinny who is rather rude and scares Violet. Violet also has in her corner a twin, Reed, who boundaries are as questionable as his morals. There is a lot of growth in the pack particularly from Violet and Vinny which was wonderful to read. The spice was on point, the storyline was even better and slightly unhinged, if you love chaotic energy like me then you will love this book.

Okay… this one had me HOOKED. 🥵🔥

Violet’s story pulled me in right from the beginning, and watching her find her strength while dealing with everything thrown at her had me completely invested. The chemistry was 🔥, the tension was delicious, and the possessive, protective energy from the men was exactly the kind of chaos I came for.

This is dark, spicy, emotional, and definitely not for the faint of heart. The pack dynamics, the obsession, the heat, and the darker elements kept me turning pages because I needed to know how everything was going to play out.

Erin Mersey definitely knows how to bring the why choose/omegaverse madness, and I was here for every unhinged minute of it. 🖤🐺

If you like your romance dark, possessive, spicy, and a little feral… add this one to your TBR. 🔥

Round of applause 👏🏻! I absolutely loved this stinkin' book! Violet has been through absolute he|| with her POS Alpha. So the second she found an opening, she ran. GOOD FOR HER. My heart just ached. She found comfort in a pack that she just felt safe in, even if she was fighting it as well. I wouldn't say stubborn, but protective of herself because of her previous alpha. The spice was phenomenal, and I absolutely loved every second of it. But that ending... COME ON.. now I need like 2 books on the 2 different events in the last chapter! Talk about a WHAT and an OMG LOL. To be a fly on the wall and see Vinny's face!!

Violet is an omega beaten down by her Alpha husband, Logan. After a couple years with him she finally gets the nerve to escape only to be hit by a car and land up with two Alphas, a Beta and another pregnant Omega. Little does she know this will be the turning point of her life. She is so scared after being abused for years and then finds herself pregnant and so scared she will suffer yet another miscarriage and then the Alpha will start abusing her just like her old Alpha, Logan. There is so must spice, love, chaos is this book. If you love mafia romances with Alphas and Omegas then this is the book for you! I just love Violet, Vinny, Skye, Serena, and Benji. Also the ending, I almost fell out of the bed laughing!!!

I received an ARC copy of this book and was plesently surprised. I am a mood reader and omegaverse is something I definitely have to be in the right mood for. Erin is a new writer to me and I enjoyed her style. The plot was good and gave a lot of tropes like mafia, abused FMC, and pregnancy done well. I enjoyed the FMC Violet and her wounded bird type protrayal. The other characters in the harem were well done as well. It had both MM and FF as well as two omegas. I feel like it could have been fleshed out a little more but was overall an easy, pleasant read. I will definitely be checking out more by this author, especially if we see Violet's brother as a main character.

Loved this book! I definitely want to read book 1 though, even though they can be read as a standalone. I think it would have been a great read prior to this one just to give some additional background on the characters. Overall though, I really enjoyed this story! I wish it was a bit spicier than it was, but I did find it an easy and enjoyable read. Will definitely go back and read book 1 and looking forward to reading book 3 when that comes out too. Thank you to the author for an arc copy of this book for this honest review.

I loved this omegaverse story. It's filled with dark mafia, hurt/comfort, instant mates tropes.

All the characters were written very well but, my favorite was Violet. She went through so much yet, eventually became strong with the help of her new pack.

I liked how the pack had two omegas but the male omega wasn't your typical male and they all had their own different relationships within the pack (true poly relationships.)

This story will give you all the feels and I highly recommend it!

Oh My Gosh, what a wild ride. Violet is an omega and is not given a choice for anything in her life. She was sold off by her parents to pay a debt and lets just say Logan is a piece of work. While she is at a clinic with Logan, she escapes and is hit by Serena who helps her. The pack: Serena, Vinny, Benji and Skye are all there for her. So much happens and I was all for it. The ups and downs, the emotions and the way that Violet is with Vinny. I cannot wait to what comes next, but I'm all for it.

Good lord the crap that Violet has had to endure. Thankfully she's not broken and makes the decision to save herself. The way in which Violet stumbles upon her pack would be funny if it weren't also traumatic. Speaking of that pack; you couldn't ask for more from the combination of them! I loved each of them, but especially Benji and Skye. Also, I'd kill for more backstory on Vinny.
The spice is perfect - not repetitive at all and it is well thought out.

Every book I read by Erin makes me glad I fell back into reading when I did.

I enjoyed this read throughly. Violent is an omega and with everything she's gone through a strong one. Sold to an alpha to to settle a debt, she had to endure years of torment until she meets Serena. If you want to know more then you'll have to read it. This read not only had fmc's and mmc's but also action, suspense, and its one that pulls on the heart strings. I enjoyed the depth of the characters and the plot has perfectly executed. If you enjoy lgbtq+ omegaverse with characters that'll have you emotionally invested then this is the read for you. Highly Recommend!

Violet finds her way out of a bad situation and into her pack, with a bang. FMC is having to learn to trust after a bad situation where she was sold by her parents, abused but when she finds a pack willing to help her, she is not their only omega , Skye helps her learn to trust as well as fit into the packs every day life, she had hurtles to over come, GED needed , but once she is established in the pack she definitely gives them a run for their money. lol. Lots of 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ and definitely 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wow, this was darker than I expected so do check the trigger warnings.

Fantastic fast-paced, well-written omegaverse read.

Plenty of drama, angst, trauma, healing and a heap of found family.

I must say, Reed, seriously he kind of won the show. I need to know more about him, such a twisted golden retriever quality to him.

Violet on the other hand just broke my heart, what she had been through was horrible, seeing her slowly heal was awe inspiring.

I cant wait to read more like this.

This is my first full immersion into the world of wolf shifters, and alphas, omegas and betas. I loved learning this world. Little violet, an omega, has been abused at the hands of an evil alpha for years, and finally escaped. Right into the arms of a great pack. She struggles with her past and how it’s affected her, while finding love and support within this new family. Tons of spice. Lots of drama. Love pretty much anything written by this author.

3.5 stars, rounded up. I absolutely loved Violet and all her sass! Overall, this was a good story. I enjoyed the storyline and seeing Violet recover from her trauma. I didn't really connect with any of the characters outside of Violet, they each had a few traits I enjoyed and they were good for each other, but they just didn't draw me in completely. But I will definitely be back for more of this series!

I really enjoyed each character. Benji was very comforting, I enjoyed his POVs. I felt bad for fmc. It warmed my heart that she had a new family. There's maybe one typo that I found, but I enjoyed the formatting, it was easy to read and digest. I'm morbidly curious about Logan's aftermath. I'm looking forward to reading more of the series!
