Sweet and steamy is my thing! I just love when a hero is gentle, passionate, and protective with his heroine. It makes me melt inside. As a reader, I’ve especially come to love monster romance novels, but I couldn’t find enough that scratched that itch. So I decided to start writing!

She drew his blood. Now she has to survive what comes next.
Hannah's spent years holding the line between her village and ruin. When the Fae demand a tribute they can't afford, she invokes ancient law and challenges the Guardian in single combat. She wins. But claiming victory means being bound to a creature who was never supposed to bleed.
Karax has waited centuries for someone who wouldn't break. When Hannah wounds him, he sees prophecy fulfilled. The bond that forms pulls her into Stone Court and into his world of control, dominance, and secrets. She arrives as a fighter, but the more she resists, the more the bond demands.
As heat takes hold, their connection deepens in ways neither expects. Karax offers praise, protection, and possession. Hannah fights to stay herself, even as her body betrays her. What started as power play begins to feel like something else entirely.
The truth, when it comes, fractures everything. She's been watched. Nudged. Shaped into exactly who he needed. But walking away is only the beginning. What follows isn't freedom or forgiveness, but a reckoning.
What survives isn't fate or control. It's a choice. When she returns, it's on her terms. They don’t pretend the past didn’t happen, but they stop letting it define what comes next. Together, they start over with eyes wide open.
Hannah begins as a shield for everyone but herself. Karax starts as a weapon built to protect power, not people. What grows between them isn’t easy. It’s forged through damage, defiance, and the kind of love that asks for more than surrender.
A dark, intense, omegaverse romantasy with fated mates, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, size difference, breeding kink, and a morally gray alpha obsessed with the one woman who defies him. It’s about control, survival, identity, vulnerability, and what happens when love becomes a choice.
The Elevator Pitch: A dark, intense fantasy romance where a fierce human warrior wounds the unbreakable Fae alpha and becomes bound to him by ancient magic. Their connection burns hot and brutal, tangled in power, biology, and the secrets that brought them together. What begins as survival slowly turns into a fight for trust, identity, and a love neither of them saw coming.
Hannah, a 24-year-old village protector, defies the Stone Court’s demand to surrender three young women for breeding by invoking trial by combat against Karax, the Stone Guardian. If she draws first blood, the women are spared—but ancient law grants Karax ownership of whoever makes him bleed. This is his engineered plan, exploiting her self-sacrificing nature. They slowly build a genuine bond beyond alpha/omega instincts, but when Hannah uncovers his betrayal, she’s heartbroken. She severs their bond and leaves, knowing it will kill her. Karax vows to stay away unless she calls—until her village warns him of her impending death, forcing him to break his promise to save the woman he loves, even if she despises him more. I liked Hannah’s fierce defiance and hated Karax’s cruel, smug manipulation at first. But as he truly sees her as a person and they forge a real relationship, I warmed to him too. Hannah’s strength, self-sacrifice, and honesty—even admitting she might never fully forgive him while still wanting a true partnership—made her compelling. He proves his change by supporting her fully. In the end, they transform each other. A gripping dark omegaverse read!.

KNOTTED is the fourth book in the Dark Faeverse series. You don't have to have read any of the others, but I have. I don't think it impacted my enjoyment in any way.
I definitely enjoyed this more than the last couple! Although the Fae still manipulate, at least Karax sees where he went wrong and what his mistakes are. I also liked how he was there for her when no one else was, even if he did help create the situation in the first place.
There are still a couple of plot holes, where the timing goes off track, particularly near the 75% mark and afterwards, but on the whole, this was so much better than the others. I didn't really enjoy Frozen, although Entangled was a little bit better. In my opinion, Knotted is on par with Thorned, so I'm happy to see it get back on track.
It's the Mist Court next, and I can't wait.

★“Now it’s Stone Court’s turn. And Karax has already chosen his prize.”★
This story unfolded with richly developed world building and emotionally charged circumstances which challenge Hannah even further in her constantly exhausted state of protecting her village. She is the only one capable, but more importantly, selflessly willing to step up to do what needs to be done when the Stone Court orders the village council to pay homage: offering herself as a sacrifice to protect three young females from an untold fate in the fae’s hands and unknowingly, an intriguing age-old prophesy. What she eventually finds is something she never knew she was seeking. However, all it takes is one lynchpin revelation, and everything may all fall to ruin for her and what she thought she had found in Karax’s arms.
Loved this story and the writing of it! I will have to go back and see what I had missed in the rest of this series with the other Courts!
Book 4 of the Dark Faeverse series. While it can be read as a standalone for maximum enjoyment read the books in series order.
'KNOTTED is a dark omegaverse fantasy romance featuring a warrior heroine who's tired of being strong, an ancient Fae alpha who's forgotten what it means to feel, and a love story built on betrayal that might just be worth fighting for.'
The plot was intriguing and exciting and intense and well paced. World building continues to excel and impress. The characters drove the storyline and they were very compelling and complex and complicated and perfectly steamy together. All in all a great addition to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend.

Hannah is a battle-worn warrior heroine who’s beyond tired of being strong, and watching her challenge an ancient Guardian—and win—was insanely satisfying. Karax is peak ancient alpha energy: powerful, controlled, and absolutely undone by the one woman who can draw his blood and his devotion. Their bond is primal, heated, and crackling with tension.
The betrayal twist hits hard and adds real emotional depth, making this more than just a spicy fated-mates romance. If you love dark omegaverse, ancient fae alphas, knotting, heat, and blood-bound desire with angst to match, Knotted delivers.

-This dark fae omegaverse romance pulls the reader in more than expected and attracts attention throughout. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts.
Karax’s self-awareness and efforts to make amends added depth, even after his morally questionable choices early on. Hannah has a rough time in places. The world-building and characters are well developed.
Overall, it’s an engaging, darker love story and a strong addition to the Dark Faeverse series.
The book was an amazing balance of determination, love, betrayal and heartbreak. Hannah is a strong willed independent woman and waited till the absolute last second before giving in to Karax. I do think that the grovel part could've been more, he didn't grovel enough if at all in my opinion. All that aside I did really enjoy the book and wood recommend this to anyone looking for a omegaverse book with a strong FMC and a MMC who'd do anything to get what he wants.

loved it !! love this series !! love Hannah and Karax, not so much !! this is their story ... a fast paced action packed rom/drama... first blood.. an ancient law ... she is the protector of her village.. in order to save it, she does the unthinkable... fight the guardian... not knowing the true cost until it's too late... Karax has been waiting hundreds of years for the prophecy to come to bear... and now, it's within his grasp but, at what cost ? so good !!!.

The emotional rollercoaster this book put me on is insanity. There will come a point and you might just hate the MMC. Hate him all you want but at least this man cared. The only person truly to ever care because money and threats shouldn't convince you to abandon someone. When he realizes full what he did and has a come to God moment it's humbling.
I did receive this book as an arc and am under no obligation to leave this review.
Hannah thought she had a lot of things figured out and could choose her own destiny, however, Karax has manipulated things to his advantage. He knows he wants her as his omega and he is willing to do everything he can to get her. Now they do have a steamy relationship, but when things get discovered we see a new side to Karax. One where he gives choices to Hannah for their future together. I liked the character growth with him.
