To Know Harmony: A Savage Peace Novel
"In the Duchy of Cornivas, everything belongs to the Duke. Even the air you breathe. Especially the secrets you keep."

Caspian Heath, the Duke of Cornivas, is a man of ancient blood and modern shadows. As a guardian of the Rosenthorne Threshold, he knows that his title is not just one of nobility, but of containment. He is the warden of a prison disguised as a dukedom, tasked with keeping the rot of the Vesperthorn from consuming the world.

Then there is Olivia.

A "Graft" into a world she was never meant to inhabit, Olivia is a masterpiece of resilience. She arrives at the Duke's estate with an eye for history and a soul that has already survived the jagged edges of a fractured life. She is the light Caspian wasn't prepared to see—and the one his legacy threatens to extinguish.

As the "North Wing" reveals its secrets and the boundaries of the Threshold begin to fail, Caspian and Olivia are caught in a haunting dance of shadow and light. In the high-stakes world of the elite, where the Vesperthorn infects every handshake and every vow, they must learn that true harmony cannot be found in silence.

It must be fought for. It must be savage.

I received the arc from the author and this the second book that I have read by this talented indie author. I can tell you it will not be my last that's for sure.

It is being released on valentine's day absolutely perfect for a dark romance. it has a beauty and beast vibe.

You have two main characters
Caspian Heath, Duke of Cornivas, who is dark and Olivia who is light.
Watch as these two interact in this amazing relationship.

I'm an empathic reader so I feel everything and there's a lot to feel in this story. Your grabbed from the beginning and she isn't going to let go to the last word. You're left on a cliff hanger and I can't wait to find out what's going to happen.

The story brings you in from the beginning and keeps you enthralled to see what happens next. It is a dark romantacy. Olivia finds out who she really is and Caspian is the dark shadow that shows her the way. It is a different dark take on beauty and the beast. Looking forward to the next book.

Was fortunate to do an ARC read for this and it’s one of the best Beauty and the Beast retellings/inspireds I’ve read in a long time. The world building is beautiful, the descriptions are perfection, and the slow burn has a true plot reason. Can’t wait for the next book, and to read more from this author!!!

I received an advanced copy of this book, and it was my first taste of anything by this author. I was pleasantly surprised. I loved this dual POV story. Olivia and Caspian are wonderful characters, and I enjoyed seeing how their relationship evolved over the span of the book. The push and pull of their innate beings really kept me turning the pages. Can we also mention the devotion!! I literally went to my husband while reading this, read him a line, and said this...this is what I love in books! The willingness to destroy the world for her.

The premise of the book was so unique! I did feel some beauty and the beast vibes through. From the beasts within to the flower, it screamed dark retelling, which I devoured! I loved the twist on this story. Rich, gothic vibes are woven through the words like the Graft is woven into the Heath bloodline.

The ending though...I really need book two now. On the final page, I was intrigued and already invested in the outcome of the two characters, but the final lines truly sealed it. I need this story.

It is stated in the beginning, but this book is not for everyone. If you are someone who loves a firm boundary being held in a relationship, this may not be the right read for you. However, if you, much like me, enjoy the morally gray that pushed those limits and dark twisted retellings of classics...this is one you may fall in love with. For all my Beauty and the Beast lovers who want someone to burnt he world down and bring you along...this dark romantasy is what we've been craving.

This was my first book by this author and let me tell you I am obsessed. The vibes of this book were perfection and the writing was phenomenal. Caspian and Olivia are so very well written and complement each other wonderfully. I was engrossed in the story from the first line until the last. I couldn’t put it down. I had to know what was going to happen. The growth and development of the characters and their relationship was deeply enveloping. The dynamic between them, the push and pull of their natures and actions, was epically done. I truly felt like I was in the story right alongside or MCs the entire time. I was transfixed. I may have been unnerved and unsettled at times but I kept coming back for more. When I got to the cliffhanger ending…I immediately wanted the next book. I must know how things end and what befalls these characters. Please can we have the next book now?!

ARC Review:

The shadow, the predator, the monster. Caspian is a haunting figure of darkness, and for him, Olivia Sinclair isn't just a woman—she is the missing piece to his very survival. Trapped within the cold stone and leaden secrets of the North Tower, Olivia has been tormented her whole life by a family defined by deception and abuse. But as the Vesperthorns close in and an infection hums in her marrow, the stakes reach a diabolical breaking point. Will she finally find the freedom she’s dreamed of, or will she fall prey to the hidden evil weaving a web of stolen light around her? A gripping tale where the line between "God" and "Monster" is razor-thin.

I really enjoy reading short dark fantasy romances because I can read them pretty quickly and I especially reading Caspian and Olivia's story. I liked reading Caspian's backstory because it was very fascinating and dark. I enjoyed learning about Olivia and why she's considered the black sheep of her family, but Olivia doesn't deserve what or who is coming after her in book two because she just got accustomed to Caspian and his ways as well as being in his home.

I LOVED Olivia and Caspian! They insane dynamic they shared the curae of the Vesperthorn, the ire of Olivia's mother and twin was something I could absolutely relate to. The author took the Jekyll and Hyde meets Beauty and the Beast to whole new level! It's an emotional rollercoaster in a world trapped in a time capsule. Modern day meets the past!. The villains were vial the MC's were well described and the world building pulled you into the story! I want more

I was given this book by the author as an ARC. My review is freely given. This is a very short story about Caspian and Odelia and how their love story comes about.

To know Harmony

The story is a dark romantacy of a retailing of beauty and the beast. The heroine finds out who she is and all the lies her family told her. She is a lot more than she ever knew. The beast is a man who needs her more than just physically. The bad guy leads to the 2nd book. Can’t wait for it to come out.
