I worked with Bella or Bell recently, she was lovely, just under 5ft, but curvy in all the right places! A blonde bob with curly ends, bright blue eyes and full lips and she never used to wear any makeup, mostly because she worked from home. We would meet on Zoom most of the time, only occasionally working on site. Texting or phone was the choice of communication, often talking off subject for hours at a time. No subject too taboo, we knew more about each other than most married couples. This story starts after several texts went unanswered, in the end she answered but didn’t apologise for her behaviour. I was annoyed.

I think you need to work on your communication, Bella.
