This compilation includes all three books that make up "A Taboo Love Series" Hey There, Delilah... (m/f) Unmasking Charlotte (m/f) and Crossing the Line (m/m)
Hi! My name is M.D. Saperstein. I am currently a stay at home mom with my two gorgeous kids. I wasn't always a full time mom, though. After graduating from the University of Florida - Go Gators! - I attended law school at Stetson University. I spent the next 10 years practicing law. I also spent some time counseling mental health patients in an out patient psychiatric hospital. But, until having my own children, my most rewarding job by far was licensing families to receive abused and neglected foster children.
So, that brings us to today. In my spare time, while my children were napping, I started editing novels for other authors. The more I edited, the more ready I felt to write my own. I just needed a new and exciting story line. Once Hey There, Delilah was conceived, the ball starting rolling very quickly. I hooked up with fellow author Andria Large, and we decided to tackle it together. Best decision ever!
I spend most of my free time with my husband and children. But when I get some "me" time, I love to read. Mostly romance and erotica, but I don't discriminate - a good book is a good book, no matter the genre.
Started to read the first book. I could not put it down. I read the next 2 books a few days later. All the characters were connected with each other. I found it compulsive, fast paced reading. I loved every minute of reading. Though the second 2 were a bit shorter. The character's came to life as if you were there observing all their lives unfold. 10 out of 10 fantastic writer's.
Each of the three books is a stand alone romance, but all of the characters are involved in each other's lives. So, in each book we learn a little more about Parker, Charlie, Delilah, Nick & Calvin. They are characters that will warm your heart, and heat up your e-reader! I really enjoyed each book, but wish that the final novella were a standard length novel; but the set is worthwhile, nonetheless. Well worth the time it took to read!
Hey there, Delilah was great I loved how the views of herself changed and how she developed throughout the story "Sayonara, frump girl" was definitely something that made me realize words have a power and sometimes need to officially be let go. Also loved how nick didn't cast aside her feelings but instead reassured.
Unmasking Charlotte: I loved the humor that was throughout this book “No, I hate your guts. I love your boobs, but I hate your guts,” topics were discussed that could have been heartbreaking in a way that could have consumed Charlotte I'm glad to see how she didn't let it stop her but made her strong in so many ways. And Calvin with his smooth talking ways was a joy to hear more from.
Crossing the line: the chemistry between chance and parker is fabulous! "my best friend, my soul mate, my one true love." Enjoyed how this story developed and reading it.
This was a great series! Wow! You get so involved with the characters and I just fell in love with each and everyone of them! But who am I fooling when 2 great authors pair up what did I expect!!
