Vampires with guns in a fantasy world..
The MC is a sociopathic utterly despicable villain, who is willing to sacrifice millions to become stronger. The plot armor seems to enable his feaver dream to build an empire to come true despite him himself being unfit to achieve this lofty goal.
There's a lot of rape, torture and mass murder going on..
I found the end of the book annoying.
Criticism and comments
It's laughable that the the Mc repeatedly day dreams about building his own empire while he still has no income, is still threatened by his overly powerful enemies and has about thirty untrained soldiers... He seems utterly deluded..
Oh great. He plans mass murder of innocents to build his capital in an area toxic for humans - and gets enthusiastic support?
The vampires are utterly repulsive primitives who should have died of starvation a long time ago due to their short sighted idiocy. Their constant torture and sexual abuse of declared filthy "cattle" is totally disgusting.
I wouldn't want to embrace naked blood stained men who never wash in hugs like the MC. What about his germaphobie?
“I plan to kill, enslave, or corrupt everyone in this city by the end of the week." What a lovely MC..
Why does being turned into a vampire necessitate to become naked?
The author uses the term naked 24 times in this book alone.
"you cannot go around calling yourself a vampire. Those creatures that reside within the Kazmir caves are a disgrace!” i totally agree! They are scum! Even worse than the MC!
"Your sorry excuse for vampires is merely broken undead with half-functioning brains and an obsession with blood." I love this guy! Can he become the new MC?
"Thousands of residents have been hypnotized and are ready to be used as rations." The MC is a total bastard!
Why does the author switch from 3rd person to first person all of a sudden?
"Stone and wooden houses spread out for miles, lining cobbled and sometimes smooth stone streets." Where did they get all that stone from situated on a plain next to a lake?
"has fully surrendered himself to a lich’s spirit" What an accomplishment!
What a hero! The MC kills both victims and rapists and feels good about himself..
“Did they say who they were?” i hate this gender crap so much..
