Excellent! This uplifting book gave numerous examples of principals who are highly effective. The benchmarks were helpful to pinpoint some exact behaviors that are needed. There were terrific ideas to gain from all of the practical examples. This has been the most helpful and useful book I have read for my program.
The information was presented in an interesting way with examples of exemplary principals. The ten traits were explained clearly. This was an easy read with lots of valuable information.
