Excellent! This uplifting book gave numerous examples of principals who are highly effective. The benchmarks were helpful to pinpoint some exact behaviors that are needed. There were terrific ideas to gain from all of the practical examples. This has been the most helpful and useful book I have read for my program.

We used this as an AdTeam book study and it generated quite a bit of discussion.
